This city hotel is located in the heart of Nice, opposite Mozart Park, in the musicians' quarter. It is easily accessible, and lies only a few steps from the famous Promenade des Anglais and from the sea.

It is also adjacent to the shops and the pedestrian precincts of Massena Square and the old town. The Acropolis congress centre is approximately 2 km away and the train station can be reached in a 5-minute walk.

Set in a charming building dating back to the early 1900s and fully renovated in 2006-2007, this hotel comprises 30 air-conditioned rooms, as well as 4 suites. Fully air-conditioned, the hotel includes a lobby with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and lift access.

There is a café and a breakfast room on site, as well as a TV lounge and a laundry service. A secure car park is available 20 metres from the hotel entrance.

All of the guest rooms feature sunny colour schemes and décor inspired by the Provence region of France. The rooms have been fitted with individually regulated air conditioning, whilst the suites come with spa baths and flat-screen TVs.

I had high expectation from this hotel so I’m quite disappointed. Room is ok. Looks like a standard hotel room. Kinda outdated. There was a towel left on the floor that was behind the chair. I’m there to have a good time so I don’t want to ruin the mood so I didn’t make a complaint.

The rooms was gorgeous! Theres optilns to control the shades with controls on the walls as well as the bedside tablet (which you could also use fpr room service) the nearby stores and restaurants were amazing! I recommend Din Tai Fung and their incredible lychee martini :) 10/10

My overall stay was fantastic. The Aria is a top tier hotel with many great amenities. It’s also conveniently located on the strip.

The only thing that was a slight inconvenience within the room was anytime the A/C unit would start up, it sounded like a door was closing loudly.

Great location but room was run down. Water dripped in the bathroom sink constantly. Light switches were cracked and broken. Shower was dirty upon arrival and had wads of hair in the drain. Hotel desk said they would have someone come clean the shower, they never did. Was supposed to get a resort fee credit, never got it.

We were upgraded for 80USD - they called it as sky suite, however the suite was small. Smaller than our original room. The property was smoky, especially the ground floor where the casino was there. Its high time then ban smoking in casinos. I wouldnt go with kids

The hotel is in the perfect location because it’s in the middle of the strip the bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is a nice pretty hotel but they could update a little more far as painting the rooms and getting rid of carpet it would be so much better to have wood floors and for the most part it was a great stay.

Our stay at ARIA Resort & Casino fell short of expectations.

The location is inconvenient, set well back from the Strip, making it less accessible than many other Las Vegas properties. Basic nearby amenities were limited, which added to the inconvenience.

We booked a King Deluxe room, but it was in noticeably run-down condition and did not reflect the standard the property promotes. The check-in process was slow, and staff appeared undertrained, which made arrival frustrating rather than welcoming.

The food court area also felt poorly laid out and disjointed.

Overall, the experience missed the mark and did not deliver the level of quality expected.

We booked the Aria, since its my children 1st time in Vegas and they have seen it appear in a couple of films we recently watched as a family.

I rang them over the phone (international call that cost me £48) as we had to have a change of booking requirements - from 3 x King Rooms to 2 x Double Queen Rooms due to my mum not being able to join us and I am not comfortable of leaving my 2 kids on their own. At this point, the lady I spoke with sounded friendly and helpful and re-assured me that this should not be a problem. I then continued with out booking and didn’t cancel or change it.

However, when we checked in, the receptionist have an unbothered attitude. There were No double Queen rooms and not interested even when I asked if I can upgrade for a fee.

Which I then have to request for a roll away bed.

The rooms were underwhelming. It needs a good update particularly the furnitures and the bathroom. The wallpaper in the toilet was peeling. We woke up on the second day and cannot use any of our lights and when I rang, it appears that Our room went offline.

The rooms are fitted with high technology - curtains, lights, etc are all easily accessible via the portable tablet by the bedside.

The main lobby was beautifully decorated for the Chinese New Year and there is ample food and drinks options.

