We stayed in a suite, the view was breathtaking overlooking the sea and Promenade.
Check-in was quick and easy.
The breakfast was nice but would be elevated if proper eggs were served rather than powdered eggs.
Parking underground was so convenient.
We will stay again.

Nice and luxurious hotel located centrally in Nice parallel to Promenade des Anglais. Close to communication such as tram and bus. Which provides the opportunity for training and other activities along the Mediterranean!

This was a beautiful room in a lovely location. A beautiful balcony right across from the Mediterranean Sea, and a beautiful walkway. HOWEVER there was one giant problem that brought this down to four star, and it might have been even lower if I was in a worse mood. The beautiful autumn sun, low on the horizon pounded into our room, most of the day, and particularly when it came up early in the morning. Because of the date, the hotel had stopped. It’s air conditioning, and the room became unbearably hot. It was by their admission, almost impossible to sleep. I requested that they do something about it twice, and the first person told me just to turn the system off and on, but that was incorrect. The only solution would have been to sleep with the sliding door open, but that would admit the traffic noise, and of course woken us up, unbearably early as soon as the sun came up. So, two bad night sleep. We were there three nights, but miraculously it still worked on the first night. Otherwise, everything OK

We liked the beach club and the pool area. Although we thought the charge for sunbeds at the beach club as paying guests, unnecessary and expensive. Food, drink and service was good at both.

The hotel and our room was clean, although there was a strange smell in the reception area during our 5 day stay!

The reception staff were helpful.

We didn't like that the water was not replaced on a daily basis. The fact that there were two of us but only one coffee cup! Coffee sachets and milk cartons not being replaced. Once we asked for these things we were given them, but why did we need to ask? Coffee sachets were replaced with coffee pods, we only had a kettle! Attention to detail. We also didn't like that one day we had no hand towels on another, no bath mat. No bath robes were provided, although there were hooks for them! Attention to detail was lacking!

Beautiful private beach and the rooms were decently-sized and clean. It’s about a 45 min walk/15-20 minute drive from all the restaurants and things to do in the city besides the beach, but it was easy enough to get around by Uber.

Pro: The hotel is modern and renovated. We had pretty good room with a view. The pool and restaurant area on the roof top is nice.
Cons: This is not a central hotel and it’s about 40min walk to the center or an 10min ride. The beach chairs are not free for the guests, actually nothing is really free you have to pay for pretty much everything to use accept the pool area. The sink and toilet should have been changed along with the renovation.

The pool was unsupervised. Children running on the deck, diving head-first into the pool, playing at drowning each other, shouting, parents unconcerned or worse (drunk). When we spoke to the bar-tending staff, he said he'd see what he could do. Nothing. In the room, only two towels for three people and they were the pool towels - staff said it was Sunday and they didn't have enough bathroom towels. Fold-away bedsheets were of dubious cleanliness - the staff person helpfully changed the pillow for us. Staff was excellent but there seems to be a management problem.

I liked the location and the balcony and the size of the room. The hallway and room had bad smell, we asked them about the smell and they sprayed the room but next day the smell is there and the same smell in the hallway, it seems the carpet smells bad. The room was always hot and the pillows are not comfortable. We were unable to access the private beach because it was always fully booked. It's over rated for what you get in return.

CHOOSE THIS PLACE! Look no further. We were miserable in an accommodation in Genoa, Italy and needed to escape for the day. We took the train and Uber’d here. The staff greeted us warmly, stowed our bags until the room was ready (3 pm check in) and invited us to enjoy the rooftop pool and restaurant. The service up top was impeccable from our waiter. Towels were available, and the view of the coast was stunning. This property is beach front.

More over, this is one of the very few beachfront properties with a private beach area where you can reserve lounge chairs. You need to reserve. They were booked online when we checked in, but reception called and was able to reserve chairs for our family of four. This level of service literally brought tears to my eyes.

The accommodations were impeccable. We reserved a junior suite (?) with a Mountain View. It was on the highest level (7) and was amazing. King size bed and a separate living room with a double sofa bed. Staff had already folded the sofa out and made up the bed for our two children, upon arrival. There were two bathrooms in the suite, one with a toilet, bidet and sink and the other with a shower, bathtub and sink. Two large closets. And a beautiful and long patio with a table/four chairs and two lounge chairs. We watched the sunset over the mountains.

I am currently writing this review while sipping on a Santa Rita spritz on a beach lounge chair looking out at the Mediterranean Sea. I repeat, CHOOSE THIS PLACE!

The staff here is extremely rude. We had a terrible encounter with the concierge. Come to find out management knows all about his horrible attitude. Location is good here if you are taking the bus, trams but if you are reliant on just walking it is pretty far from restaurants and beach clubs. L2 and L3 are behind the hotel and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel.

The property was generally run down. The lobby was fine and the rooms were large, but the carpet was stained and worn, the bathroom shower was moldy, the refrigerator leaked, the beds were very hard (some may like that, but it's not for me). The highlight was the beach club. It's well maintained, convenient and comfortable.

The customer service here was subpar. It didnt feel like a 4 star property. The AC service was poor. Our room always felt hot and muggy with damp sheets. The tub/shower was very difficult to access since my mother is aging. The TV has no English channels. There should be a smart TV with apps. Concierge is really no help. Would not go back.

It was ok! Cleaning hit and miss constantly asking for toilet roll replacement as maids didn’t replenish when cleaning room and also having to repeat requests for bath towels /hand towels as they didn’t have enough!

