Great base for exploring if you don’t mind needing to take a tram or a nice but long walk along the promenade. The pool inside is small, but excellent standard. Only issue is the sauna is temperamental so don’t bank on it working. Breakfast is was nice, if not a little cramped in terms of the space for eating and serving yourself. Staff were pleasant, but somewhat aloof. Would stay again, for sure.

The room / apartment had good kitchen facilities, the sofa bed wasnt very comfortable and staff on desk were professional some were friendly and welcoming, but not all.
There was a lack of communication prior to arrival. We had attempted to contact them numerous times for weeks before our stay via email, with head office by telephone. But no response from local hotel.

Terrible time with this establishment. Construction work within the hotel, wasn’t made aware of this before my 4 night trip to Nice. Had to leave around 9am every morning to avoid the noise. Staff were rude and unprofessional, manager was uninterested and dismissive. The sauna was out of service. I wasn’t allowed to go get milk for my coffee when the bar ran out because I hadn’t paid for breakfast. It was a joke. I called Expedia to be moved to another hotel and they were just as hopeless. s someone who works in the tourism industry, I will NOT be recommending this hotel or Expedia to my clients. The correct regulators have been informed. Next I’ll be reviewing everywhere I can. Not only did Expedia fail me as a tour operator, they were prepared to leave me without accommodation in a city I didn’t know. Twice in the past year, Expedia have been more interested in my money, than my safety and enjoyment. Don’t use.

The guy at the reception desk in the morning was not friendly: no flexibility to check in earlier than 3 pm nor to leave us in the same room because I added one night after making the 1st reservation. Luckily, the lady in the afternoon was the opposite. Told us it wouldn't make sense to move us which we agreed. There were issues with electricity, so the hallway was dark & we had concerns about the elevator. Otherwise, convenient to airport & the city by tram. Nice roof deck to watch planes.

The hotel was close by to Cassin tram stop so it was easy to go into town or the airport (we actually walked from the airport on arrival and it took about 15 mins). There is a supermarket close by too - less than 10 min walk away.
Breakfast the hotel is way too pricey so I would recommend walking to the intermarche and buying some pastries for breakfast.

I booked for two rooms for at least a month in advance for my family and when I ask the staff in the lobby why our rooms were not next together they could not give me a good reason of why. I asked if we could have our rooms next together or on the same floor they said they can’t accommodate me. He wasn’t very helpful knowing I booked two rooms when I made my reservation.

The gentleman at the front was very rude and dismiissive. My room was prepaid but there was a $150 deposit for the one night stay. I had to use a new credit card since i wouldnt have enough on my debit. The first time i tapped the card it said declined but i immediately got a text saying that my card was being used in another country. I sorted that out with the bank and was told to proceed. When i went back to him to run the card, he turned the card backwards inserted it and said declined, by this time he became even more dismissive and unaccomdating. I was on the phone with the bank and they kept telling me the only decline they see is the initial one which was sorted out so whatever is happening has to do with the merchant. By now i was frustrated so i asked for his manager. He asked why i needed the manager as if he didnt want to get her. I told him, either you call the manager or refund what i already paid for tge room so that i could go and book another hotel. The manager came and thankfully offered to help. She explained that this happens sometimes when you use a new card. She allowed me to pay the international tax and forego the deposit since i would only he staying one night. I went up to the room and it was very tacky. Not dirty but tacky. The wallpaper peeling, the carpet smeeled funny and the light in the hallway outside my room wasnt working. Needless to say i will never be staying at this place ever again.

It was extremely noisey all night (traffic, not aircraft) and a lorry started unloading at 3am and made an horrendous noise for about an hour. Reception demanded a 150 euro deposit even though I had paid for the room (I still haven’t received it). Worst of all, the room I booked had been given to someone else - I would not stay there again.

Mostly kind staff, one particularly angry and discourteous team member.

The room AC did not work, and there was a trash dumpster set afire outside the hotel - thus the fumes entered our room (because we opened the window due to nonexistent AC).

However, beautiful rooftop pool and indoor pool - and we didn’t use the sauna, but it’s a nice perk.

