You can have the breakfast if you order it the evening before. It’s good and it’s a kind of “open buffet” but, it is “the French style” (only “sweet& light options). Anyway, freshly beked croissants and baguettes, cereals, yogurts and many others. The staff there was absolutely of high professionalism! And the clealiness in the location was at the apropriate level. And we have been happily promoted to an upper level🙏 We received an upgrade and got a nice room with balcony. Everytbing made us think of coming back again and again.

The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The room is very clean and well maintained. We made a good choice in booking a room with balcony. Having a cup of coffee in a good weather at the balcony is so chill. Having air-conditioner is also a great surprise!

The location is great too! It is not at the centre but it just takes 5-7 mins to walk to the train station, 20-30mins walk or 10mins by tram to old town. We enjoy the quietness by staying in an area with more locals than tourists.

The hotel is fine, I booked the room with the balcony and given that it’s a bit busy and right above the hotel entrance, I am not sure I would recommend it. The big issue for me is the toilet smells. If you leave the toilet seat up or the bathroom door open the room stinks. I won’t stay there again.

The hotel is at a quiet street behind the Nice Vill train station, 5 minutes walk through a tunnel from the station or 7 minutes walk from the ground, easily accessible, and very convenient. Around the hotel and the train station, there are restaurants, stores, convenient stores, and supermarkets, all in walkable distance.
The hotel room is very clean, organized, and cozy. There is a small refrigerator, an air condition, and a TV. Wifi connections on every floor. The bathroom is little small but it's kept neat and clean.
The hotel staffs are super nice and friendly. I arrived the hotel in the morning, which was way earlier than the check in scheduled time 3 pm. The hotel receptionist, Salim made me feel so welcome. The staffs helped me to store my luggage at the hotel so that I could explore the city. The public transportation near the train station make all the sightseeing places such as Promenade des Anglais, castle hill, old town, Place Masséna and Promenade du Paillon, easily accessible within less than 30 minutes commute.
The hotel staff, Salim, gave us great suggestions on great local restaurants offer authentic food options. My family had a wonderful time during the dinner. The food was delicious.
We definitely will choose to stay the same hotel next time we visit Nice again. Highly recommended.

A beautiful boutique hotel at a very reasonable price, just 15m walk from the main tourist attractions. Staff was super friendly, let us park for free in reserved parking in front of the entrance. Rooms are very clean and quiet. We spent 4 nights at the hotel. Overall, an excellent option and would stay there again on my next visit to Nice.

The star rating doesn’t allow for a nuanced response, so here goes:
Cleanliness was, actually, excellent.
Staff and service: receptionists were friendly and helpful. Service in the room was excellent in terms of cleaning and bedmaking, but not in terms of replenishing the (miserly) 2 teabags we used on the first day or replacing the used cups.
Property condition was excellent: clean, tidy, paintwork generally unmarked. Facilities were limited, but we already knew that - really we just need a place to shower and sleep. It was good to have a fridge in the room, not least because there's no milk for the 2 teabags or 2 instant coffee sachets. We bought our own breakfast stuff at the supermarket, which was much, much better value than the hotel breakfast. We ate on the balcony, which was nice.
Area around the property: the hotel is set on what looks like a quiet side street, but which is actually very busy with traffic in the morning and early evening. It's a short walk to the station and the nearest tram stops. There are 2 boulangeries close by, for fresh breakfast croissants.
The only real criticism would be the bathroom: it's turn-sideways-small to get into, and the shower is teeny tiny. I'm 5' 4\" and 8st 5, and it was hard to move without bumping my elbows, or get the shower gel from bottle to skin without it being washed off.
But overall, I'd rate the hotel good to excellent as it almo provided for our needs - we bought our own teabags and coffee bags and washed our own cups

Conveniently located close to tram stop. Short tram ride into old town. Very quiet area and safe as well. Room is descent size and lobby and relaxing area offer great place to sit and relax. Staff were very friendly and our son enjoyed conversing with them.

The hotel doesn't have lift (which we know) so something to think about for mobility issues.

Overall will definitely recommend this hitel.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel is out of the way, a bit, from the tourist areas (although the tram line is very convenient and runs all the time) and a tiny bit \"sketchy\" (homeless guy sleeping in the vestibule that I had to pass every time I left or returned...). But, there's a nice fruit and vegetable market on Wednesdays right around the corner too. BTW, the beds are HARD !

We stayed 3 nights in Hotel Parisien. It is situated a few minutes from Tram line 2. It is also only a couple of minutes from the train station. The staff were very helpful and nice even though we didn't speak French. We had the breakfast on one morning and it was good. Continental breakfast at 9 euro each but I had my value from the coffee machine 😂. I would stay here again if I was in Nice.

This is a very good hotel for foreign travelers. The staff is very friendly, multi-lingual, and very helpful. The hotel location is great…very short walk to the tram so extremely convenient without the noise of a primary roadway. Many dining options nearby and the open market is available every day except Monday. Supermarket is less than a 5-minute walk.

We will stay at Hotel Parisien again!

Very good value for the money, excellent breakfast with fresh croissant, excellent customer service. Adel accommodated our stay and stowed our luggage until our next train arrived. Highly recommended. If you are arriving from the Nice Ville train station, be sure to take the tunnel to the hotel. Otherwise, you will walk all the way around a few blocks.

