The front garden through which you enter the hotel is lovely and peaceful. Our room was spacious and felt newly renovated, to the point that it seemed it had not been fully furnished yet, for example with a sofa. Still, it was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. In particular, the croissants were warm and appeared to be freshly baked. Of special note, people at the front desk were very helpful when we needed to find a walk-in clinic. Their information allowed us to get the assistance we needed in a timely way. Merci!

Right on the edge of the shopping and attractions and easy access just a few blocks from the beach. The staff service was friendly and accommodating from the desk to the cleaning staff. The outdoor area is comfortable and clean as well. The room and bathroom were comfy and spacious. I would recommend this place again and probably stay here unless I wanted to glitz it up at the casino or somewhere else.

I loved the fact this hotel was close to shops, beach and a 10 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast was great! The only issue I had was the private beach access. Ruhl Plage only takes care of their 5 star hotels before Best Western even if you have a voucher. You aren’t guaranteed a spot. We were lucky as we stood in their line that started at 8:30am and spoke with the owners. But we had to speak to them everyday! It helped to have lunch reservations at Ruhl Plage. But note not everyone gets in.

Disappointing Stay! Our stay at Best Western Plus Hôtel Brice Garden in Nice was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had and we travel often. We booked an Exclusive Room but there was absolutely nothing exclusive about it. The photos online are misleading.The room itself was in terrible condition. It was dirty upon arrival, and to our shock, the bed sheets had visible blood stains. Despite multiple requests to the front desk over our 4-night stay, the sheets were only replaced the night before we checked out. The mattress was so worn that the springs pushed into our bodies, and the linens felt rough and low quality.The room smelled strongly of urine and sewage, particularly at night, which made it hard to sleep. The bathroom was moldy and visibly unclean; we were all uneasy about using the shower. The towels provided were far from hotel standard, greyed, threadbare, and simply unhygienic. The air conditioning broke during a 35°C heatwave, and we were told no one was available to fix it. Thankfully, my husband was able to get it working! The Wi-Fi was nonexistent in the room and for basic tasks like checking emails we had to go down to the lobby. We were told our room was “the best,” which is very concerning. We relied on the 10/10 reviews when booking, but based on our experience, I question their legitimacy. This is not a 4-star hotel—it feels more like a run-down motel. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I hope this helps others avoid the same mistake!

Loved staying at this hotel. Arrived very late 2am as our plane was delayed twice. Contacted the hotel to advise and they had no problem with us arriving late. We had 5 nights The air con was brilliant as it was very hot in Nice. Every day we were given 2 bottles of water, very appreciated. The location was walkable to everything.

The BW Brice Hotel is located close to beach, restaurants, train station. The rooms are comfortable, and good air conditioning. The breakfast was also delicious. It is a great hotel, and I would recommend staying here.

I booked Best Western Plus Hotel Brice Garden in Nice based on its description as a 4-star beachfront hotel, but unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. It is not beachfront at all—it’s several blocks away from the beach—and at best, this property should be rated three stars. The photos make it appear modern and stylish, but in reality, the hotel is not as clean or updated as advertised. That said, the staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not choose to stay here again based on the misleading description.

Stayed one night in this well-located hotel (5 minutes to the sea, lots of restaurants, 10 mins to old town) with wife and 13 year old daughter in family room. The family room was a reasonable size with nice view over garden. Breakfast was good value. Garden a very nice place to relax at end of days aqnd while waiting to head off next day. Bonus was free coffee in the reception area from 2-7.

We booked the premium room which looked very light and welcoming in the photos, but sadly was very dark and glum. It was on the ground floor right next to the road with people walking past the window, quite noisy in the evening. The only positive we have is the size of the room, very large.

Breakfast was ok, not the best, not the worst.

Location was fairly good, not far from the main strip of restaurants.

It says four start hotel, this is not a four star hotel - three at best.

Parking is not good. There is a parking across the hotel for another residence, so I had to stop my car just in front of the main hotel entrance which has only space for one car at a time to get the remote for the garage door and park your car. That’s just a few steps walk to the hotel.

