If at all possible do not get a room near the pool. It can get quite loud around the pool area and it doesn't stop until about 11 pm.

This was a great hotel with a great indoor pool and pool area. Also had games in that area. Breakfast had eggs and sausages and potatos. Thats it. No bread, no bagels, no muffins, no waffles.
This is one area the hotel can improve.

Rooms were spacious and clean. The pool and game area with the high tiki hut like ceiling made a vacation like setting. The restaurant attached was an extra bonus after traveling 9 hrs. The breakfast held in the restaurant was very nice with food other than just carbs. Would recommed for sure.

Loved this place! The sunshine and warmth in the solarium made me feel like we left the Midwest for spring break! The seating around the pool and pool and ping pong tables were nice when the kids wanted a break from the pool. Our room was clean and the coffee machine in the lobby was an added bonus.

Pool area was very crowded, the hot tub was packed with kids. No toys are allowed in the pool at all. Very short staffed.Breakfast very basic.Elevator out of order and because the hotel charged me for early check in and shouldn’t have it took 2 hours to get checked in.

The front desk staff upon check in was he great. Very helpful and friendly. I wish I could say the same for the desk staff when we checked out. The woman was rude and unfriendly. Breakfast was lackluster at best. Instant eggs, overcooked sausage and breakfast potato for hot options and the juice was extremely watered down. The pool and atrium were definitely the highlight.

Great hotel especially for groups. There are tons on tables and chairs by the pool/hot tub/ping pong tables. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The walls are paper thin however, so do not plan on sleeping in. At 7 am on a Sunday, the neighbor adults were talking and it was so loud that even with ear plugs in, we could easily hear every single word being said as if they were standing right next to us, not just mumbled voices. After about 30 minutes of trying to sleep through it we just got up and got going.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The pool area was a little chilly as was the pool. The tables outside the pool were a great place to gather as a family. The area is open until 11:00 on weekends; I wish holidays would be included in that. It would have been nice to have extra pool time but we got booted out right at ten. The breakfast was just okay. We had a large group, around 20. We gathered at pool area in the evening and next morning. The staff made us feel like we were not welcomed in area. Checked wrist bands several times and was rude in morning. Actually asked one of our members if we all stayed in same room. We were in 10 rooms at the hotel. Just disappointed with staff attitude when we were in the common areas.

First of all breakfast starts at 7am which is to late. There were no pancakes or waffles that you could make. One type of begels which was rasin. Had to ask for cream cheese and they were clueless where it was. First we were told they were out of cream cheese. Breads were white or wheat. Asked help to clean the microwave. Told to clean plate and door. Three days later inside door still not cleaned. Inside plate was dirty again and seems not checked daily. The wall next to microwave had food splattered. Was still on when we left. There was a Asian lady who was busy cleaning and clearing tables and we only saw a few days. She was busy checking everything. They should have her train employees. I never saw covers for coffee cups while she was not there. They do not clean rooms everyday. We had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. Since we didn't need the room cleaned every day it wasn't a big deal. When we saw the cart, we asked for towels and toilet paper. The front desk staff was friendly. The housekeeping staff was also friendly. The pool could get noisy on the weekends with kids screaming and running around. No toys or items allowed in the pool even though I saw some ball throwing and floating devices.
It would be nice if floatation device's were allowed. There was a kids party while we were there. The kids were running and screaming. The weekends seemed to have the most kids. The hot tub was nice since the pool was cold.

Two times no one was at the desk(1st time someone came from the back and 2nd time she was smoking just outside the front door with others that was really smelly). Vending machine didn't work.
