Staff at the reception were great.
Very pleasant and helpful.
Room was tired and could do with a face lift. The room was also cold. I could not work out how to increase the temperature or was not working. It was too late in the night to ask anyone.
Overall the stay was good for one night though. Earlier check-in and later check out would be much more attractive and helpful. I almost didn’t book based on these but spoke to reception prior to booking and during my stay who were really kind and flexible. Standard hours are at least 15.00 for check in and 11.00 for check out.

Nettoyage bref et quand après 4 jours de locations je demande un jeu de drap on me répond non le changement de drap n est pas prévu vs avez réservé via hôtel.com et on m informe qu il y a une machine a laver payante en bas si je veux ... Le sauna fonctionne un jour sur deux . Le seùl point positif est le monsieur jeune a lunette a la réception il est sympathique

We enjoyed our stay at Nimea Appart Hotel in Cagne-sur-Mer. It is conveniently located between Antibes and Nice, and is only a seven-minute walk to the beautiful beach. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and was perfect for our family of three. The balcony is great, with a pleasant view with the Med in the distance. Florin, the manager, did a great job of explaining procedures (parking, entry/exit, directions, answering questions, etc). There was parking on the premises for 12 euros per day, which was terrific for us. I did not use the pool, as it was winter. I did use the hottub, which was wonderful—along with the steam room and sauna. Bring your own pool towel, as they are not provided. There were a few issues with some items in the unit (broken porch door handle, broken freezer door, broken drape attachments), but nothing important or that was inconvenient. I would recommend this property, and would definitely stay here again on a return visit to the area.

I came in to a room that hadn't been cleaned at all after the former residence, there were towels on the floor, the bed was not made and had crumbs in it, the were cigaret buds on the balcony and a used plaster on the nightstand. I went down because I thought this was terrible, the person at the counter didn't even apologize. I got another room, bumped up to two-bedroom though but facing the opposite direction than the room I had paid for. That street is SO busy and has so much noise I couldn't even speak on the phone outside, and I paid for the oceanview/pool view. The bedroom door did not have a curtain so I woke up many many times because of car lights coming in. It was honestly such a bad stay.

Administration behaviour needs to be reevaluated

I had a bad experience with my family in first day , we booked apartment for 6 persons with sea view and breakfast included on hotels.com , they gave me parking view , so I asked to change the apartment and they told me that there is not availability at this time , I asked to see the manager and he refused because he has meetings and he was just seating in the back desk listening, the situation was really provocative, I contacted hotels.com and they reacted quickly and they apologised for this unprofessional behaviour, I am giving two stars only because the kindness of the receptionists and the breakfast was very good , the hotel is good in general but the administration behaviour is need to be evaluated , we had small accident in the pool and we asked for first aid kit , they apologised because it was used before one week and they don’t have another one !!

Communication with the property was not good, they charged me on the check in a higher rate than the agreed by Expedia, they say after I received the automatic charge by Expedia, although reservation said pay at the property. The manager was not in duty, so issue is not resolved yet. There were bugs and ants at the room, no hand soap in the bathroom and lack of toilet paper. Not the best place to stay

Nice property over all. Close to the beach and transportation. Hotel expected us to buy dish washing liquid and or dishwashing pods and paper towels. They don’t rent out any beach chairs or umbrellas which is not convenient for tourists. The near by beach did not have any stores that rent beach chairs or umbrella either.

I had to wait for my room to be ready, but, they had a comfortable lounge in lobby to wait in. My room was spacious and balcony was awesome, and overlooked ocean! It was walkable, 5-7min to restaurants and beach.

The location was amazing however I booked for a family of 5 - 4 audits and 2 kids, the accommodation did not have enough pillows for the number of persons in the room. When I asked I was told that there we no pillows available so my 19 yr old daughter needed to sleep with out pillows for the entire trip. I was given two additional towels when I asked. The communication could have been better as it relates to local transport as well.

I enjoyed our stay at this property immensely. The property had many amenities that made our stay extra comfortable, including an infinity pool, exercise facilities, and onsite parking. The only issue was that the laundry facilities were not in proper working order (credit card payment machines were malfunctioning), and I had to use a public laundry facility down the block. Other than that, I highly recommend this property for families on vacation.

We had agreed on an apartment on fourth floor but were initially given similar apartment on second floor but after two nights we were given fourth floor and thereby had seaview. Besides this \"incident\" we found the hotel very nice. Apartments very nice, modern, spacious and in good condition. Good pool with fine sunbeds, however missing umbrellas but this seems to be normal looking at the hotels nearby. Easy access to garage and close to the sea and and restaurants. A good choice.

