This is a great location if you are coming in by train. The hosts were welcoming and speak English. Be prepared to carry your bags up stairs to your room (although the very helpful hosts offer to assist if needed). The rooms are clean, small. The shower is tiny, if you are large (or a normal sized man) it will be a problem. I would stay there again.

A comfortable and convenient stay.

Our apartment hotel room was perfect for my daughter and I. The location was ideal with the beach just across the road. Although it was a fairly long walk to Old Town, there were plenty of good restaurants in a buzzy area not too far away in Rue de France.
The room was clean and comfortable, with a good sized balcony.
The staff were friendly and very welcoming.
The only improvement I’d like to see would be the provision of chairs or loungers beside the pool. It’s an attractive area but underused for this reason. We would stay there again.

Good location. Couple of nice places to eat nearby. Has all the amenities such as a rubbish disposal room and water fountain. I did ask for 2 single beds (via the expedia app) a while before arriving but this wasnt responded to by the property. There is also supposed to be a room service after 7 days which was never done so we had to use the same bed sheets / towels etc for 12 days.

I had a great stay at this property in Nice! The place was clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen stocked with pans and cooking utensils, which made it easy to cook meals. The sheets were fresh and clean. One thing to note: if you need extra towels, there’s an additional charge. The location is excellent — very walkable, with the tram, grocery store, and the beach just a block away. I would definitely stay here again!

Location was good. Most staff was friendly. We booked a double bed but was given 2 singles. When asked about it, they didn't help and didn't give another room even when booked and said we would have to upgrade with additional charges. That was disappointing. We was staying for 4 nights so they could have moved us even if hotel was fully booked at the time. The shower room had a very bad smell. Room needs to be modernised even for a budget property

Got to hotel and sign saying closed.We weren't notified at all. Got moved to another Adagio apartment a fair way from where we had booked. Not tourist area. Average stay. Had a laundry but dryer needed about 4 goes to get dry. Better to go to laundromat. Beds uncomfortable. Could have been better stay

Cheap, cheerful and well located

We had a great week at the Adagio Access in Nice with our two young boys. The hotel is conveniently located across the road from the beach front, the tram stop, airport and supermarkets, making it an ideal location for our family trip. The hotel itself is tired and in need of some love and attention but we had all that we needed in terms of facilities and the beds etc were clean and comfortable. The evening receptionist, from Moscow, was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Ideal stay in Nice!

Lovely stay. Handy location close to the beach and a short tram ride from the airport.

Very close to the promenade, supermarket and tram stop is a 2 minute walk from hotel.

The staff were friendly and allowed us to leave bags before our late night flight.

The room had a fridge which was super handy.

Decent place at a good price

A basic clean room at a good price. Aircon, shower. Wifi all worked well. Located next to the tram stop with trams every few minutes to the city centre, airport and buses connections to Monaco and Cannes. Close to supermarkets and a nice cafe. Friendly staff who spoke good English. I’d go there again.

Good quality for the price, pleasant staff and great location.
Within walking distance to the beach and promenade des Anglais. Tram to the city centre old Nice and the airport within 3 minutes walk from the property. You have 2 supermarkets close by if you plan to cook some meals during your stay.
Room and bathroom were the cleanest I have been in all the Apart Hotel I've stayed in so far so thank you to the chamber maid(s) for that. However the corridors carpet and ambiance in general could use a make over and a good steam cleaning (for the carpet). Overall it was a pleasant stay and I'd definitely recommend it if you're on a budget but still want good comfort.

The rooms were good besides mold in the bathroom. I don't get why they don't renovate the musty hallways though it makes no sense to me. As well there is a terrible odor in the lobby and elevator and I have no clue what it's from. Also, something to note which I was not aware of (likely my fault) room cleaning is not included, and neither is towel replacement.

Light in corridor not working. Very dark in corridors and dirty carpet in corridors. Safe in the bedroom.
Burnt mark on the kitchen work plan. Groutings in bathroom can be improved.
The air conditioner was working amazing and helped us have a good night sleep.
The swimming pool was good but floor tiles on entrance of pool area were breaking apart and we were walking on tiles and grouting staying stuck to our feet. The breakfast was good. The customer service was good.The room was clean and everything needed was there for cooking and washing in both kitchen and bathroom. Good location. Thank you for an overall good stay.

