Staff were amazing, but the property itself was awful, moved rooms due to the awful sickening smell but unfortunately the smell was everywhere, no windows or balconies in the family rooms and had many issues with the air-conditioning not working, mouldy and damp. Location was not the holiday we were expecting, in the end we ended up checking out early with no refund to a more relaxing location and a healthier environment, did not regret it. Recommend episode Kuta for a night or 2 stay but no longer than that, overall the experience was very disappointing. Buffet breakfast was okay but so busy with many hands touching the utensils is almost a health hazard. But yes staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating.

- Very close to the mall, where you can shop in the supermarket.
- STAFF ARE AMAZING!!!
- The location is good if you want to do tours and visit beaches
- relatively quiet

BAD:
- bathroom and mainly the toilet was not properly clean
- air con didn't work well, even after requesting it to be fixed
- lots of noises from air con and other things in the room
- weird smell in the hotel

The hotel itself is pretty good. It's very clean and well provided. The pool is lovely. The food was ok. The shopping center next door is convenient. The problem is the location. The hotel is on a highway and there are no traffic lights in Kuta so you can't walk anywhere. You can't walk to the beach even if it's just 15 minutes away. There are buses that depart from the mall but they are more or less reliable. If you don't have a car I would book something closer to the beach.

Good little one night stay

We only stayed one night before moving on but it was very comfortable, good location close to the airport, we arrived very late at night and the staff were still welcoming, buffet breakfast choice was OK, pool area looked nice and inviting but no drinks service until after lunch time. I did not like the toilet and shower were part of the main bedroom and had frosted class with openings at the top and bottom. You could hear and see everything given how close it was to the beds.

This is my second stay here. I decided I’d try it again as the last time was good. But this time it was a let down. First I booked hotel transfers from the airport. I got held up at immigration for an hr being busy. The transfer went home. That’s fine. But I rang to see if they could send it again but was advised no they couldn’t send one due to the booking system. So I had to find transfer at 2am.

The breakfast was a let down. Very average. Last tine I stayed they had better selection. And no waits for food. Get there quick as the food goes when there’s massive tour groups going through.

They used to have ice tea readily available at reception but they don’t do that anymore. It’s very welcoming after walking around the hot sun.

Room was good. Very comfortable. Big bed. Showers and toilets ok.

Location was very good. 911 dental clinic less than 5 mins walk.

Overall, disappointed as some standards drop. But for the price is ok.

Great hotel choice

This hotel was a great choice for us. We had a loft room which was great for giving us a bit of space during our 2 week break. Situated right next to a shopping center and about a 10min drive to kuta centre. The staff were friendly and helpful and made our holiday abit more relaxed and fun. Price per night was very reasonable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. Little disappointed about breakfast, not enough western foods. Having to take the key card out your room every time meant coming back to a hot room and having to wait for it to cool down so couldn’t even use the mini bar at all. Over all the hotel is really nice but wouldn’t stay again as the location is very busy and away from a lot of other attractions other than the mall

We stayed in Deluxe Loft (upstairs/downstairs) was great for a young family. Great location. Close to Mal Galleria. Breakfast was OK. Could used more choices but did the job. Staff were great, always smiling and willing to please.

The SPA at the hotel is quite expensive but REBORN SPA is close by and is fantastic and good value.

Located at a very convenient location

I stayed here with my family from 18-12-2017 to 21-12-2017. On the day of arrival, I had to request for a last minute airport shuttle from the hotel since my pre-arranged driver did not turn up. I was glad that the staff was of assistance to us and sorted out this issue and sent a driver to pick us up.

We stayed in the family loft at the 8th floor. Our package also icluded a breakfast buffet and it was lovely to have a changing menu everyday that we looked forward to each day. Also Bali Mall Galeria could be accessed from a back door of the hotel which was very convenient for us to go shopping. Apart from that, our drivers could also access the place easily.

We had a few issues during our stay:
1. The wash basin started leaking at the bottom
2. The shower drainage did not have proper water flow and it started flooding in the shower area
3. Water was dripping onto the floor from the top due to heavy downpours
4. Laundry was picked up before 9am but was not delivered by 6pm on the same day by the laundry service staff.

All of the problems were rectified by the relevant department soon after we informed the front desk staff. We were glad that they were efficient in their service. Thank you so much! ibis Styles Bali Kuta Circle is indeed an affordable hotel located in a very convenient location with friendly and efficient staff.

Good hotel, but no lock on the washroom door!