The property feels pretty run down. There was a huge hole in the bathroom leading to under the bath where clearly there's been some plumbing issues. Skirting boards had fallen away and rotted from damp. The room had a strange and unpleasant smell.
The sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable to sleep on.
Aircon just about worked, but wouldn't get sub 20C.
It was the cheapest available close to the airport, so I didn't have high expectations so 3 star rating reflects price. We were only staying 2 nights as a stop gap so was ok, but wouldn't spend any longer.

Started off badly as receptionist took 150
Euros by mistake but cud t refund it. 3 days later it was sorted. Hotel fair, rooms clean .Had to remove all personal rubbish and no towel change or bedding change over 5 nights . Roof terrace great views of Nice.and airport lol . trams close for easy access to central Nice and walking distance to airport. Close to St Augustine rail station for connections to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes . Overall satisfactory .

Checked in OK and the elevator was a total mission (stops at every floor, takes minutes to come down with nobody on it), but that’s minor. You can literally walk 8 flights of steps faster than using the elevator, which I found odd.

First, AC is broke in my room and not just broke, but my room was warmer than a) the hallway, b) the stairwell, and c) outside. After a tech couldn’t fix it, they moved me to another room (staff made it seem like an inconvenience) and the new room was USED. Unmade bed, used towels on the bathroom floor, etc.

Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

The main reason for writing this is that our deposit was promised to be returned but wasn't, despite sending an email chasing via their web site. We cleaned and tidied before we left and took photos as evidence in case this happened. We also had a terrible experience during check in with a long wait, keys that didn't work and the sofa bed with previous tenant's bedding on it.

Wanted a place close to airport. 3 minutes away and shuttle was 40 euros!! Ridiculous. Toilet had stuck on dirt I cleaned with my wipes -gross. Floor in front of door needed vacuuming. No extra toilet paper. No bath soap. Pools & jacuzzi cold. Huge containers of dirty towels & laundry in the hall to jacuzzi area. Literally taking up the hallway space -gross. Front desk didn’t care that I had to clean the toilet lol. Shrugged his shoulders and asked if I wanted a different room. I’m I already cleaned the toilet! No where to eat except shady neighborhood area behind hotel. The room closets both had cleaning equipment in them. No one wants to hang clothes with cleaning equipment and trash can in then. Room was fine besides these unnecessary issues. Would I stay again? No! They are not clean or caring. In fact aloof. Plus the 40 euro to the airport was way to much. Rather pay for a nicer hotel with amenities and cleanliness.

Stayed with family of 4 for 1 night in August. Fire alarm went off twice in the night 3am and 8am resulting in everyone crashing reception for reasons, chaos reigned. Hottub was like pea soup, inside pool and sauna could do with a good clean. Room could do with a refresh as skirting boards loose, door handles missing and a fair few scrapes and bumps. Short walk from the airport a bonus. 10 minutes on the tram to Nice center. Rooftop area good, bit busy but gets quiet later. We managed to have it all to ourselves from 10pm to 11pm.

There was an hour long line up to check in with only 1 person on reception. He didn’t care and said it was a normal day so why not have 2 people on reception at check in time.
They don’t supply pool towels, only gave us 1 bath towel, then said we had to use our bath towel and they would charge us for extra clean towels.
There’s no milk supplied for a cup of tea or coffee. The desk refused to give us any.
The desk sign states there’s bar snacks available to purchase with a price list, but there wasn’t ever any at all from the list over our 3 days.
The room notes state that you have to empty your bins out in the street yourself.
We think 25 euros per day parking is a little expensive.
The room size and the pools were good.

Clean property. Comfortable. A few gripes though. Steps broken on swimming pool, so could not get out properly . Only 2 hangers in room, also there was no drawers to put clothes in. So clothes had to stay in case ! We stayed 5 nights. The fire alarm went off at 3am on 2 nights for quite some time . The first time I was obviously quite concerned, but nobody was evacuating! It seemed to be a common occurrence.
I think my biggest annoyance was when we checked in, we paid €150 in cash for a breakage deposit, which I had read about. The receptionist put the cash carefully in an envelope, and luckily I requested a receipt, as when we checked out our envelope had gone missing !! They checked and checked and said they would have to credit my card later ! . I wasn’t happy as I needed the cash to use at the airport , so I provided my receipt and after phoning her manager she gave me the deposit out of the petty cash tin. Clean comfortable hotel , but in my opinion not worth the money. Needs drawer and cupboard space in rooms, and swimming pool steps need to be fixed!