The hotel was pretty much as we had expected, perfect to be used as a base rather than spending your holiday there.
The location is great with the tram and beach so close.
The apartment itself was perfect for 4 people and we had a huge balcony which was great.
The pool is unusual - there’s no sun loungers and you cannot bring your own chairs or inflatables, just lie on a towel on the ground.

Stopped for 10 nights and only had bedding changed once when on average it was 28 degrees. Had to ask for toilet rolls and they would only give you one roll at a time.
The roof top pool had no seating.

Disgusting, and the smells are the worse part

Dirty, smelly and noisy aparthotel that scams travelers by showing carefully selected photos of some of the renovated rooms. From the moment we arrived, we couldn’t wait to leave. We tried getting a refund of to transfer to another hotel of the same chain but the management couldn’t care less, they got our money, that’s all that matters to them. To summarize, we were expecting a simple, clean renovated hotel to get over our jet lag for two nights before heading to our real vacation destination, and we ended up feeling like we stayed at a cheap motel. I could have taken hundreds of pictures showing just how bad it is but I didn’t want to waste my time and energy on something so negative, especially since the worse part is the toilet smell in the room and the strong cigarette smell in the hallways. It’s not something that shows up in pictures but it was really disgusting, and ironically the hotel had a poster in the room advertising how they are smoke-free and want “pure air” for their guests. Anyways it was a bad experience, never staying in an Adagio aparthotel again.

Hotel is barely 3 stars. finding hotel was a challenge much less accessing parking, if you have a vehicle. Location is close to beach but very much away from the action. Conditions are subpar especially in common areas. Watch out for representation of two double beds. It’s actually a double with a roll out twin and sofa as mattress. Kids were disappointed. Did have a sliver of an ocean view which was the highlight of our stay.

The corridors are in desperate need of refurbishment - the walls and carpets in them are very dirty. The rooms were generally clean, though our toilet room did not smell clean at all and there is mould on the bathroom ceiling.

The room itself was otherwise fairly clean, but the balcony had not been cleaned well. The amenities are basic. We were there for a week and the policy is not to replace towels for this period, or to clean rooms.

The view from our room was very nice (over the pool), but the electricity kept switching off. This meant a couple of freezing cold showers because the hot water storage tank had not been heated. We could not use the hob and air con at the same time.

The location is excellent - close to a new tram stop (Magnan) and across the road is an excellent boulangerie and small store (Util). Most staff were very helpful - some not so.

Good local bus service! Only 10 mins from airport and 20mins walk to centre of Nice.
The pool was small but excellent for cooling down!
Our apartment was fine but you have to come out the toilet to wash your hands this is the only thing that i was not keen on!

We had a great time and the hotel was just what we needed. The air conditioning was great and the staff were friendly. It would have been more relaxing if there had been some comfy chairs to sit on in the room, The location was excellent just off the promenade and the buses were regular so getting around was easy. However, some buses do stop running between 8 and 9 pm. Lots of places to eat and the supermarket was excellent. The 75D bus which goes from just round the corner from the hotel to the Russian Orthodox Cathedral is a fantastic journey. Would really recommend this. Beware of taxi prices from the airport...

Great location - boulangerie across the street; grocery store just down the block. Sea and promenade is just a block away. Easy access to bus.
Did upgrade my room after check-in as initially I had a room on the back side of the building with no view. Upgraded at a minimal charge to a front apartment with a balcony that had full sun in the morning.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Had wifi but it tended to be somewhat spotty and would go on and off intermittently. Had to always check it was connected.
Laundry facilities on site was a bonus - as was the fact there was a clothes dryer, which most places do not tend to have.

We spent 4 days on Christmas 2017 in Aparthotel Adagio access Nice Magnan. We received everything that we wanted - clean cozy flat, kitchen facilities, spacious living room, secure parking, great location and of course - very reasonal price for the value. I can say - lovely place for family with kids as we had two separate rooms for sleeping and space for the kids to play. The underground parking was a big priority as we didn't woried about the car we rented for our stay in France. Would come back again.

This hotel is in an good location with superstore, restaurants and beech within few minutes walk. Nearby bus stop adds extra point. Downside is roads can be noisey at times. In particular at night time, loud noise of ambulances as there is children's hospital nearby.
Staffs at reception are helpful and friendly.
The apartment interior looks tired but clean .There was adequate cutlery for four people and we enjoyed dinner with children in the spacious balcony.View of the sea from balcony was added bonus.