It's a transit hotel, not exactly for tourists. But it was nice altogether. Good rates, polite service, lovely ambiance, and it's right beside the Mal Bali Galeria.
A few things that bothered me were:
1. No lock on the washroom door. What about privacy? The door wouldn't even close properly, and a family loft needs at least two washrooms.
2. The breakfast was pretty average.
3. There is no complimentary drinking water. However, this seems to be an issue in every other hotel. Water must be really really scarce in Bali.

The hotel is located away from the beaches and high activity area, so it's good if you don't want to be around the action. Staff is very friendly & helpful, which matters because I had to call down for standard items that weren't in the room when I got there & after they cleaned. I didn't like that fridge didn't work out maybe it was connected to the master switch, which cuts all the power to the room, which you have to do because it uses the room key and they only give 1 key. The breakfast buffet is great, but make sure you book any transport with them early because they only use 1 5 passenger van & you're out of luck when that's full.

Inexperienced staff and bad location

Hotel is not located near to kuta beach at all, no proper porch or drop off area. The drop off area faces a busy main road. There are no porter services either - we had to bring our own luggage up to our rooms. Family loft or duplex room was very small and the bed on 2nd level was very pathetic - only one small window and bed on the 2nd level. We asked for a change of room to the normal superior room, they were kind enough to give us an extra bed and no additional charge.

Restaurant staff are inexperienced - asked for cappuccino 3 times and waited about 30 minutes before someone who knew how to make it prepared it for me. Breakfast was measly everyday - not fantastic but enough to fill the tummy.

Pool was ok, but not clean, many particles floating around in the water. Bath towels had a weird smell to it, hair dryer was super slow. In summary - a very no frills hotel without the finer details. If you are ok with that then this hotel is for you. If you are, like us, looking for a good holiday stay with a nice room and view, good service and good food, this place is not for you.

Own access to Bali galeria mall, and a welcome escape from crazy Kuta strip.
The hotel even though on a main thoroughfare was quiet and comfortable. Getting a taxi was easy thanks to the security guards out front. 8/10 for value for money.

Great staff and value for money

This was our second time at the hotel. Unfortunately, compared to the last time in 2012, the hotel looked a bit distressed. We had a problem with the air conditioning and as the hotel was fully booked were only given a new room the next day. The water from the shower and taps had a funny smell throughout our whole stay there. Breakfast was not as nice as it used to be. On the plus side, it was value for money and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating.

Didn't like the breakfast selection, not much choices.

Staff at the catering area is not prompt at responding request, some tables are not set with cutlery.

Overall, my 4d 3n stay was not too bad. Extended my stay and they moved me to 7th floor which I didn't like the shower room because of the slow drainage.

Just returned from 10 days in Bali! The hotel was clean and the staff all very friendly. We had a loft room as there were 4 of us, 2 adults-2 kids. The room was very small, but did it's purpose. Found the cleaning of the room a little hit and miss, bench tops and floors not cleaned regularly and drinking glasses with lipstick put in the room as 'clean' glasses. The overall flaw for is was the location, just too far from everything. The postive was the price!

I asked for an envelope from reception and they told me they do not provide but they were steps away from the office. I asked how they bill their suppliers and then the reception guy moved his feet. At breakfast, they fry eggs or make omelettes so slow. In the end, you can broken omelettes (I wonder if the GM of the hotel knew how to cook eggs). I asked for taxi to airport, the ground guy told me to use their shuttle bus, big and comfy for 75,000 rupiah, and it takes 20 minutes to the airport. I was sure that the airport was nearby (and it was), but what was (in principle) wrong was that we had to share the shuttle with one other passenger (they could do simple gesture by informing in advance and maybe reduce the fee to the airport since we were sharing since the other passenger was to pay the same, or so I was told). While in the shuttle, driver suggested that we take a floor up to go to international while he drop the domestic passengers (by the way, it was not 1 but 4 of them) off so that he need not make another loop. At this point, I was not cooperating anymore because I asked why not the driver drop off the domestic passengers with us and tell them to go a floor up? Both domestic and international departures are at different levels.

Excellent room, friendly staff, good location, new building, next door to shopping mall and ideal stopover hotel for airport.
A very good value for money hotel as a one night stopover however would not stay more than one night. Very poor quality breakfast buffet, tasteless food, COLD food, more like a fast food service. NOT worth eating. Forget breakfast, eat out at the mall next door.
A BIG disappointment was the pool area, no privacy, no sundeck area.

We will definetly stay again but only for one night unless the breakfast improves dramatically.