Very good location. Easy walk from the train station with tram lines nearby. While the immediate neighborhood doesn't seem great, it was only 2 blocks to get the the main shopping street with the tram line. From there it is 3 tram stops or 15 minute walk to get you 1 block from the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Room safe was broken and no mini fridge. Smallest hotel bathroom I have ever sceen. The shower was so small I kept accidentally hitting the faucet turning the temperature up to scalding. Room was cramped for 3 people.
Overall I thought it was expensive for what you got.

So French! Loved our stay. Location is perfect. 10 minute walk straight to the large Nice Ville Train Station using the street right in front of the hotel and a tunnel to keep you out of rain it geat! Two blocks to the Tram which takes you all the way to Old Town. You are also in the middle of amazing restaurants and cafes of the Gambetta District. Perfect!

We were greeted by the nicest man. We were late and exhausted from a travel day from hell as the French train system decided to go on strike leaving us stranded in Italy. Four buses and a tram got us here four hours after we should have arrived. Check-in was easy though and we got our room quickly.

Great room. #26 Extremely clean!

The bed was very comfortable and linens were nice. We had a window which opened that looked out onto the street below. Loved hearing the sounds but then also complete silence when the window closed.

Bathroom was nice. Large round shower with soaps and cotton towels.

Safe, secure and vibrant neighborhood. We will always plan on a stay at Hotel Parisien when we pass through Nice!

We did not like the bathroom - there was a lot of noticeable mold, and it smelled as though they used a lot of cleanser to try & hide it; the towels were plentiful, but didn't feel as though they'd been thoroughly rinsed of product; the shower doors did not quite close all the way; and we had to sit sideways on the toilet because there was no room for our knees otherwise.

This hotel is a great value and a very short walk to the train station. The neighborhood is quiet, with a great restaurant close by (L’Instant). The staff is not particularly fluent in English. Skip the breakfast - truly the worst coffee in 2 weeks. The shower is a good size and the bed is comfortable. Very clean.

We arrived early and they were happy to store our luggage till check in. The room was modern and clean with comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom is small but modern with good shower and plenty of towels. I do not normally sleep well in a new place but slept like a log. Would have loved a fridge but knew it was only a 2 star so not expecting it. No lift so not great if you cannot manage stairs. Staff helped carry cases.

Sweetest little hotel

The hotel is right in the city center, close to the sea (about 15-20 minute walk), a lot of cafes and shops nearby. The personnel was very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable, a little bit noisy as my windows were facing the street, but it didn't bother me at all. I found the location amazing.it took me about 10 minutes to walk to the train station. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

The Best Budget Hotel I've Experience.

My stay at hotel Parisien enhanced my holiday beyond compare to all other hotels I've been to recently. The warm and honest informative friendly staff made a one night stay into what was one of the most eventful. We arrived not knowing a thing about the city and left with such a good memory, we will cherish this due to the friendly married couple who run the hotel.
We ate the cities most known dish, we visited the right places and easily went to them thanks to the lovely staff their. A great budget hotel,very close to the main train station by foot, in a nice neighbourhood. I will be a returning customer in the future!

Hotel is very closed to the train station just 300 meters but the way is not easy to find. We stayed here for 2 nights, it easy to go anywhere in Nice by tram or by walk. They gave us a 3 ppl room instead of double room. The room was big enough. However the bathroom was very small.

The hotel is 5 mins walk from the Nice train station, 5 mins walk from the tram station and a 20 minute walk to the Promenade Anglais. This is a good budget hotel and will suit if you are looking at a decent location at a good price.There is nothing much in the immediate neighborhood,one has to walk or take the tram to the Promenade for some action.If you are looking for a sea view accomodation in Nice this is not the appropriate hotel as this hotel is not facing the sea.The sea which is on the Promenade can be acessed by tram or walking.The room is comfortable.The hotel needs to have a stronger Wifi as the current Wifi is quite weak.The hotel should give kettle in the room for tea/coffee.

You get what you paid for.

The hotel was fairly decent. We had a room for 4 people but the room could barely fit the 2 double beds and our luggage was hard to store. Very clean bathroom and room. The area was a little dodgy but it was okay since we never went out too late in the night. The hotel owner was very kind to us giving us tips and directions when we asked and he even offered to store our luggage in his personal home (he lives with his family in the bottom floor) while we went out on the last day as our flight out was at night. Oh and for breakfast we just bought stuff from the supermarket every night for the next morning - much cheaper for 4 people!

This is our second stay at the Parisien. It's very handy for shops and transport around Nice and just 10 or so minutes walk to the front (depending upon you ability) The hotel is very clean but basic, with air conditioning in the rooms ,comfortable bed and modern bathroom . Alas no lift though. It's located on a side road off a main route, Malaussena/Medecin, but very quiet. Breakfast is typical continental with excellent coffee. The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Two star it may be, but excellent value.

After not telling us about the curfew at modnight, my friend and I (two young girls) were locked out of the hotel until we almost banged the door down to get in. And only after the staff was getting complaints. Our wifi did not work not did the television. The only good part to this experience was the location was very good and the staff was apologetic and gave us an extra hour to check out.

Hôtel en travaux de rénovation bruit de perceuse et odeur de très forte de produit (essence, pétrole). Chambre non rénovée avec carrelage de la douche à l'italienne avec de multiples traces de moisissure. Serviettes de bain très usées. Pas de petit déjeuner disponible durant la période pendant laquelle on résidait pour cause de travaux apparemment.
Malgré un personnel agréable, nous sommes déçus de ce sejour.

Sentralt er et pluss. 10 min fra jernbanen. 20ish ned til vannet