Quite far from main town so appreciated the quietness but same time not much choice of restaurants in area as quick food cafes.
Rooftop pool great views but too busy /no sun beds available till 5pm! Then Tried to sit in pool cafe area but service terrible to order snacks/coffee and not good quality at all!

Radisson Blue Suite

We booked a $900 a night Suite and though it was spacious the lack of a microwave and mini frig was disappointing. The bathroom shower door area had old and cracked sealant as the door would close completely. The bathroom drain was working ~ 50%.

Lastly on two occasions the front desk & concierge gave us incorrect information which caused us many hours of extra waiting at the airport.

I am a frequent traveler and would have expected a Radisson to have a small shop in the lobby area to buy incidentals.

I think it will help to add more staff we had to carry our luggages upstairs because no one else but one personnel was available and could not leave the front desk. Pool closes too early due to understaffing. The corridors/ hallways had a weird smell, deodorants here could go a long way to help. Over all the location is great and the bedroom nice just didn’t like the service and experience.

We loved staying at this spacious hotel. The room was amazing, great facilities and large balcony. Well stocked mini bar too. Staff were very attentive especially Mahud at the beach. Both the pool and beach area were great. I felt the pool area was a bit understaffed but the staff did their best to serve you. It’s 20mins or so in the bus or tram into nice old town but both were just there by the hotel. Will definitely return if I’m able.

This place is nice. Has a nice terrace. It’s generally clean but it was super humid in our room even with air conditioning, no fans in the bathroom so it would get quite wet everywhere when someone would shower. There was also a lot of mold on the ceiling, from water damage so that wasn’t great. The room itself was an okay size. It was kind of far from all the things you may want to do in old town (about a 50 minute walk). But otherwise the facilities are fine and it’s pretty good, just maybe not worth the price or if you want to pay more, stay somewhere a bit closer to Old Nice.

Just what we needed during our steamy hot week in Nice was the lovely rooftop pool. The view of the promenade and sea from our room was perfect. We upgraded for the daily breakfast which is a must.

Things to improve - stairs into the pool were loose and people/staff didn’t pick up towels after use so hard to tell what chairs were take or free. The bathroom tub/shower needs a good scrub as there was mold around the edges and sinks.

Good location as close to the hotel and the beach.
I would not rate this as a 5 star - very basic rooms, thin towels and toilet paper. The hair conditioner pot was empty and the balcony step and around the sink were worn.
Some nice and happy staff, but some seem grumpy and stressed. Service at breakfast was good but around the rest of the hotel, including the restaurant and pool area was slow. Very expensive mini bar and we couldn't believe guests have to pay for the sun loungers on the private area of the beach. The breakfast was good with a wide range of food. Pool area was also pleasant and not too crowded. A very basic and poorly equipped gym. Not sure we would return again.

They gave me a room that was already occupied. I paid for a view of the sea, but they gave me a room without it. The bathtub shower wand handle was broken, making the wand unusable. The shower door wouldn't close. The bedside USB charging ports did not work. Avoid.

Overall good stay. Good value for money. Just a few \"strange\" things around the food & beverage mostly. The breakfast restaurant was good. Efficient, good choices, good service. Strange that there's no daily restaurant open for a hotel of this size. The lounge seemed to be \"stocked\", but no one ever there serving people... at least not while I stopped by in the late afternoon and evening... kind of the key times for most hotel lounges. The top floor bar and restaurant are great, but the bar staff didn't really seem to know what they were doing. Nice, great view, great locaion, but just a little off. Parking was \"interesting\". It says there's public parking, but apparently can only be accessed after checking in at the hotel. And access was random. Between delivery trucks in the way and repairs to the main entrance, it was a little chaotic. So, like I said, generally good stay with a vew inconsistencies.

Absolutely wouldn’t recommend. The “suite” was just two rooms connected by a door. The bed was just on wheels and was broken from the start, and never fixed despite multiple requests. We also had to ask for coffee several times because it wasn’t refilled. When brought to staff’s attention at checkout, they mentioned a one day refund through Expedia, then rejected Expedia’s request for the refund. Horrible expensive with unhelpful and untrustworthy staff.

This Radisson Blu is in a more residential area with few restaurant choices near by. There is a trolly stop and bus stop very near, which is nice and maybe the only really positive thing I can say about the Radisson Blu. The lobby bar, when it was open, was very slow. The hotel rooms did not have any drawers and there were always plates and glasses in the hallway, some times for more than a day.

I wasn’t impressed by this property. It was tolerable but every day there were little issues that occurred that became very frustrating.

- The hotel didn’t have any AC running which made the room very stuffy qjd uncomfortable. We slept every night w the balcony door open and until the early morning hours this was always very noisy with outside traffic.
- Our shower wouldn’t drain properly.
- Overall the room wasn’t filthy but it also wasn’t in the best shape. There were black stains on the shower floor and brown stains on the fabric bed frame base.
- On Expedia the room showcased a minibar and nespresso which were not in our room. There was an empty fridge but it didn’t cool well. At most it made our water luke warm with a slight chill.
- There wasn’t water offered in the room for staying hydrated. The hotel offered 2 bottles on the first day but we needed water more than the first day. We ended up buying water outside the hotel and filling up in the fitness center every day to reduce waste and save money.
- Service in the restaurants was extremely poor. Especially from the older females working in both the rooftop restaurant and breakfast. We were treated very poorly by both when simply asking for a coffee to go and a pastry.
- Room service 24/7 was offered and displayed in our welcome page and also outside the elevators but when we called to order one of the nights of our trip the staff said they only do drinks and no food.
