Wifi barely worked. Carpets in hallways were very dirty. Dog droppings laying around the grounds. Outside mice traps visible, they need to hide those. Babies were crying late at night. Motel 6 just took over, but that is no excuse. They need to fix and clean up everything. I would not stay there again.

The woman who checked me in that night was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable and it ends there. They don't offer television so I hope you have your own streaming channel because that's the only way to watch TV. When you get there you have to make your own ice in the freezer because they don't have an ice machine, there was nothing in the kitchen except the appliances so bring a plate if you want to heat something up. I have a licensed emotional support animal with a vest but they still charged me a pet fee where motel 6 typically doesn't charge a pet fee for an ordinary dog. All in all I was so disappointed that I have not staying at any motel 6 motel ever again I have switched to Chase motels and econo Lodge I suggest you do the same

Strong cigarette oder in the halls. Its a safe area. The staff friendly. The chair was broken but they replaced it on the forth day. Have stayed here before because of price and the kitchens. When I booked this stay, I put in the notes that we would arrive around 2 or 3. When we arrived at the hotel at 2 I was told that my reservation was cancelled at 12. They would not let us stay. Though advertised as a suite hotel, this facility has many local residents who are lodged there on a temporary (government payment ?) basis. Unknown how many guests were actually visitors to the area using this hotel but there were few out of state plates on the cars. Parking near the front entrance was always in scarce supply. Residents tended to congregate around the front lobby entrance to smoke. Hotel guests have to purchase dinnerware and cooking equipment - this suite hotel does not supply the kitchen in the room with equipment. This negates the value of renting a room for a few nights at a suite hotel. Routine hotel supplied toiletries were not re-stocked when the room was prepped for our arrival. Room WAS clean and fresh when we arrived, and the A/C, refrigerator,plumbing, lighting, and TV all worked well.

Good place to heck in for a flight early morning to CVG. Front desk was painfully slow getting me in. When I went to leave for a 6 am flight there was no one around to give keys to or get a receipt. My company is now saying they will not reimburse without the document so I am just writing it off to the experience gained. Hotel was clean, adequate but the rooms on either side were pretty loud. Good thing I can sleep through an earthquake. Probably will ask for an end room or have them define front desk policies in the future.

Pam was very nice and helpful at checking in. Her and her staff was amazing. The hotel is so clean and it really feels like you are at home. They are amazing. They have kitchen stuff for you to use just ask them to get it. They care about your safety. Could not have asked for a better stay. Very pet friendly. You truly fell like you are at home. We went the extra mile when we checked out to bag up all of our trash and to bag up our dirty lien for the housekeeper. This was our way of saying thank you.

First, what staff I did have an interaction with were very nice but that's where it ends. The lobby is dirty and smelled bad and the entire property including my room smelled like smoke!! The room had busted up dirty furniture, a few bugs on the floor, the stove was horrible!! If Taylor Swift wasn't in town I would have booked another hotel and ate the price of this awful place but unfortunately everywhere was booked!! I went to Walmart to buy a fleece throw so I didn't have to sit or lay on anything!! I would not recommend this place to anyone and they should be ashamed to let their property, furniture ect.. get that bad!!!

It is obvious this unit is a unit in middle of updating. If it was not for the woman who recieved us on 3/14 after hours my rating would be much different than it is. She made everything right to the extent that it was within her power. This unit is not as depicted in pictures but rooms we ended up in were freshly renovated so I reported the few items that still needed tweaking. Evening shift desk clerk is your most positive asset.

Check in was fine. Front staff nice and friendly. Room was on second floor. Pet friendly vinyl floor in room. Room was clean but definitely tired and the walls could use repair. Bed was adequate but wouldn't have been comfortable for more than a night. They should not advertise breakfast for this location as granola bars, pre-packaged muffins and coffee doesnt work for kids or adults so that was disappointing.

The Room was clean but the bathroom had a used bar of soap open on the sink & no soap other than the open one to use. The refrigerator must have been going thru some kind of repair, it was shut off and the doors were open when we got in the room and some of the shelfs were lying on top of it.

All in all it wasn't a bad room for what we paid for it, if housekeeping had paid a little more attention to it it could have been a 2 1/2 star room out of 4 stars.

The rooms were spacious but that about sums up the good. Our smoke alarm beeped constantly like the battery was dead but the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Our room had a bad ant infestation, dispite cleaning everything and killing dozens a day. We ended up bagging everything in zip locks, and buying ant traps. They were everywhere too, not just the kitchen. The floor under the beds and dressers were dirty and showed signs of mice. The internet was super slow, even after upgrading to the faster service it took a 45 minute call to tech support, just to get our devices connected, and then we still couldn't stream music or videos. Our cell provider's internet was faster. And breakfast was prepackaged muffins and granola bars. One of the days we asked for a broom and dustpan to clean up and try to minimize the ants and were given attitude by the worker. Made us feel bad about trying to clean up our own mess. I will not stay at another Extended Stay and want my money back.
