We were unable to find hotel. After talking with a construction worker we found out the hotel was under renovation and closed. We were charged for the hotel stay prior to stay and no communication that our room was unavailable. This a frustrating experience for our trip to Nice. We then had to book another hotel room. Where the Sheraton took very good care of us. This is fraud. I would like a refund.

Please contact me with refund. $173.99 cad. According to GPS address for Residhome Nice Aeroport, this hotel does not exist. Spoke with 6 locals as well as 2 nearby hotels, they had never heard of it. I called the number on the website, the fellow that answered had no idea what I was talking about. This was a very pleasant surprise. Little difficult to find in the building complex, but once I was in there, I was so pleasantly surprised at how clean well taken care of the accommodations were. The bed was excellent. The sheets were excellent. It was very clean.

This facility is inadequately operated as a hotel. Perhaps it might be better as an apartment hotel.

No instructions provided as in the room on to how to use the stove, microwave or towel warmer.

Damaged non stick pot should have been removed or replaced. Makes it looks like you don't care.

Coffee packages not supplied on a daily basis.
Trash bin not cleared on a daily basis.

We will not be recommending this hotel.

The air conditioning was amazing! Coming from Milan I struggled to find a room that got below 27 degrees Celsius. The room here got to 19 degrees Celsius, which made it comfortable to sleep. The front desk employees were really helpful and catered to my native language of English. 10/10 would recommend and when I’m back in Nice, this is where I will stay:

Very hard to locate- desk clerk was rude and VERY unhelpful- we were from US and travelled took 30 min to find property - thank goodness we had a good UBER driver and he was worried about dropping us off. We ask about the desk clerk about fiid- EAT- he said nothing- we found it close to hotel- so we brought back flyers from restaurant so other guest did not have to experience what we did I!

It is a long stay hotel. They do not clean your room unless you pay extra. This was not on the booking page. No extra toilet paper provided you have to buy your own if it runs out. You also have to bring down hour trash upon check out. Too expensive for what they offer. It was not told beforehand so you dont know until you get there.

The place it is a long term renting place , is it not a normal hotel. The front desk staff is rude and unprofessional.The room it is cleaned weekly so if you go for 3 days or 5 days you wont have housekeeping done. When we asked for fresh towels they said it is extra 2 euro. Hotels.com compensated us for inconvenience but that didnt change the way the hotel staff dealt with us.We had to go and ask for garbage bags to take out the garbage , to ask for coffee pr soap because they will not give it automatically , so we went and buy from the grocery store.
Never again at that property .

So this is walking distance from the airport but google maps placement is off and you have to find it in an office plex of buildings.
Everything else was fine. Check in, room clean. But we got back late and all the room keys weren’t working and no one except a security could open our doors since no reception was around to give new keys.
Dropped the stars because of that.
Really soured the night to come back to that hassle.

The accommodation is advertised as an “aparthotel,” implying it operates under serviced apartment conditions. However, this was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. Breakfast was noted as “available upon request” for a fee of approximately €15, while housekeeping was listed simply as “upon request,” with no mention of an associated cost. Based on this information, we proceeded with the booking under the impression that housekeeping would be included upon request.

Unfortunately, our first night was extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning in our room was not functioning, and the only alternative offered was a portable fan, which was both inadequate and extremely noisy. To make matters worse, the in-room telephone was not working, requiring us to go downstairs in person to address the issue.

We had man mosquitos, which made it difficult to sleep. We highly recommend bringing insect repellent. Additionally, if you are considering booking this hotel, we strongly advise a room with a balcony. The rooms are small, ventilation is poor, particularly in the bathrooms, the space quickly becomes stuffy and uncomfortable.

On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near train and tram stations and is within walking distance of the airport. However, a significant drawback is the lack of nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The few that are in the vicinity have limited hours. Therefore, if you book here, we suggest bringing your own towels and grocery!

