The room was nice and clean with a good-sized bathroom. There is an internal heating controller in the room, making it easier to control the heating as we like our room on the colder side.

There are bus and tram stops within a 5-7 min walk from the hotel, and the train station is also around 10 mins. Lot of restaurants and cafes are within 5-20 mins walk making it easier to choose from variety of places to eat.

Carpet in hallway was filthy. Room not clean and maintained properly. Hotel is definitely not 4 star, maybe a poor 3 star at best. Addressed issues like AC not working, no soap in sink dispenser, lack of cleaning, etc with staff.

Walked from train station and felt very safe neighborhood. Room was small but very clean. Only complaint is that the noise was very loud. Lots of motorcycles, neighbors yelling out of windows etc. Might not have been too bad if I had had the window closed but I love fresh air so had it open all night.

The service was amazing. The lady working the front desk went above and beyond to help in loaning me an international electric adapter. The customer provided water and coffee options were nice. Only a 10 min waking distance from old town and the beach. Great value. I recommend to all.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the railway station or Tramstops on both lines. Very courteous and polite reception staff. Excellent breakfast. Air con / heating controls very effective. Clean and modern rooms.

It was not what i expected. Booked two executive double rooms. One was executive, the other wasn’t. Asked front desk why and he insisted they were both executive double rooms. One had double sink and the other one didn’t. This is just one of the many comparisons. But he insisted they were the same rooms. I invited him to come to both rooms to compare, but he never did.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Front desk attendants were very friendly! Frédéric and Dylan were helpful and patient while I practiced my french with them and they held our bags so we could explore after checkout. The rooms were very clean, modern and had nice size showers. The water bar with sparkling and fresh water as well as the all day cafe bar was a nice treat! The location was great - walking distance old town, shopping and close to the train for day trips.

Fantastic hotel

Fantastic stay. We were kindly upgraded by the staff to a more comfortable room as we were travelling with 2 babies. Very clean, fantastic location, breakfast was excellent. Staff were all extremely polite and friendly. Literally cannot fault the hotel, would absolutely stay here again

The staff at the hotel were amazing!! They were so friendly and welcoming and so very helpful. They helped us with directions and advice on public transport and places to eat. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they are a huge asset to this hotel - keep up the great work guys!! The hotel was spotlessly clean with comfy beds and pillows - it was everything we needed for our stay in Nice. Highly recommend :)

Disappointing breakfast. Not a single table was available, everything was with dirty dishes, asked staff to clean at least one table, they told me it will take 2 minutes. So i sat on the couch, finished my breakfast and still not a single table was available. Completely disorganized and unprofessional

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful (I did not expect that to be honest). The place is nice, comfortable, clean and it has all I need. I did stay in a single room and found it strange to have just a single bed but the hotel was full at the time as well so there was no option to change. I did find it a bit pricy for a single bed but it was very comfortable either way :)

Very solid, comfortable stay

Great hotel. Great front of house staff - friendly, helpful, efficient. Clean, comfortable, smart interiors, room well kitted out with great AC and really nice toiletries - I had a single bed in a single room and there was still plenty of room and the doubles seemed great when I peered in from the corridor. Right at the train station if that’s important to you - although that also means a few km from the beach but on a tram line to the sea and old port. Would happily stay here again.

We were in France and Italy at a number of properties, and this one was one of the most comfortable and spacious of them all. Stayed 5 nights, really handy location, just a couple blocks from transit that takes you straight down to old town. Big shower, very comfy beds, quiet area, and good breakfast. Recommend for sure.

The best thing about this hotel was that the staff were very courteous and very helpful.

The rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable, with hardly any room to even lay down the luggage. It is a small boutique hotel suitable for overnight travellers.

Great City Hotel

We had a lovely 3 night break. Location is good. Around 6 mins to Nice Ville train station where you can catch trains to the airport, Cannes, Antibes and Monaco. It takes about 15 mins to walk to the seafront but lots of shops and cafes along the way. Breakfast had everything you needed to set you up for the day. Staff were friendly, rooms clean. We had a standard room which was small but again everything you needed as we were hardly in it. Would stay again.

Check in was great. A lady was so friendly and spoken such a good English that made our stay even more interesting as we got so many advices and tips! So, owner of the hotel, keep her for sure! As well as your photographer- when we walked into the room we are a bit surprised by the size. Photos are great and shows rooms much bigger then reality. But still clean and comfy bed. All appliances are new and well taken care of. Location is great. Quite yet right in the center. In 5-10 min you can be anywhere you need.
Breakfast good for 4 star hotel. We would recommend this hotel for tourist to see Nice and cities around it.

My husband and I spent several days at the Nice Azur Riviera over the New Year's weekend. The location was central to the main locations in Nice and the tram and train for getting to local nearby villages. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. The price was also very reasonable. We would definitely return to this hotel.
