The way lotion and handwash was provided, in small corked bottles, was a bit strange and the free mini bar consistent of pringles and a chocolate bar. But those are very minor details, the staff were great, the breakfast bar was amazing and truly enjoyed the one night I stayed there. I would recommend it.

Unfortunately not my best stay at Anvaya. This time the hotel is starting to look a little older. The poolside room which I hadn’t stayed in before was very small on storage space and the lighting in the room and especially the bathroom is terrible. Way too dark. The poolside doors to the room are very very difficult to unlock and close again. Struggled with them and then eventually had to get assistance a couple of times. Quite annoying for us and the staff.
The beach that fronts the Anvaya is unusable and the whole stretch of beach along that area is cordoned off due to the erosion. Sadly would not stay again.

Absolutely AMAZING! staff are all beautiful, can't do enough for you. Buffet breakfast was the best I've ever had in bali.
Resort and room so clean, ensuring you needed was there even scales to weigh luggage!
The onsite spa massage was so good!
Can't rate it highly enough, will definitely be back!!

Return visitors to this hotel - the standard of the hotel, cleanliness and staff friendliness are still exactly at the high standard that we experienced couple of years ago as well. Great choice if you want proximity to the airport with a relaxing stay.
The only complain would be the poor layout of the premier room - with the wardrobe being inside the bathroom area, and the glass door that separates it from the bed room area seems like a very weird layout.
Having to push the glass door every time to reach the wardrobe/closet area was really annoying, and would’ve been a much better experience if it was a slide door instead.

Everything about this place was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t imagine anyone having a bad experience or even the most picky as people would have a lot of trouble trying to be upset about something. The buffet breakfast is like nothing I’ve seen before in Bali. It is just so massive with so many different options. Like it is totally worth it. The place is so cleaned and being cleaned. 24 seven and the staff surely would have a sore face with how much they smile. 1010 experience.

We have the best room ever. It was on the lagoon. They treated us so well. They stocked our free mini bar everyday with water and juice and soda. We had all we needed. There was a variety of teas to use with the kettle they provided. They also supplied us with bug repellent. We had a lovely complimentary breakfast buffet everyday. It included food from several countries. I would recommend this resort to anyone. It is centrally located in town and on the beach. There is a boardwalk that trails all along the beach. We were in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We ordered room service several times and it was delicious and fast and served well. Book your stay here and you will be pleasantly pleased.

we stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe room. The hotel staff was delightful. There was a seperate concierge for our building - his name was Rian. he was so helpful and welcoming. He always greeting us and giving us towels at the pool and checking if we needed to order food. He made usfeel special.
the deluxe rooms didn't have a lot of room for luggage. We had 4 bags plus2 carry on, so it felt a bit cramped, but other than tgat
it was great. the fridge was stocked with drinks & snacks that were free. Our balcony overlooked a quite pool.
the beach was nice, but because it was windy, there was a lot of rubbish washing up in the water.
the breakfast buffet by the beach was amazing! there were so many options.

I had bad experience while staying Anvaya Resort.
1. lot of Mosquitoes, Which was not resolved after many complaints.
2. AC not working and not resolved after lot of follow-ups.
Even my kid got sick due to mosquitoes, When I was there at resort and spoke to Property manager Mr Aditya, He said we will review and process refund but still not received anything.

Dear Anvaya Resort Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at Anvaya Resort. Our experience was extremely uncomfortable due to multiple issues that remained unresolved despite several complaints.

The AC in our room did not work properly for the entire stay. Even after repeated requests, the problem was not fixed, and we were unable to sleep properly for three nights. In addition, there was a serious mosquito issue. Although staff assured us it would be resolved, the situation continued, and my child became sick from mosquito bites. We never opened the back door, yet the problem persisted, preventing us from enjoying the private pool.

I also spoke with the Property Manager, Mr. Aditya, who acknowledged these issues and promised compensation. However, we have not received any follow-up or resolution.

Considering the inconvenience and impact on our holiday, I kindly request appropriate compensation.

I look forward to your prompt response.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff , we stayed in the deluxe room on the third floor. Beautiful room , comfy bed,large room and bathroom, liked the fridge topped up every day and the toiletries. There was not much storage space for clothes but as we were only there for three nights we managed. The pools are amazing and sunbeds plentiful. Breakfast everyday was varied and plentiful and caters for all. Staff are always welcoming and smiling and caring. I would recommend this hotel and would like to say thank you to everyone for our wonderful stay.

This is my first trip to Bali and staying at The Anvaya Beach Resort!! It was amazing, beautiful is an understatement. The food, the staff, my room everything was great! I don’t have any complaints…. Except if you want to use the spa, book it as soon as you arrive. I was here for 8 days and couldn’t get a reservation. The outside areas aren’t clean, but the people are very friendly and I felt very safe!

