Clean room, cool concept. Very green and environmentally friendly.

Only downside was somewhat cramped toilet (If you've been to Japan, you'll know what I mean). And the light would go off in the toilet room every 5 minutes or so. But the shower and bathtub were great. And great view too for a good price. Lots of ammenities in the room like a Microwave and big fridge

Clean and comfortable hotel and i loved the fact that the bathroom had a proper bath and a separate shower too.
Room was spacious.
Staff were very helpful.
Getting around was very easy as the transport links near the hotel are great.
Consudering hotel close to the airport, with windows closed I was not dusturbed at all. I would stay at this hotel again, lovely.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable plus the hotel is a 10 minute walk to Terminal 1. The tramway also passes right in front of the resort which you can use for accessing the terminal. The hotel also has laundry facilities and a nice bar.

Excellent location!!

The hotel is located 10 minute tram ride from the airport and 15 minutes away from centre of Nice.

National Rail SNCF is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. (Nice St Augustin station) which you can teavel to Monte Carlo or towards Cannes

The hotel offered excellent service from checking to breakfast, followed by a nice relaxed atmosphere after a long day out.

Plus point for having a day bed for my child and not a sofa bed.

I will be staying there again.

Negatives: expedia gives the hotel 4 stars. The breakfast was not upto what we would consider 4stars. Limited selection and quality of hot food was poor. So much that 1 day they served burnt food with all bacon burnt to a black crisp. Thinking this was fine to serve told what they think of customers. Location is bad and good. Nothing around it at all. Have to get tram to go in town each time. Takes about 20mins each way and if with family, this cost piles up very easily. Our rooms had sink fridge and microwave but no utentils or cutlery at all. Do they seriously expect people to bring their own. No milk pods for tea.
Positives: the rooms are bigger than usual hotel rooms. Beds are large and has a day bed too. Separate toilet and shower room is a great plus, unusual in hotels, good idea. Has bath and shower. Foldable dinig table great idea. Likely not get many hotels in Nice with this room size. Location is good to get to airport. Easy 15min walk to Terminal 1. Swimming pool was nice, small but wasnt too busy. They have deal with parking lot provider next door to hotel so thats good. Was 16EU per day.
Overall its a nice hotel, but not 4 star in my opinion. It has a pool and big rooms but let down by dining options and breakfast. We were told by 1 staff there was no food option in evening then told by another there is pizza they can make so wasnt sure what to believe. Hotel is good to be used as a base.

A good property to stay at when you need a night in Nice and have an early departing flight the next morning.
Our bathroom shower in our room has a design fault. The water travels all over the bathroom as the shower is at the same floor level as the entire bathroom space. There is no enclosed shower or tiled hob to keep the water from your shower in the shower area to drain. If you are not careful you could flood your entire room.

Great location for lots of amenities.

Very convenient location to get to Place Massena and Old Town. The room was nice although toilet and shower were separate and the toilet chamber was tiny. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. While I didn’t opt in for breakfast everyday, the day I did was lovely. Lots of options and it was nice to eat on their veranda near the pool. There isn’t room service so you do have to travel a few tram stations to get food or eat while out and about. I used Uber Eats while I was staying there and that was convenient. Housekeeping came every day which I loved. They are so thorough and I felt very taken care or. Will def stay here again when back in Nice.

Airport hotel stay

The location is excellent. The tram to get to the airport is around the bldg and follow the track. The travel is FREE to the airport. Aside from that, the room is comfortable and the hotel has a small gym. Front desk is very professional.

We booked the superior suite, which is just a standard sized apartment room imo. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. Bed was comfortable and there’s a drape which you can use to separate the “bedroom” from the “living room”. Shower was nice and had rituals shower and hand products. Area was nice as there is a tram 5 min walk from the hotel. It’s also close to the airport only need one tram.

Very unfriendly stuff, no smile, small talk or even good morning during breakfast, or any other time of the day, one morning two people at the reception which I assume one of them was a manger of some sort were staring at my husband and talking to each other other, while my husband was preparing the table for me and my kids (we were walking from the elevator to the table), it was very rude and uncomfortable.
On day 3 we ran out of soap and no one bothered to check, the beds are uncomfortable I had back pain throughout my stay, there is no access from paid parking to the rooms. And finally the area around hotel is not very nice.

We call this the Crappiness Hotel. We did not like anything about it except for the close proximity to the airport and to Promenade des Anglais and the City Centre. The room was very strange. It had no closets or drawers to store your things. It was only open hanging and shelving. The bathroom looked like a fabricated insert you would see in a boat or trailer. The pool was extremely small for the amount of people sharing it from the next hotel. We decided not to use it. We only used our room to bath and sleep. The breakfast was terrible and they were always out of things. Definitely do not recommend this property. Thumbs down 👎

Nice place, nice staff

This hotel is great and very close to the Nice Airport, which is accessible via a quick tram ride from stop just outside hotel. We stayed here the night we arrived from United States, and the night before we left to return home.

Location is great. Public transportation available right outside. Quick ride to old town Nice.

Breakfast was good with a variety of options.

The modular hotel room with an annoying light

Liked everything about the hotel except there is no way to leave just a reading light on. A light over the bather door can only be turned off by shutting down all the power in the room. Totally stupid. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

Clean and spacious , has small kitchen in the room ( love it)
perfect for family , staffs are very kind and well practiced , efficient and nice.
Breakfast is simple but good quality , many resto nearby for lunch , close to airport with tram, ( 2-3 stops )city centre also 20 min by tram , so easy access , from Nice Saint Augustin train station , walk 5 min too. They have laundry room for free so you can clean your dirty cloth over travel before you take flight, Great for family and well organized hotel, love it and willing to come back if possible !!!!

Nice hotel just let down by breakfast

We booked a superior suit with a double and two single beds but the only rooms available were doubles with a sofa bed something we could have booked else where.

The hotel is nice and clean, good decor and location.

Maybe we timed breakfasts badly as there were no plates, forks or glasses. People were constantly asking for these items that were then supplied one at a time rather then a lot being brought out to resolve the issue.
Plates didn't seem clean and the whole breakfasts experience seemed very chaotic and disorganised.

We had generally liked the hotel and staff were friendly wound we stay again probably not as the area is surrounded by alternatives.

The property is great and has an easy tram access from the airport. The surroundings are fine with beaches close by, stores, and access to downtown.
It was very hard for us to do early check in. The reception is quaint but small and we had to wait for 5 hours with a low operating AC. The property seemed understaffed (kitchen and rooms). It is a shane because both the room and hotel are very pleasant.

This was a one night stay, remote from, what I consider to be “friendly and convenient “ for a solo traveler. The taxi driver could not park in front of the hotel as no direct to it so fortunately he helped with luggage. Breakfast was not included in the rather expensive price. I walked a distance to find a place for dinner, as hotel doesn’t serve, and no place close enough, At two different times two young guys called out “Madame“ to me but I kept walking. It made me uncomfortable. Awkward in that if one wants to be in the lobby to check out? You must have your luggage then get back on the elevator with your luggage to go down one more level to exit the hotel. Too much shifting of luggage for me.