Noisy and broken shower drain

We booked this hotel to rest and shower for a few hours before our 3:40 am flight. When we arrived at 6:30 pm, there was a very loud live karaoke event occurring at the restaurant. The staff was very nice, but there was no room available facing away from the restaurant. It was so extremely loud until after 10 pm that we got no sleep. Also, when we tried to shower, the drain was not working and it flooded the bathroom. We let the desk know, who was again very friendly, but after unclogging the drain, they did not clean up the water or dirt that they dragged out of the drain. So all we wanted was a few hours for sleep and a shower and we got neither. I wish we could have our money back . If you want to stay here, I recommend contacting the hotel to ensure they do not have an event going on. If so, it is VERY loud, and you cannot eat in the resturant. On the positive, it is very close to the airport, 10 min, $5 cab ride, which was why we originally chose it.

A relative new hotel with good location which is next to the big shopping mall (about 5 mins walk). Easy to get food and go shopping. The room is well decorated with comfortable bedding. Wifi in the room is table and free of charge. Walkable distance to Kuta (about 15-20min walk). Overall, this is a very good hotel with good value for money.

這次總共住了五天四夜，飯店價格很合理，當然房間有一些細節的地方比較老舊，但是以這個價格來說OK了，床鋪乾淨舒適，泳池水溫很好，前台服務非常優秀，天天幫我們叫blue bird的計程車（到庫塔海灘商圈只要3萬印尼盾）早餐樣式也算多的，最重要離購物中心和賣場很接近，有一個門直接通道停車場走路就到，相當方便。我們天天都到賣場買水果和飲料。附近還有一個按摩館Bali Orchid Spa也是走路可以到，很不錯。就是巴里島的交通實在不知道怎麼過馬路⋯當行人真的太危險了

Stayed here 3 nights because my partner ended up in the hospital on the other side of the road. The area is a bit off and the only thing around is the mall. The staff was great and really sweet! The room was nice and clean but had a weird smell of damp.

Hôtel en Décomposition,En Rentrant dans la Chambre une Forte Odeur D Humidité,le parquet Était tout Condolé et Totalement Délabré par L Eaux. Il Y A Des Gouttes D Eaux,Qui Coulent des Plafonds.
Cétte Hôtel A Besoin,D une Rénovation Complète Car il est insalubre !
Au petit Déjeuner,Il Faut Allér Au Comptoir,Pour Demandér du lait ou du Beurre,Qui sont Rationnés !

ファミリースイートを利用しました。部屋の広さは申し分なかったのですが、照明が少なく、すべて点けても暗く感じました。ホテルスタッフはフレンドリーで良かったです。

環境算是乾淨

中間有漂亮的游泳池，旁邊就是商場，不過價格比較貴，周邊道路頗複雜的，其實要在這邊行走很困難，坐車也容易塞車，不過環境算是乾淨

ショッピングセンターのすぐ横のホテル

ショッピングセンターのすぐ横にあり、スーパーやご飯に行くのにとっても便利でした！プールやジムも無料であり、快適に過ごせました！
ただトイレのドアの鍵が閉まらなかったり、窓の鍵が閉めにくかったです。また、シーツに血がついていました。でも立地もよく、ホテルの従業員がとても優しいので、また泊まりたいです。

隔壁就是shopping mall，很方便

酒店工作人員都很好，浴室有乾濕分離，不會弄得到處濕答答。唯一缺點就是房間的吹風機風力超弱，頭髮都要吹超久，浪費時間。

Penjelasan tentang kamar saat memesan dan realita tidak sesuai... family suite dituliskan 2 king bed, tp dapat hanya 1, dan 1 lg berupa sofa bed (di connecting room), bed nya kotor. Di connecting room tidak terpasang tv, tidak ada hairdyer dan tidak ada juga alat shower (jadi harus mandi di kamar utama). Lantai kotor.

Sarapan dimulai jam 7pagi hingga kisaran 11 (kata org hotel), namun saat meminta omelette, katanya booth nya baru buka jam 8, saya makan jam 7 lebih. (Haruskah saya perlu menunggu sampai jam 8 demi omelette?), buah2an tidak di refill dengan cepat.

Wifi sangat buruk.

Housekeeping nya ramah dan bekerja baik.

Dimohon untuk merevisi di sekua website booking hotel untung setiap penjelasan kamar, karena yang saya dapat tidak sesuai.

การบริการ อาหารเช้า และทำเลที่ตั้ง รวมๆแล้วๆเหมาะสมกับราคา :)
แต่เสียเรื่องเดียวคือ..เครื่องปรับอากาศภายในห้องพักนั้นเสียงดังไปหน่อย (614)
