This is a fabulous hotel. It is in a good location and had very nice rooms. The pool area was magical. We didn't use it, but we could see it from our room and we felt the magic. Breakfast was delicious. Finally, the staff were friendly and courteous.

The hotel room we were given consistently had an unpleasant smell, similar to a toilet or nearby drainage system. The shower head was constantly dripping, and the hot–cold mixer tap in the shower was not functioning properly. The family room felt very cramped once the furniture was in place.

Breakfast was the same menu every day, with no local Balinese fruits included. There were only a few food varieties daily, which were quite limited.

Overall, this experience did not meet five-star standards, especially when compared to our many years of staying in similar category hotels across different countries. Although the hotel building itself is old, it requires better maintenance, and several appliances should be upgraded to improve the overall quality and guest experience.

Amazing hotel.
All the staff are very helpful and incredibly happy to greet you and assist in any way they can.
Our room was maintained daily with no issues.
Breakfast was a huge buffet which always offered something for everyone's taste.
We've been there twice and will return again.

Left at the airport for 1.5 hours. no communication for pickup. Rang the hotel at the airport and the phones had been disconnected. I tried multiple times and so did other people. The date was the 6th of Feb. Need a decent coffee machine.

Room 162 has leak the whole time i was there. Water dripping from the ceiling,the water in the sink does not go down right away,hot shower gets hotter and hotter the longer it use. Yet this hotel says 5 star it’s more of 3 star. Old structure hotel. The only best part is the breakfast was great. I told the concierge twice about the leak,i told the cleaning person twice about the leak put note right where the leak coming from and just keep saying it fix then they have a nerve to rush us to check out when no one apologize to us for the inconvenience. Then i book a specific spot by the swimming pool for my nephew birthday and last minute they give it to someone that book a cooking class without telling us and that made me angry. Then on their website it says “beach 5 min walk “ yeah not beach for swimming it’s for surfing it’s dirty and wave is strong. They should specify it the beach is only good for surfing. Very disappointed with hotel and we stayed 6 nights.

Room was clean, and ready by 11am for our requested early check-in which was fantasic. We were leaving late same night so our breakfast we had paid for was offered to us on the morning of our arrival which was also much appreciated. Staff were fantasic. Free airport transfer was also perfect for our needs.

Very polite and helpful staff at the reception, quick check in for late arrival, helped me with arranging for pickup for my tour (Danny), polite and attentive (Nita - help with breakfast boxes due to early morning departure and Suwati). Good location, close to walk to Kuta Beach. Also good breakfast buffet and attentive staff at this restaurant. Look like a nice swimming pool, but did not get a chance to use it. Spa on this location was great

Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in till the check out. This was our third time in bali and the second time at Kuta Paradiso. You guys didn't let us down. The big spread of breakfast buffet is superb and caters to all.
Any time we come to bali this hotel will only be our choice for yhe stay.
Its close to beach and the malls plus so many options of restaurants to enjoy your cocktails and massages.

Disappointing. I have stayed here before and had recommended the hotel to friends, but this time wasn't the best and I was embarrassed to have recommended it. From dirty rooms (toenails from the last guest still in mine) and dirty marks on the cabinetry in my friend's room) to reception being less than helpful, I won't be returning.

Firstly the perfect welcomes & constant politeness and interactions with staff is magic. It is a massive hotel with an awesome pool and it's Bar intertainment. The food, and cleanliness was great. Although some renovating would help in some areas, the room was well cleaned and well appointed every day. We were fortunate to get given some great vouchers that we used for a fun time. Our next stay will likely be at Paradiso hotel.

Although the room was clean, and the air conditioning was working. We had a constant drip of water coming from the ceiling. Becoming increasingly worse every day. Making sleeping very difficult. Outstanding service throughout our holiday especially from the breakfast crew. Wayan Sumatra went out of his way to accommodate our fussy palates. We especially loved the pools and the location of the hotel was handy. We used the hotel drivers on a number of occasions and they were excellent.

Checked in time was to be 2pm. But at about 1pm, I asked to expedite as i have a 2pm appointment. Requested for King bed but was told bed type not guaranteed. At 1.45pm, assigned a twin bed room.

The light buttons in room do not work. I was out from 2pm till about 9plus pm. The lights could be on after putting in the card. But about 12mn, when i was about to sleep then discover that buttons dont work. Lights cannot be switched off. I didnt call front desk as it is unlikely to be fixed given the state of those buttons and i am not in the mood to pack up and switch room.

Couldnt really sleep. In moring lights would flicker switched off and on by itself. In moring i remarked to front desk about the lights. The front desk just asked why i didnt feedback last night. I wasnt in mood to change room.

Room is dated. The appliances and toilet are all dated and worn. I didnt want to change room after 12mn.

In any case staff wasnt empathising and seems to dismiss my feedback about lousy experience by pushing back to me to say I should complain at night.

Needed a spot to sleep before flying to Lombok the next day. Hotel Kuta Paradiso was perfectly fitting.
The hotel is close by and offers a complimentary airport shuttle service.
The hotel was clean and tidy, as was the room (nice big king sized bed with view overlooking the pool).
The staff were helpful and very friendly.
Breakfast was included. There was a wide variety which is always great, and tasted good.
Would recommend based on my short stay!

Firstly, I wish to mention Manager Ms Ruth Molina, she promptly addressed an issue that I encountered at the hotel to my satisfaction and went beyond and without my requesting, she provided a courtesy drop at the airport outside of the normal hours. The staff is very hospitable, courteous and helpful, the buffet breakfast has a variety of food, local and international options, egg station and the food was to my satisfaction. The hotel is a bit dated, but I did not encounter any issues in that regard. The rooms are spacious and property is clean, likewise was my room, it is close to the airport and located in a busy tourist area with lots of food choices, shopping and convience stores, transport is readily available and the area is walkable, lets say it is optimally located and I would recommend staying at this property. I have expedia VIP access and was treated as such

We had amazing days staying at Kuta Paradiso. Location is very convenient and close to Markets and walking distance to shopping centre. Beach is just accross the road. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast food was great, plenty options to eat.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
My sister and with the help of hotel staff gave a birthday surprise for our last day.

I holidayed with a broken ankle. The horel was very accommodating to my needs. The staff were extremely helpful getting me up the few stairs to the pool bar. The hotel is pretty well suited with disabled access, except the pool bar (but staff helped me). They could improve by adding a ramp from the lower level of the pool to the pool bar/eating area. But overall, I am really impressed with the experience.