Nothing around close to eat except a pizza place (theybseemed to have a full menu but offered only pizza) one of the rooms we had was leaking water from the ceiling enough that we almost slupped and fell (good size puddle), when we changed rooms no credit or anything for inconvenience. My son thought he left laptop in room so the 2 ladies at front desk walked back up.to let him in room, WATCHED him look for it, never said a word until he said he was putting the tracker on , THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN 1 of the firla said, "Ohhh you left it in the lobby when you checked in." So they knew it was our laptop yet didnt say a word until we were going to track it. We also had 3 rooms for 2 days and after the 1st day ..our keys wouldnt work, the lady at the desk said it was because we didnt pay the city tax for the day. We booked thru expedia. The room tax ALMOST ALWAYS either gets charged to your credit card that you leave for deposit or at the end of your stay or beginning. They deactivates our keys again another inconvenience. I would never recommend after the shadiness and behavior.

Staff bad attitudes and poor customer service makes this a miserable stay. I don't know if they are just not happy in their roles. At check-in a deposit is requested that's not communicated when booking or post booking. Previous reviews mention bad staff attitudes and none-refund of the surprise deposit so I am now concerned that refund still hasn't reflected yet. I had to book this location as there limited options left in the area due to Cannes film festival and F1 Monaco. If ever you need anything sorted regarding your booking outside office hours staff tell you have to wait till day staff due to some paper record system. According to the lady in reception her 'papers' for the day were completed and there was nothing she could do for me regarding an error/query in the room allocation/booking until the next day as she could not access any information and she closed her papers. Not sure what that meant. Anyway she completely refused to help me. Staff blame you for anything that's gone wrong e.g. room key card stopped working. Staff speak to you as if they paid for your stay. There are plenty more other options in the vicinity and don't ignore concerns in reviews is the lesson of the day.

Staff were very friendly & helpful. I have been to Nice a few times so I was familiar with the area. However, this was my first stay at Residhome Nice Aeroport. The room was so well equipped, I was so impressed.

I stayed for a total of 3 days/ 2 nights (separate bookings made) and was able to utilise the fridge. I did a little food shop at Carrefour City on Boulevard Rene Cassin (which also has a yummy salad bar selection) and stocked up for breakfast and lunch items for the duration of my stay - I ate out for Dinner.

I enjoyed resting on the balcony after my long hikes. There were lots of charging ports in the room - USB, USB-C and EU plugs so I could charge all my devices at the same time.

The hotel is quite close to Nice Saint Augustin station where I caught trains to Antibes, Cannes and Menton (and back) - I bought a Cote D'azur pass so I had unlimted train, tram and bus travel across cote D'azur and I realllllly utlised it! I also travelled by Tram to the Nice airport.. approx journey time to Terminal 1= 10mins, to terminal 2 = 15 mins. There are several restaurants around but I had dinner at the nearby Crowne Plaza Hotel which I stayed during my last visit to Nice.

Hotel to Nice centre/ Old Nice/ promenade de Anglais is only 30 mins on the bus , but about 10 mins in a taxi. The hotel location is really great overall.

Such good value overall, I was tempted to extend my overall trip by 1 day.

Had an interesting stay here. Firstly I booked through Expedia, very reasonable prices. However finding the hotel took, 20 minutes of walking around L’s in Nice. Rooms quite spacious and well equipped, all very modern. Not too convinced by cleanliness found what looked suspiciously like a toe nail clipping in the bathroom. A bit of excitement when unannounced, my door was opened by a receptionistt and what looked like a porter. No idea why they didn’t knock, or what they wanted. To cap it all, gig a phone call asking for my name, and was bitten by a mosquito. But I got the little bleeder.

The room was constantly 27 degrees - even at night! It was late March and I was told that the aircon wouldn't be switched on because it was not 'summertime'.

Leaving the window open at night to combat this meant 24/7 jumbo-jets in your ears, which I know can't be helped given the location.

Couldn't sleep because it was so hot, bed was also extremely squeaky.

It was actually easy to locate. It is within Grand Arenas plaza. Walkable distance from the tram stop. A 5 minute tram ride from both airport terminals. Will stay at this location on another trip to Nice. Very conviniently located. I also like the kitchenette within the rooms. Very clean spaces, with all necessary amenities. Convenience stores, cafes and mini restaurants just walking distances within arenas plaza.