Anvaya is an excellent choice for staying in the heart of downtown Kuta. The back of the hotel is on the beach, front of the hotel is on the downtown sidewalk. There are 3 malls within walking distance. There is a grocery store located in Lippo mall, just two blocks of the hotel. The downtown area lights up with music at various bars and eateries. There are two restaurants at Anvaya, Sands being my favorite to eat at. There are 3 pools with plenty of chairs to accommodate many guests. Room service was excellent, but denied me and extra towel. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay there.

Bali at its best

The resort is beautiful, the moment you step into the foyer you feel relaxed. The sunset sitting on the deck at the beach is amazing and so are the cocktails. Service and friendliness by staff is wonderful. We had two nights there before our flight home and were so happy to be given a shower room to shower and freshen up before our flight home.

The hotel was beautiful but the food was not good at all. The breakfast food was cold, they have liquor options and they are listed on the menu as glass or something else and when you ask for a glass they give you a cup with a shot in it, which was very disappointing. However, there’s a liquor store across the street it’s called Dbooze; and food around the corner. Johnny Tacos was very good. If you walk around and explore the area you’ll find things. Also, travel to Ubud that’s where it’s more fun and exciting. Kuta, which is where the hotel is, is quiet, and calm. It’s not as much fun you’d have to travel away from Kuta.

We had recently stayed at other 5 star Hotels in Seminyak and Nusa Dua and while we can see how this property rates very highly with travellers, we were both a little underwhelmed in our visit.

Just little things like our rooms was only made up during the day when we phoned to have it done. The first few days we had our make room sign up and were out all day, but the room as only made up when we went for tea (and asked for it).

Our simple coffee orders at breakfast was never the same and never hot (until we asked for hot coffee).

We were very excited for breakfasts (there is so much choice), though some items like pancakes were only ever half cooked, scrambled eggs were always very liquid and runny. Again, we can see how people really rate this place, its good, just not comparable to other 5 star like the Seminyak resort or the Hyatt.

We had an early morning wake up on the Sunday morning as there was a fishing comp with a VERY loud speaker PA that woke us up very early.

The shower was great, the towels very thick and soft. We had to request new pillows (unusual not to have a choice/selection).

Some staff were very helpful and friendly, some not overly enthused, we noticed staff constantly on their phones.

The pool is great, but never enough chairs and the pool very crowded. The photos look amazing online, but the 2 pools are very small, very crowded, compared to other resorts.

Would stay again if we had to - but only \"just\" scrapes in as 5 star in our opinion.

Spent an amazing 8 days here with my family. The whole experience was amazing. Great hotel and resort and a place of tranquility in the hustle and bustle of Kuta. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The sunsets are to die for and so chilled. Great Food at both restaurants is definitely 5 Star.
Buffet breakfast outstanding and the choice of food second to none. Best cocktails we’ve had at any hotel we’ve stayed at.
The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view.
The pool area and gardens were well maintained by the staff, and it truly felt like a tropical paradise.
The location is ideal—peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to explore the surrounding area. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of comfort and luxury.
I highly recommend this resort to anyone
I can't wait to come back!

Poor service, broken TV, room not ready for two hours, had to wait in lobby after 26 hour flight. Took us to room overlooking the garbage and employee back entrance which we changed but only for a $100 upgrade; wrong food delivered by room service, no screens on doors= no fresh air bc of mosquitos and AC was broken (!), bed was hard like a rock, manager offered free shuttle to airport as compensation (but we were not going to airport).

The Anvaya hotel is an amazing place to stay, with its central location in Kuta making it a really convenient stay.

Staff were always polite and saw to our needs almost straight away. Clean, and comfortable, as soon as you walk through the lobby you’ll be able to gage the level of service you will receive.

Good breakfast available, and nice spa, however spa services seemed a little pricey.

About 10 mins from the airport, so for those early morning flights I can’t recommend it enough.

Lots of dining options as soon as you come out the hotel, and lots of shops for those last minute shopping trips.

All in all great hotel and would stay here again.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Kuta!
We had an amazing stay at Avanya Resort Bali Kuta. The location is perfect — close to the beach yet peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. Lovely Hotel, Let Down by Breakfast Experience

The hotel itself was very nice, with comfortable accommodations and good amenities. However, the behavior of some guests during breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was quite off-putting to witness people being rude, including instances where staff had to set tables while guests were already seated, and even aggressive behavior around the buffet. This detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

3rd stay at this property always loved it. We always get a lagoon access room- they are big and comfy and have everything you need.
We had to keep reminding them to top up the mini bar (done daily free), they also made a mistake with our check in deposit which had to be sorted, but was done easily and the issue fixed. Staff are lovely and helpful.