La chambre est correcte et le personnel d’accueil est sympathique. En revanche, l’insonorisation est insuffisante : nuisances extérieures (route) et bruits provenant des chambres voisines. De plus, le personnel de ménage est entré à trois reprises dans la chambre sans prévenir, avant l’heure de check-out, pour nous demander de libérer la chambre plus tôt.
Je recommande cet hôtel uniquement comme solution d’appoint, mais pas pour un séjour prolongé dans la ville.

Es war das erste Mal, dass ich mich bei Expedia während eines Urlaubes beschweren musste.

Schon während ich meine Kaution per Kreditkarte gezahlt hatte, traten technische Schwierigkeiten auf. Als ich für vier Nächte einen Parkplatz anmieten wollte, versagte die Technik komplett. Ich schlug Barzahlung vor. Allerdings wollte man mir keinen handschriftlichen Rechnungsbeleg ausstellen. Es wurde sehr lange beraten. Der Manager und zwei Angestellte fanden leider keine Lösung.

Da nahm ich die Angelegenheit in die eigene Hand: ich schrieb auf einem Zettel mit Hotel-Logo die Rechnung in englischer Sprache und leistete meine Unterschrift. Statt ebenfalls zu unterschreiben, zeriss der Vorgesetzte dieses Schriftstück demonstrativ vor meinen Augen!

Von diesem unhöflichen Verhalten geschockt, brach ich das Gespräch ab. Wäre ich nicht über 1000 Kilometer fern der Heimat gewesen, hätte ich das Hotel sofort verlassen! So stelle ich mir keinen Urlaub vor!

Ansonsten: große Zimmer, Bad etwas dreckig und Frühstück hatten wir nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Das Hotel und das Apartment an sich, ist ansprechend und modern. Jedoch sind bereits überall Abnutzungserscheinungen zu erkennen. Die Wände sind schmutzig, überall Schrammen. Im Appartement selbst das gleiche. Die Türrahmen dreckig, teilweise defekt und notdürftig geflickt. Bei Ankunft waren die Fenster total schmutzig mit diversen Fingerabdrücken, hinterm Fernseher und an den Lampen eine dicke Schicht Staub. Das Schlafsofa war nicht nutzbar, da die Scharniere gebrochen waren und alles instabil war. Gerade darauf liegen war unmöglich. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist ein Posterbettgestell, aud dem eine dünne, viel zu weiche Matratze liegt. Beim Schlafen liegt man quasi auf dem Bettgestell, da keine Federung gegeben. Somit waren jeden morgen Rückenschmerzen vorhanden. Die Kissen sind total hart, sodass man hier ebenfalls nicht darauf liegen kann. Die grünen Dekokissen waren voll mit Flecken, was richtig ekelhaft ist. Vorgänge und Lüftungsgitter waren total verdreckt. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption wollte man u s nicht weiterhelfen, es gibt keinen Techniker, der das Schlafsofa reparieren oder austauschen kann und ein anderes Appartement stand nicht zur Verfügung. Ebenso funktioniert die Klimaanlage nicht mehr. Auch hier die Antwort, dass diese seit dem 15.10. ausgeschaltet ist und alle anderen Gäste dann das gleiche Problem haben. Das Apartment hatte Meerblick und somit den ganzen Tag Sonne. Es waren Tag und Nacht 25 Grad im Appartment. Bei der zweiten Beschwerde an der Rezeption

Personale alla reception cordiale e molto gentile. Unica pecca : le donne delle pulizie toglievano ( seppur avvisate diverse volte ) la card per la corrente che è collegata al frigorifero della camera e quindi i cibi rischiavano di deperire. Per il resto tutto nella norma, città raggiungibile col tram o a piedi. Parcheggio difficile da trovare gratuito se non si conosce la zona.

La verdad es que no me gustó el trato de su personal, el hotel olía feo y desde q hice la reserva puse 4 personas y solo dejaron 3 toallas
Y tampoco me gustó que 3 veces nos abrieron el cuarto para limpiarlo, tocaban y abrían al instante
