The location is convenient to Nice ville just 5 min walk. The breakfast is good but same everyday. The restaurant near hotel was really good esp. Gusti. The room and beddings not cleaned or replaced everyday and aircon doesnt seem to work or controlled. The staff are all nice and friendlly even gave us croissants when we left early to catch our train to Paris.

Just a beautiful trip all round, the hotel couldn’t have been in a better location and the staff were amazing! We felt at home there, if only we could have extended our trip. Conveniently a 2minute walk from Nice Ville! Hope to stay at Hotel Khla in the near future!

The room was not great, if you are travelling as a single person and book for one, the room is so small it's not funny which makes it a very uncomfortable stay. My outlook was a brick wall and the ugly back stairs of other properties, there is no pictures or colour in the room so for me there was no atmosphere. The foyer and breakfast area is reasonably fine.

The cleaning staff didn't change our hand soap for 3 days. The towels we initially received also had stains and hair on them. While the hotel is close to the Gare, it's not worth it. We were not pleased with the cleanliness and overall found the general service to be quite cold and standoffish.

Superb location, clean hotel, and friendly staff

The hotel is clean and renovated but very friendly staff. The location is superb.. a few steps away from the main shopping street and a few minutes’ walk to the old city. The only issue is with no soundproofing of the rooms so water running in the pipes in the adjacent room might keep you awake at night.

This boutique hotel had everything I was looking for: location -block away from tram, chic appearance, delicious breakfast and great customer service. Everyone made me feel at “home” especially Karim who was great from the moment I arrive up -late check in -to the last day in Nice -early am. All staff was kind and helpful during my stay.

We stayed in room 311 and to be hoenst, the room was nice but the floor space just wasnt big enough to accommodate the type of room it was sold as. The wardrobe couldnt open fully because the door hit the corner of the bed and there wasnt really a space for our suit case.
We also asked if the tap water was drinkable and the evening staff said no. The morning staff then offered us a complimentary bottle of water the next day .. it would've been apt of the evening staff to offer us the bottle of water. But all together not a bad stay just couldve been sold better

Perfect and economical for solo traveler

I booked a single room and was able to check in earlier in the day since it was ready. I was quite pleasantly surprised to be able to check in at 10 AM when I was prepared to have to wait till 3. The staff was very friendly, clean and honestly it was more than I expected.

I did not like breakfast. No variation, soggy scrambled egg no ,boiled/omelette, fried or poached. Could've been more choice here.
I did not like my room, it was poor. We could not open door on arrival as bed blocked it. We encountered this each time. I expected a balcony, what I got was a filthy view of Aircon units and walls. It was so dirty out there we had to close windows and use the aircon which eventually gave me a cold. The weather was very hot. In the bathroom there was a lot of unfinished or poor finishing's. Holes in tile just painted over. Towel hook broke off soon as a towel hung on it. Design of shower poor, it was flooding rest of bathroom each time even with a towel down. Poor design, cracks and poor finishing overall in room. Happy I stayed only 2 days there to be honest. I travel regularly all over the world once a month. Disappointed in this hotel, its a shame as Nice was lovely.

Hotel is ok for a budget choice. The reception area has been modernised and redecorated however the rooms badly require to be done as well. Bathrooms are all mismatch of tiles from ones that have been broken, carpets are dusty and threadbare. The bathroom was cleaned to the best they could however due to the age could still see dirty stain marks and black on tile grout. Cupboards in the bedroom had not been cleaned as when you put any clothes on the shelves they came out white from the dust.

Overall this hotel was ok to put your head down for the night but pictures make it look better than what is is.

Rudely got told to vacate my room at check out time. Calling guests every 10 mins is not a good look. The Wi-Fi needs to be fixed- very poor internet service which is unacceptable. Overall the hotel opened prematurely and lot of things needs to be fixed.

The entrance and public areas are very nice and look like they have recently been updated. The bathroom in our room needs renovating - very small shower. The bedroom furniture was basic. The walls are very thin - you can hear the people in the next room having a shower and using the hairdryer. Disappointing.

Muy bien ubicado, al lado de la estación principal de Niza. La habitación estaba en un correcto estado aunque, a pesar de que el baño estaba reformado y nuevo, la habitación no y se notaba. El personal fue amable y nos dieron la habitación incluso antes de la hora de check-in.

Oda mükemmeldi. Yatak çok konforluydu, yastıklar da öyle. Her yer çok temizdi. Konumu mükemmel. 5 dakikalık keyifli bir yürüyüşle eski şehir merkezine varıyorsunuz. Sonuç olarak her şey mükemmeldi. Nice’e tekrar geldiğimde kesinlikle burada konaklayacağım.

I checked in on October 16, 2025. Around 10 a.m., a female staff member wearing glasses was on duty. I told her that I was feeling very unwell, and she quickly offered help. I don’t know her name, but her service was excellent. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I have the chance. I’m very grateful for her assistance!

Moquetas tanto de la habitacion como de los pasillos con manchones grandes, aspecto de suciedad....almohadas con pelos, la guardé en el armario y dormi con cojin del asco que me dió..Gel de baño gastado ya el dia q llegamos y no repusieron en los dos dias....El interruptor de la luz del baño no estaba ni dentro del baño ni justo fuera..si no en medio del dormitorio....se ve q alargaron el baño poniendo una pared y en lugar de cambiar el interruptor, lo dejaron donde estaba antiguamente....el plato de ducha con moho alrededor.....no me gustó nada el hotely no me volveria a quedar en él...
