Excellent location for Nice airport and related transport (tram, trains, etc.). Easy walk from T1. Staff were incredibly friendly. Room was a good size and very clean. Common areas are really very good as well -- comfortable enough for a relaxed chat, but quiet enough for a casual business conversation. Very good overall. (4 out of 5 stars because the carpets in the hallways are stained, there are only two very small slow lifts for a fairly large hotel, and paper cups (instead of crockery) in the rooms.)

The room and bed were pretty good and close to terminal 1 but that was about it. There was no towels in room. Nophone to call reception. So I went down and they promised to get me towels before I got back from my meeting but still no towels. Had to go down again. This time they just gave me them up take up!

WiFi so poor it’s unusable and really bad reception of data too. When I checked in the past said I put in room number and my name for WiFi. I tried every combination and didn’t work. Had to go to reception where the colleague said irs just first three letters of name only! All together frustrating and wouldn’t stay there again. It’s cheap yes but deservedly so.

Terrible situation where we were given room keys and someone was in the room. This happened 2 times before finally getting a 3rd room that was empty.
I would not recommend. Bathroom toilet was not clean, nor was the shower.

We stayed one night before catching a flight early the next morning. The room met all our needs for the one night though it was a little small and crowded with our two big suitcases. There is no refrigerator in the room which wasn’t needed for our one night but might be important to someone staying longer. The hotel is a short walk to the airport and we felt safe taking that walk early the next morning.

The choices at the breakfast were already very limited but at 8:40am even all the cheese and fruit was gone! Asked the staff and they said that an earlier group had taken it all. Here's a free tip to the hotel staff: don't let earlier guests wipe out the breakfast buffet, reserve some for the later guests. Also the dinner didn't look great, it's worth going to the restaurant at the Radisson instead. A tip to other travellers walking from the airport terminal 1 (which is very close): don't believe Google Maps if it tells you to make a big loop. Walk up to the main road and turn right, passing just in front of the Sheraton. Room was comfortable.

Very nice staff, nice hotel and reception. Breakfast could be improved. Coffee was awful, bread was just ok and the cooked section was a disaster. Looked like the same reheated stuff every day. Didn't see anyone touch it, and I don't blame them.

Toiletries were absent except for a bag of liquid soap. Buffet dinner and lunch were very good. All clean, except bagged soap had leaked over shower floor and made it very slippery. Good location to get to Nice Airport on foot.

This hotel is fine for a very short stay near the airport, but I personally would recommend spending a bit more to stay somewhere cleaner and better maintained.
The biggest issue was cleanliness and the overall condition of the property. The room had a persistent fish-like smell, the floors felt dirty and unkept, and the toilet continuously ran after flushing, which added to the feeling that the hotel is fairly rundown.

The entrance area was also under construction during our stay, with hammering and workers throughout the property, so the arrival experience did not feel particularly clean or welcoming.

The room itself is basic but manageable for the price, and the staff were okay, though not especially helpful. Overall, it worked for one night, but I would likely choose a different option next time for a slightly higher price point.

Great location for an early flight from the Nice airport. You can easily walk across the street to T1 and take a free tram to T2. Staff was friendly and helpful at check in. Room clean but very small which is fine for an overnight. We left too early to have breakfast.

After a day riding the train from Monterosso to Nice, we checked into Campanile PRIME at the Nice AIRPORT. We had a plane to catch the next morning. We chose Campanile because they bragged about the access to food all day long. We arrived at 5 pm hungry because we had no access to meals while riding the train. We were excited to see that the lounge would be offering several food items, including a burger. But then disappointed to learn dinner would not be offered until 7 pm. So we waited for two hours for a buffet dinner being offered at 7 pm. After eating dinner, we felt much better and even found the buffet options quite tasty.

Check in was great lady was nice. The room was great very clean and bed was super comfy.
Restaurant staff weren’t very friendly. We received an email saying food is served until 11pm which we thought was helpful as we had a late flight but when we got there at 9:50 we were told this is not the case so had to go out and try to find food on foot. Checkout was easy, again staff not friendly.

Breakfast was small variety but tasted great. AC was wonderful. Breakfast staff was a bit rude when I struggled/was slower than usual with my French and comprehension (Canadian, French is a second language but accented). Room wasn’t very clean. Small stains including small blood stains on the sheets, sink wasn’t wiped, toilet paper wasn’t refilled, shower flipped between very cold and very hot with no in-between.

Rude staff on reception desk and unresponsive from management. There was a fire alarm while we stayed there, and we ended up stuck in an outdoor emergency stairwell with a metal gate that wouldn’t open. After much effort and calling out to other patrons and staff, it opened. We approached front desk to advise of safety concern with the gate in an emergency and the front desk rep was argumentative, rude, mocking and unprofessional. Emailed manager and never heard back. I’d never go back! Upsetting stay.

Also if you book this hotel, we paid extra in our reservation for breakfast. Don’t bother prepaying as no one seemed to be asked for their room number and everyone ate breakfast when we were there.

This hotel is located just across from the Nice airport, so very convenient for extremely early flights of the day because you get the comfort of knowing that you're right by. I could not comment on many areas of the hotel because we checked in late and left very early at around 4am for a 6am flight out but we did notice that our toilet was very dirty! So gross that we had to close it upon entering the bathroom.

Although the check-in lady was nice but she unfortunately gave us the wrong information about the shuttle between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. I specifically told her that we had a 6am flight out at Terminal 2 and would need to leave the hotel by 4am. She said no problem because Terminal 1 is just right across from the hotel (walkable) and there is shuttle service between the two terminals! ALAS, we found out that the shuttle does not start running until around 5am ONLY after we arrived at Terminal 1. By that time we figured it'd be perhaps much easier to just walk over than calling for a Uber in the wee hours. The walk took about 20 minutes, not easy with pushing big pieces of luggage along the streets! I just wish that we'd been provided correct shuttle information to have just Ubered to Terminal 2 in the first place.
