Clean and conveniently located if you want to stay in or near Livingston. However, the staff is mostly indifferent. The weekend was very busy with a wedding party, hence there was a lot of noise late into the night and shortage of parking. Mostly just ok overall.

This place needs a lot of updates. The rooms smelled. The fridges were unkept. The calcium build up on the showers and water stains on the walls. The beds didn’t have bed covers on them so you can see all the stains of the bed when the sheets slid off. The sprinklers fell off in front of the door. Not everyone was friendly. There is no microwave in the room but only on the first floor. Anyone could come onto the property and some used the side doors that were left open. It’s really not what I expected.

They catfished us! What the room that we booked, looked like in the pictures, were not even close to the room we were given. All the lights were on when we walked in like if someone was just in there and the room needed some serious deep cleaning. Our charger ports didn’t work, and the AC kept having malfunctions. The only reason why we didn’t mention something the night of check in was because it was already super late, but definitely mentioned before check out.

I will never come here again, nor will i be referring anyone.

The first room we were in had streaks on the toilet seat. The next room was a little better but when we requested a room cleaning the next morning, we got back that evening it was still the same way we left it. We would not stay again as it is pretty expensive for the lack of service provided to guests.

A big spacious hotel with decently decorated and clean rooms. Nothing too special about this location, except for the people. The workers were extremely kind, soft spoken and always ready to help. The pool is nice, wished it stay opened til 12pm instead of 10pm but nonetheless grateful it’s open at night for my husband who has a sun allergy. Great time there! Sad to hear they’re closing soon! So book before sept. 30th

Stayed here to shop at a nearby bridal boutique. It was adequate but is beginning to look tired in decor. Paint was chipped in the bathroom and the carpet looked worn. The curtains had stains as did the box springs covers (which were gross.) The furniture was worn, drawers were off glides, metal accents detached on table. The mattress was soft and I prefer a firm mattress. The pillows were a lumpy mess. Linens/towels were clean and nice. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would stay there again if needed but would bring my own pillow.

Their ranking shouldn’t have been good.

The air condition was broken in the hallways. The ac in the room didn’t read the proper temperature so it had to be kept on 65 to keep the room comfortable. Paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom and at the windows. If you took a shower and left the door open, the room stayed muggy for at least an hour. I wouldn’t stay here again. Not sure how they got a good rating.

Very over priced for the very limited services. The pool was nice, and they had free coffee, but no breakfast. If you have room service, they needed to know the night before, yet the price charged was as though all those amenities were included. I would say I would pay maybe $100 for what we got per night, not $255. Thanks for letting me voice my thoughts.

I booked this hotel because it was close to where I needed to be, the pictures looked clean and updated and a review said the staff was nice. The only true thing was it was close to my destination. I don't know where they got the pictures they show on the website but it is not in that good condition. The staff was not friendly at all, no pleasantries, no smiles didn't even thank us. We were there for a family event and asked to have our rooms close together, we were all on different floors and as far away as possible and the hotel was not full by any means. The rooms are only cleaned if you ask. Random people hanging out in the lobby literally all day like it was a train station. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Home2 Suites down the street.

Bathroom not to the standard, the bath top was cluged and takes minutes before drain, we come and the came to fix it later but still has some Greenwich stains around the hole, i stayed for two nights with my family no one came to clean our room, we picked up trash by ourselves.i akso noted lack of communication on the side of the staff when shift changes, one say something to you and when other staff comes she/had no clue

Hotel restaurant was closed and the hotel was empty. There were large storage containers in the parking area to the left of the hotel. Hotel was very clean and rooms were nice but it appears it will be closing soon! Sad as over the years this was a beautiful hotel and an excellent place to stay on business. Overall a decent one night stay. Everything nice, but also dated and worn out.. You can tell that is was a top notch hotel at some point!! Cleanliness was average. If you give it a Quick Look, it looks very clean, but there are definitely stains in the lounge chair, dust in closet shelves, stains on carpet.. The mini fridge was almost unusable. It barely got cold and the shelf and icebox were busted out. Positives are that the staff was all very pleasant and helpful!! It was also very quiet and I was able to sleep all night without a waking sound.

This hotel needs an update. Th shower doors couldn’t close and as a result water leaked all over the floor. Shower was super dirty and should be thoroughly cleaned. Sink water would blast all over the floor.
The bed sheets were itchy and had to ask for fresh sheets. Refrigerator wasn’t working. The staff service was terrible. Overall, our experience wasn’t the best and wouldn’t book again.

Paid for king bed room. It was 2 twin beds put together that were extremely hard. Shower was rusted and stained. Carpet was very old and stained. Had to get room changed to what they had available which was only double beds even though I paid more to have king.

My last visit at this hotel I had put in about a couple of things that needed to be addressed, on this visit I do see that everything was addressed. It actually is a great hotel and the staff is awesome. One thing I feel should be changed is the refrigerators in the room, which are more so coolers than refrigerators.

This is the only hotel in the area, the room is average, there is a small fridge in a closet without a freezer or shelves. No safe, a pool that is closed Wednesdays and Thursdays. A very small bathroom. When you ask for a wake-up call you may or may not get one.

Nicer hotel in this area for close to the same price as the rest, but off the beaten path. I appreciated that this hotel wasn't right off the highway. The rooms and amenities were clean and accessible.

My only qualm was with no one being at the front desk the few times I had a question or request over the duration of my stay. Staff hung out in that back room -- if this is typical for this hotel, I don't really care but day, night, afternoon, and evening I had to shout a \"hello?\" from the front desk or witnessed other people do the same which doesn't seem typical of any hotel as far as customer service goes in my experience.

It’s a very nice hotel there are a few quotes that they need to work on, in the patio area there is a dead bird on the post they have beautiful light streaming over the patio area over half of the lights are out,Westminster hotel why all the lights are not on the name very important. What happened to comforters on the bed why can’t we have microwaves in the room. Other than that I love the Hotel

No parking for the hotel customers. They have a restaurant inside the hotel, which is the parking is always full on the weekends. We stayed outside for a good 30 minutes to find parking.

The front staff is great! They are not only friendly, but they can hold a real conversation and they are super professional. I couldn’t find anything to complain about besides the fact I forgot my bathing suit so many times and I could get in the pool..