The apartment was amazing and much bigger than it looked in the pictures. Very modern, with AC in all rooms. The receptionist was very helpful every time we had a question. it was easy to get around Nice from this place, as the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. There is a (rocky) beach within a 7-minute walk with a ton of restaurants. The checkin was a bit complicated since the hotel has 4 different wings to the building and it was not that easy to locate our building. We arrived late and the reception was closed already. But other than that, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this place.

I don’t think I will have enough space to fit my review. So I will do it in bullet form:
- Zero extra towels so don’t ask for any!
- If you come in a car, caution, because if you unload your bags in the parking garage, you will be required to lug them up a flight of stairs just to find the elevator, There is no signage, so just pray you don’t get lost. This is not a hotel….apartment style with substandard owner quality control.
-carpeting in common area smells like wet dog!
- The swimming pool and gym opens at 10 and closes at 8!!! Are you kidding me!!!! Whoever determined these hours, has no idea about customer service.
- we had bugs in our room!! My husband killed 8 and I found 1 dead one in my bed today!!! Gross!
- the linens had this pungent odour….almost like they didn’t use soap when laundering.
- The smell of smoke was in our room!!! It was literally coming through the poorly sealed windows and/or venting!!! Ugh!!! 😩
You get “1” key to lock the unit.
The only good thing was it was conveniently located to the main beaches and airport.

Great check in. The representative who helped us check in was absolutely kind and gracious. He speaks excellent English and has such good attitude. We appreciate him :) The hotel is walking distance to the beach, grocery stores and cafes. We had 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen and had more than enough living space. Would recommend this place!

Very disappointed, TV and A/C conditioning didn't work at all. Microwave and entire kitchen is very old. Large broken glass in the balcony. All entrances required a a lot of security keys to enter making it very inconvenient, waited 20min for the receptionist to open the entrance of the hotel as it was locked had to call them. This is not at all a 4 star hotel. Never staying here again

Great location. Rooms poorly stocked. We stayed from 9th May until 31st. We were forced to move apartments 3 times standard room, the Superior. Superior room marginally better. Staff mixed up our booking , told us we had no booking and that we had to check out due to Cannes festival. We showed them booking and after a stressful 30 min staff finally agreed. Communication between front desk staff and the boss is pitiful. 2 staff members only were helpful.cracked cups in rooms Wifi hardly working. The location is the only us for this property.

The property is well located, walking distance to the promenade. Unfortunately we got one of the rooms that was not refurbished and it was in poor conditions. The balcony door was not closing, bad smell in the room, bed sheets smelled, etc. We asked to have the room changed but they refused. I would not recommend the property to anyone.

This is a lovely, spacious condo complex right next to the Mediterranean sea. The concierge staff were professional, helpful and pleasant. The apartment had all modern amenities and included a large balcony. A perfect place for a family with children. Close to Nice, in a sweet neighborhood. And trust me when I say that the little harbor cafe (5 min walk) serves the best croissants in the world. There were small issues with the apartment that I communicated to the staff, which were repaired immediately. I would stay here again. If you are considering buying lower-cost property on the French Riviera, I would look at this neighborhood. It has it all.

Relaxing Break in Lovely Accomodation

We booked for a fortnight and had a really great time. The accomodation was very good, staff really helpful. We experienced a problem with travel down on the Saturday and advised the hotel that it may be Sunday when we arrived: they made arrangements to leave keys and information within a safe, emailing info about how we could access it.
Really great appartment with double room, two bunks in separate room, sofa bed. Fantastic balconies on top floor - main lounge area plus balconies from bedrooms. Air conditioning was a godsend, with individual controls for each room.
Not sure why no housekeeping during our stay, but adequate bed linen and towels within the appartment that we could change. Nice pool with beds but no shade until late afternoon. Could do with understanding access routes through gardens of surrounding complexes: key lets you in/out of some gates and buttons on others to exit but you can't get back in. Overall, a great holiday and definitely recommend the accomodation to others

This property looked nothing like it depicts in the listing. This place was dirty and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a substantial amount of time. The sofa bed was broken so they left it open and there were mattress protectors on the bed and no sheets. The entire establishment smelled of stale cigarette smoke and we felt filthy the entire time we were there. The staff was not friendly and purposely took their time to even acknowledge anyone let alone pick up the phone. Overall, I would never recommend. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your stay. The neighborhood was sketchy as well and the hotel is closed between 1-3pm so if you return to the hotel between those times, you will not be allowed inside of the property. This place is awful and extremely disappointing. Please do better…

Complete with amenities and utensils in the kitchen
Make sure you don’t mistake it with a hotel kind of front desk
You do need to have your own shampoo and toiletries in this setup. Easily available a few hundred meters away
Kind of appeared pricy to me but the Bedroom and rollaway sofa bed was very comfy to accommodate 3 adults and a younger teenager in the room

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a week and we had an amazing time. The apartment was spacious and modern with good facilities. Staff were always helpful when we spoke to them.
The pool was lovely and a great place to relax. The building is only a short walk from the beach, train station and bus stops so you have great access into nice, Cannes and Monaco etc...