My son left one of his airpods in the room and realised after checking out and the gentleman in the concierge was helpful.

I will probably stay elsewhere next time.

The room given was 'dirty'. I called front desk too make a switch, and they offered a lower level room without the same strip view we had in the previous room. This is not good customer service. Nightly rates are too high for something like this to happen. Not happy with my first experience with Aria.

We came just to see the Eagles at the Sphere and thought it would be nice to stay at a lovely hotel. The room had not been used in quite some time so it was dusty, there was mold in the shower and all the bathroom fixtures had mineral deposits on them. The hem of the sheer curtain was ripped and the floor lamp did not work. We brought cheese and crackers to enjoy in the evening before going out and there was no room in the mini fridge. If we had removed anything we would have been charged for the mini bar. In general the hotel is quite large which translates into a great deal of walking. Prices are high (2 chai lattes was $20). The kicker was that as we checked out and looked at the bill, there was a $55/night \"resort fee\" and a tax charge on the resort fee. So, for 3 nights, we paid an extra $188.50 over and above. We didn't use the pool (too cold) we didn't use the gym, and we didn't use the WiFi, and we paid for parking separately, so what was that extra cost for??? I won't stay there again - disappointing!

This was in my opinion 1 of the BEST stays in my 64 years. The staff was friendly, the housekeeping staff was quick and efficient and lastly, I called for a forgotten tube of toothpaste, and it was at my door with in 10 mins in this massive resort. 1 word.........EXCEPTIONAL!!!! 10 OUT OF 10!!!

UNBELIEVABLLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Where to start, from to being scammed and billed HUNDREDS of dollars in Minibar charges for things we did not consume. To management refusing to admit that their \"electronic inventory system\" is a complete scam with the sole intention of billing people in hopes that they do not catch it and make millions off of ghost charges a year. After multiple calls and hours wasted on the phone trying to recoup our money, still waiting for them to \"check inventory\" and waiting for a call back from manager \"Spike Lee\" or Chris the Minibar Manager. Our room not being cleaned until late in the evenings despite multiple calls throughout the day and every time I was asked to turn off the privacy button eventhough it was off the entire time. Casino was dirty with trash everywhere on Valentines weekend. I have never had this experience in years of coming to Las Vegas multiple times a year to 5 Star hotels. AVOID THE ARIA AT ALL COSTS

The room was good - the mini bar fridge wasn't working, the carpet wasn't vacuumed thoroughly. The check in process wasn't great - long line to wait and asked for an early check in and room upgrate bc we were emailed from the property we would qualify for those opportunities. The Front Desk agent put in a request to clean our room quicker. We were supposed to be on the 51st floor but then when we checked back with front desk later the other front desk agent put us on the 21st floor and the 51st room hadn't been cleaned. Confusing and no communication from the property, and we were excited for the high floor. I don't know if I would stay there based on the price and the confusing check in process. The bellmen were excellent though!

VIP staff were nice and very gracious, but the behind the scenes service was not good. It took multiple trips to the desk to check in because they could never seem to get my room ready.

Minor things in the room did not function properly and they couldn't get them all fixed. For example, it took two tries over two days to fix the refrigerator.

The room itself was great. The casino is beautiful and in a great location. But it's very frustrating that during a four night stay, I have to make three trips to the desk that result in adjustments to my bill.

Ultimately the problems with the room were minor and my overall trip was fine, but it could've been so much more.

Overall inconvenient stay.Expensive for what it is.

The room was never cleaned during our stay. We were constantly needing to get new keys coded . One time the battery in the door failed.these are long walks to the desk and back each time.

Generally speaking the hotel seemed less clean than in previous stays. The casino staff / servers and such - hard find during mid day hours.

I had the opportunity to upgrade to a corner suite for a great price and took advantage. The room was huge and very clean and we got access to the VIP lounge with our stay. Only ate at Salt & Ivy but the food was incredible. I highly recommend the biscuits & gravy if you are eating breakfast....phenomenal! Next time in Vegas I would definitely stay here again.