Good Price Performer in Expensive Nice

Hotel check in was easy after a long walk from the train station. I was pleased to find that I had an electric stove top, microwave and larger-than-mini fridge in my small studio. This is a no-frills hotel that takes care of the necessities.

We Booked a room with two double beds and when we arrived found there was only one. We went to reception who were very rude, did not offer a solution and did not offer any compensation. They said the couch was also a sofa bed. In the end we had to pull out the sofa bed which was only a single, was very uncomfortable, and had no bedding. Had we known this we would have booked another hotel as there were many other in the same price range.

Apart from a mix-up regarding the booking, which did not appear to be the hotel's mistake (but which they rectified anyway), everything was fine. The hotel is basic, but modern and clean and our room had a safe and a kitchenette with fridge. We only stayed one night en route to our final holiday destination, but it would have been a good base for anyone staying in Nice on a limited budget.
Access by road is currently a little awkward because the current tramway construction has reduced the road at the front to a single lane in each direction, but that wasn't a problem for us.

Easy to get to from the airport on the 23 or 200 bus. Corridor shabby but room clean and bright. Good swimming pool. This part of Nice is being spoilt by work on the sea front and the tram way in front of the hotel although this does not cause any noise. Only clean and replace linen once a week. Good restaurant on the corner and supermarkets near.

Staff where nice. The hotel itself was ok but could do with improvements such as broken tiles in bathroom.
Location is a bit far out, about 1 mile away from the main parts. We took the bus into he town everyday as transport is cheap.
Breakfast wasn't the best but there isn't much round. There is a bakery across the road, which sells nice bread (they kept running across the street when they ran out of breads)
Over all it was OK but we won't be going back to this hotel.

Our room was small but had all the essentials. The bed was very comfortable and the heated towel racks were a bonus! Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 nights and unfortunately that meant that our room was not serviced at all during our stay. We did have the option of paying extra to have it cleaned but opted out of that and it seemed to be okay for that amount of stay!

Good value aparthotel which is well equipped for an easy self catering stay. Nothing essential missing from the kitchen, the room was clean and well appointed. Yes, it's small, but perfectly formed for a short to medium no frills stay. The pool was clean and quiet, though the water a tad chilly, is located in full sun. Staff were pleasant and helpful with the basic information needed roundabout. Adjacent shops were ideal, bakery, supermart, pharmacy, brasserie. Buses nearby but time needs to get to old town but new east \ west tramline will solve that. Beware few night buses past 10pm.

Great hotel - clean, good facilities, comfortable and within easy distance of tourist spots.
On the down side, reception staff are quite rude and unhelpful.
Reception shuts 12-2pm, so, if you arrive with luggage at that time, you'll struggle, as you'll be unable to access the locked building.

I loved how it's so close to the Promenade des Anglais. Walk leisurely for 5 mins and you're on the Promenade; another 3 mins and it will take you to the bus stop for buses that will take you to the train station. Bus #15 was our favorite when we didn't take the car, you can take this bus coming back from the station as well and it drops you off a block across the hotel, Promenade side. The room was ok, the bed very comfortable. The kitchenette was a major plus with its electric cooktop; having pots, pan and cooking utensils helped too. There's also a microwave oven, electric kettle, and coffee maker...perfect for times when we were too lazy to go out. We just had to stock up from a nearby supermarket or convenience stores. We stayed a total of 12 days, the room was cleaned only once ( as stated in the contract: once every 7days for stays longer than 3 days). The room is provided with a broom, a dust pan and cleaning bucket so you can clean it if needed. Trash also have to be brought down to the garbage room by the occupants as well, so if you're looking to have everything done by housekeeping, then this isn't the place for you. We were fine with it and we are definitely coming back.

So there was a parking in the hotel and we had requested the same but guess what we never got to use it and instead had to find parking on the street.

They told us for the last night we would have parking and even the last night they gave us no parking.

The communication was very difficult as most of them speak only france.