The only complaint I have is that we had a late check in so we had to follow instructions which were left with our room key which were all in french so it was slightly confusing but we eventually figured it out.

It would also be nice if a hair dryer and dishwasher tablets could be provided.

Overall we would definitely stay here again.

After reading some of the reviews I was not looking forward to staying here. On arrival the girl on the desk was really lovely it took 10 mins to check in. The room had everything we needed for our stay and was spotless. As the room does not be cleaned while you are there there was fresh towels and sheets left in a drawer for you to change the air conditioning was great no problems with this at all. There was shutters on the patio doors for nighttime We were very close to the beach and restaurants less than a 5 min walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Although reception says no check ins till 5 o'clock, we could check in as soon as reception opened after lunch at 3pm. We had a two bedroom ground floor apartment with a garden area which looked over the pool. It was spacious except for the second bedroom which barely had enough room to fit bunk beds. There is a lack of drawer storage. There was four of us and the bunk beds had not been made up. When we asked for sheets we were shown where the sheets were and left to make the beds up for ourselves. The crockery and cutlery was dirty and had obviously not been checked since the last people. No cleaning stuff was provided and we had to go out straight away to buy this. The apartment was generally grubby and felt unloved. Be aware that the code to get into the hotel changes every Saturday at 12 mid day but you do not get told this and we only found out by not being able to get in. The pool and gym area was lovely and clean. Security is very tight. Provided you go in with an open mind knowing that this is very much a self catering place rather than a hotel then you should enjoy your stay. There was easy bus access right outside the gate. Be aware that the spar supermarket near by is very expensive. Avoid taxis as these are very expensive also.

Short walk to the train station, trains frequent and lots of places to visit for day trips.
Breakfast could be better as hit and miss whether all food options available each day.
Spacious apartments, no oven but think this is usual.

Room had not been cleaned properly, fridge still had the remnants of a half eaten apple and a hip flask and dregs of a bottle of vodka. No aircon despite being advertised as having it.. patio door would not lock.
We asked numerous times for these issues with security and aircon to be rectified but to no avail..and we’re just told to complain direct to the hotel .. eventually we were given two tower fans but only because we asked.
Jacuzzi was freezing for the first few days .. no explanation given.
Staff varied between really helpful to couldn’t be bothered and it was very difficult to communicate as they didn’t speak English and we only spoke google French! Location was ok, good bus route into Cannes and Nice... would stay there again but with the awareness that you get what you pay for !

Good value for money and good location on the bus route and close to train station. Lovely clean spacious apartment. Staff were good on reception but as apart hotel few extras included ie one toilet roll, full kitchen but no cleaning supplies. Some guests received welcome pack but we didn’t. Lovely grounds and pool but pool shut until 6 April. Our accommodation looked onto the busy road but as we had shutters not noisy at night. Note €150 security deposit required on arrival but never taken from account. Also paid €13 local taxes on arrival. Great base for a self catering holiday in a lovely med resort

We had 6 people reserved for a 2 room unit. The first night was great even with late check-in hassle. But when we came back for a 2nd time. We were allocated in a different unit which has only one bath room. We asked to change to a different unit. The lady called manager and came back telling us \"it's all full\" (in French). I'm sure she didn't have to call the manager to find out it's full. I have no idea what they talked about. On top of it, there was no sheets for the sofa bed. It was already after 8pm when we realized it and I had to rush to office to get the sheets. that's when I jammed my toe at their door.

I had no hot water to use for the entire night. Not sure why, the reason given to me by the receptionist was not really clear. Nobody said sorry about that.

Excellent base

We stayed in a superior apartment facing the pool. The apartment was huge, well equipped and very clean . The pool area was lovely and water really warm ,even in October. We found reception service a little lacking as we asked for a kettle (we only had a coffee maker ) and were promised one but unfortunately it never arrived, our friends had a faulty lock on the door of their ground floor apartment and although they reported it , it was never fixed !
The apartments are in an excellent location for travelling to Cannes , Nice, Antibes Monaco and St Paul De Vence . We did all of them by bus or train which are both available a couple of minutes away , as are supermarkets, restaurants etc..
Overall an excellent base for seeing the Cote d, Azur .

Customer service was terrible!!!! We had to pay for toilet paper and we were not allowed clean towels!!! It was so noisy with all of the street traffic. Couldn’t sleep! Would not recommend this property

No receptionest 24 hours , we didn’t know about the password to get the hotel because the gate was closed and no receptionist when we arrived !!
