Due to weather delay in the US we missed our flight to Nice. Called hotel as soon as we missed the flight and was told to call back in the morning only to be told no refund. Not even a partial refund. Disappointing as we truly were looking forward to seeing Nice. Thought we were going to miss cruise as well, very stressful and was hoping for a little kindness.

We were just a couple blocks from the beach and promenade, with restaurants only five minutes away and a grocery store right across the street. The room was spotless and our window overlooked the street below, which was fun to watch. we could walk to the tram station, and with a 24 hour pass we could go just about anywhere, even to the airport the day we departed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it was just a charming place. If ( I should say WHEN) we return to Nice, we will definitely stay here again!

I loved to stay at this hotel which is very close to seaside and walk distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and in the room materials was very good, shampoo and nespresso etc. The breakfast was ok but it could be better. But in general I loved the hotel. I will stay again!

Only good for location

Good location, but very small rooms with little storage space. Paid extra for a balcony, but it was tiny so couldn’t even use it. Bathrooms were dirty. Staff not very friendly.

Excellent stay for two nights in Nice. Great location near the promenade and complimentary beach towels available for day use. Secure property with gated access in the evenings. The service was outstanding and staff were so warm and friendly. Thank you!

Great place if you're looking to stay in a more quiet spot outside of old Nice. Quick 15 min walk to Old Nice along the promenade. Only issue I had was that air conditioning did not work and it was very hot in the room.

The staff was multi-lingual and very friendly and helpful. They helped us find overnight parking, when their small lot was full and two delicious restaurants in easy walking distance from the hotel.
Our room was colorfully appointed with a comfortable bed, and a modern shower/bathroom. The hotel was well-located, one block away from the promenade.

Just one suggestion, I think the room needed a little extra lighting. During the day it was good but at night was a little harder to see what’s in your suitcase :).
Would definitely recommend to other and absolutely return for a visit.

The reception team were fantastic. So friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous and we would have loved to stay longer. The location is ideal - just a minute or so from the main promenade.
There is a good value super market opposite and we went out for breakfast.

The staff were excellent and I especially liked the small details like refillable bottles of water. The room was clean and has everything you would need. Great location close to the best beach clubs. And close to transit to take you to the shopping and tourist areas. As a solo traveller I felt safe and would stay here again.

Booked a balcony room and our balcony was a tiny space in the roof line of the building. This was not a balcony. Tiny square to look out but if you sat you couldn't see a thing. Location was a bit isolated from the main area but plenty of local options for eating. About 20 minute walk to the train station and 5 minutes to the water front.

Very small rooms !!! Impossible for two person to live . Only one biggg problem . Rather than that all great : location , cleanliness, staff. Bed is a little bit too soft for my partner but for me is comfortable. If only for one person& short stay it would work but not for holiday stay .

The hotel has been recently remodeled with a minimalistic design concept. It's ok for a short stay, but unfortunately the lobby and our room, (probably also elsewhere) were invested with mosquitoes. We killed a few but, i got woken up a few times by the sound of them buzzing around my head. Overall not too bad for the price point they're in.

The Villa Nice Promenade was quite a nice find. The hotel was quaint, nicely decorated, near shopping, dining options, the beach and historical sites. The staff was superb with the EXCEPTION of the lobby manager. His curt, unfriendly manner was evident he didn’t like Americans. However, Cristiano, Vasco, and the young lady at the lobby counter were outstanding.

I would not stay here again. The room we booked was on the ground floor (somehow I must have booked this by mistake) but in my opinion it shouldn’t even be given as a guest room option. So loud from the room above and the street noise as well as the lobby.

There is no parking unless you reserve in advance which isn’t the biggest deal as there is public parking down the road, but the staff acted as I was offensive to even show up expecting to park.

The office manager was helpful enough but overall felt an edge from the staff I encountered like they were the typical “annoyed at tourists” and I didn’t get a good feeling.

Nice is a very walkable city and most destinations are a 15-20 min walk from the property. Location was great with a small supermarket across the street. We would definitely recommend.

Cute hotel tucked away just a short stroll from the promenade . Walkable in about 15/20 mins to Old Town , maybe another 10 mins to the Port. Train station about 15 mins walk where we got the train to Monaco.
We had prestigious room with balcony on the top floor. Nicely decorated and very clean . The balcony is tiny but at least it allows for some fresh air. Bed was comfortable. Good shower with toiletries included plus bathrobe and slippers. Hairdryer, iron, tea and coffee making facilities provided . Air con provided which was much needed! Rooms are sold as soundproofed which I guess applies to the door to the balcony as it was quiet when closed. However we did still hear a lot of noise from room next door so wouldn’t say the whole room
Is sound proofed. There is a TV but only one English news channel. We didn’t eat in the hotel at all but we did have a drink in the front garden of the hotel which has a lovely seating area. Prices were expensive but this is Nice so to be expected . Staff were friendly and polite. All in all we enjoyed our stay 😊

This hotel says 4 star is more like 3 or 2 star . The biggest issue was the ac barely worked. Was super hot outside and you came back to a hot room . We told the hotel and they made it seem like there was nothing wrong with the temperature . The ac unit was tiny and not big enough to cool the room . Barely blew any air . Bathroom had no air . Room was not big enough for 3 adults even though it was marketed as a triple. Shower was extremely slippery with nowhere to put anything . Hotel was quite far from the main part of town with restaurant and shops . Whenever we needed anything they made us come down to get it . No concierge whatsoever you are on your own. Staff is rude , particularly at the front desk . We were there 3 days linen wasn’t changed and the 3 rd bed was uncomfortable.

Great stay at this cute hotel. It was very clean, reasonable sized rooms, with a nice modern bathroom. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes to the beach, and 10 minutes to old town. Lots of excellent restaurants near by. Didn't have the hotel breakfast. Always had a parking spot at the end of the day. I booked a balcony room, though we were on the top floor, so our balcony was not one with the iron railing, but more of a dormer in the attic. It was still nice, but not much light entering, or much to see from in the room. However, it was a good size, and a great place to exercise in the morning. And since we were out all day, we didn't really spend much time in the room anyways. The hotel is a short, straight drive from the airport, and 45 min drive to both Cannes and Monoco, which we enjoyed very much.

It is a bit outside of the train station, main parts of town, and the touristic areas but no more than a 20 minute walk. Supermarket with good variety across the street for beach picnic needs but restaurant options nearby were not to my taste.