Reasonably priced but with serious flaws

The room was clean and on first inspection comfortable. However, our first night we didnt get any sleep. The walls are paper thin and unfortunately for us the occupants of the room next to us were noisey and didnt go to sleep until 5.30am! We could hear them laughing, shouting and scraping chairs across the floors. We mentioned it to reception the following day and requsted a room change. We were told we would have to wait until 11am for other rooms to check out, but we didnt want wait around the hotel so we said we would go out for the day and sort it out wen we got back, we were told this would be ok. When we got back (6pm) we were told we couldnt move until the next day because we would need to check out by 11am as well. This hadnt been explained to us but nothing was done. We didnt hear any noise that night hoping they had checked out we left it. Sadly the occupants of the room next to us would persist in waking us up every night, inspite of reception speaking to them and us banging on the wall. The location of the hotel is a fair way from the main town centre and takes about half an hour to walk. We chose this hotel as it had a pool. But to our disappointment there were no sunloungers! Had we known we would have got a more centrally located hotel. The staff, for the most part were very polite and helpful with other things. There is a fab boulangerie across the street. There is a great restaurant nearby called Chez Papa Fred.

Good choice

Good location, clean room comfortable bed and nice staff. Looks a bit scary from outside but was just fine for a 2 day stay. Coffee shop across the street and good bakery next door to the coffee shop with great croissants. Good price for a block from the beach.

Seemed to be a discrepancy between room booked and room allocated. Management eventually sorted it following a lengthy discussion.

Not a good experience at all

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the main strip on the sea. Other than Omar, who was very courteous and helpful, the staff sucks. They treat you like you're an idiot or like they're doing you a favour. The hotel doesn't provide cleaning services for free. The staff \"barks\" at you. thinking about taking a similar hotel in Paris, but never again.

Decent Hotel Decent Price

Good hotel a little away from the heart of tourist Nice but very close to the sea. About 20-40m walking into the main areas. Buses are available nearby. Pool was decent but could use some chairs. Internet was reliable and decent speed. Breakfast buffet was lacking. I prefer to have a bar of soap provided not just liquid soaps.

Great location - with pool

Family of four enjoyed this apartment \hotel - 1st time used this type of accommodation - really enjoyed it.

Had buffet breakfast on the first morning only - although adequate we decided to use the supermarket across the road and bought cereal bread etc.

Pool excellent

Beach is less than 5mins

Spacious apartment with cooking facilities

Clean room, hallways need renovation

+ Recently remodeled room, very modern, clean
+ Clean bed, towels
+ Nice and helpful weekday staff (although the weekend guy had a temper)
+ Excellent location, bakery, supermarket, a couple of restaurants across the street, close to boardwalk, beach, bus stop to old town, and airport
- Hallways were dark and smelly
- Lobby and hallways badly in need of renovation
- WiFi signal did not go beyond 5th floor. My phone is brand new LG-G3 and worked everywhere else
- No phone in my room, so had to go down from 7th to 5th floor to get a WiFi signal to use Viber.
- Office is closed for two hours mid-day on weekends
- Elevator is a bit noisy

This hotel was just okay

The hotel was just okay. I wish I could give a better review. We were really excited about this hotel because it looks great online.

Be prepared the lobby/reception area is so scummy. The lobby really threw me for a loop.
I was horrified by the lobby it is shabby and worn. I wanted to turn right around and walk away.

The halls are dark and scary there are many, many rooms on the property.
The elevator is slow and did not work some of the time.

The pool is slightly scummy and there is no where to sit and lounge around by the pool (no chairs, not one.).
I got the idea they did not want guests hanging out around the pool.

There are buildings surrounding the pool.

The room is nice and clean the shower works well, there is a switch that you must keep flipped up for water to be hot.

The room’s kitchen is really good and there is a grocery store down the street. The Kitchen has all the pots, pans and silverware. So you can cook easily.

There is a charge for breakfast do not be fooled by the room’s book join them for breakfast even if you have a coffee they will charge you.

The windows are sound proof and the walls are thick. The bed is not that comfortable and the pillows are cheap.

The room is small.

This place is just okay.

Good service, but basic for the price.

Apartment was fine except for the shower over the bath. The bath had a curved base and was very slippery. Nothing to hold onto when entering or exiting. When discussed with front staff they said the owner was aware of the problem. The front staff were helpful on tourist travel.

The apartments are much better than the entry to the aparthotel suggests. We were very comfortable in a studio apartment, but had to go into a larger room for the first night, we would have preferred this did not happen but only a minor blip.