A nice \"boutique\" style hotel, located centrally enough to get anywhere around Nice on foot or using mass transit, yet in a relatively quiet neighborhood. One is only a couple of walking minutes to the beach or to where the action is! The breakfast is decent, with quite a few options on the buffet. The room size is just fine and the amenities are good for the price in the off-season. The staff were all super friendly and very helpful, which is not something to be taken for granted in city hotels.

We had a room with a bay window overlooking a small garden in front of the property.
All attractions are 20 min walk from the hotel. Metro is very close. Staff was super. It is a friendly place. Lobby is nice. The restaurant is good and in fact not overpriced compare to what you can get around.

If you have rooms 403 or 404 they have a large terrace attached. It dies mean walking from the 3rd floor; but the quiet spacious tetrahedron made it worth the walk.

Good hotel in a quiet location a little way back from the promenade but still within easy walking distance of the beach and the city centre/old town.Good sized room. No restaurant (only a breakfast room) but a huge selection of restaurants nearby. The hotel has a small bar which the reception staff will attended when requested as there is a small garden at the front which was a nice place to have a drink.

The location is not bad - 10 10-minute walk to most popular areas. The street noise at night is very loud and the windows are old and not soundproof. Our air conditioning did not work and it was so hot we had to open the windows making the noise unbearable - I complained in the morning and had to remind them in the afternoon but the did have maintenance fix it. Breakfast is average and pricy for the quality

Lit « king size » = 2 lits simples collés.
Salle de bain et mobilier ont vraiment besoin d’être rénovés au gout du jour.
Baignoire minuscule (autant juste mettre une douche!), sans rideau de douche ou paroi en verre = éclaboussures partout.
Pommeau de douche ne tient pas (il tombe et arrose le mur).
Murs très fins (on entend les voisins parler).
Pas de machine à café (juste une bouilloire)
Vue sur une cour arrière avec des poubelles.

Pas de stationnement sur place. Un parking payant de la ville est disponible à 500m. Des box minuscules sont aussi disponibles à 250m pour $25/nuit.

4 étoiles?! Au grand max 2.5!

Hotel is in a great location- close to the tram stop and central Nice. Beach, bars and restaurants close by. Bright and pleasant room and comfortable bed.
The only disappointment was that the hotel advertised a ‘bar and snacks ‘ . On arrival we were a little peckish so asked for the snack menu at reception to be told that they didn’t do snacks! Disappointing!

I am not sure if it is a room upgrade but am given a 3 bed room. Its a large room but not very spacious after 3 beds.

The floor of the main bed is slightly elevated and empty below so quite noisy by just walking.

The hotel is practical but not a very vacation kind.

For the price i expected the room to be cleaner, corners of floor dusty, bathroom tile grout needed cleaning and the fan in bathroom was under powered. Bedding was only ok. Wonderful hotel just minutes from the Promenade des Anglais! I had a very pleasant week long stay here. The staff is very welcoming, the complimentary breakfast had many options, and the room had a good amount of amenities for its size. I also found the small courtyard out front to be a great spot to relax and get away from the busyness of Nice. The only issue I faced during my stay were problems with the A/C which were thankfully quickly taken care of. However, it was inconvenient at times.

very very weird parking situation!

The parking at this hotel is very weird. When we booked our reservation, we didn't get any notice on the parking, so we thought they were plenty. When we checked in at 11pm, there was no parking and the front desk told me it is my responsibility to find a parking for that night but I can pay for the next day. Thank god there was a kind person who worked at the hotel's bar, overheard our conversation and kindly offered us his own parking spot and helped us, don't know his name but THANK YOU!.
The parking for the next day has its own story. The parking was in another building. The hotel had only 4 spots in that building (no wonder they were gone at the first day) and you have to park your car in a box and lock it. very odd! I think these spots should be valet parkings because they were narrow and you have to follow so many steps to get into that box! then there was no elevator or path for us to get back to our spot we actually used our flashlight to get into the building (the motion detectors were only sensitive to cars not humans) and used the drive way. It was very very weird and unpleasant

Definitely recommend!

3rd time staying at this location and it is consistently very, very good. Nice location - walking to some great dining and waterfront.
Staff extremely helpful and always there with answers for any questions I had.
