This hotel is a little off the beaten path, but we were SO impressed with how clean the hotel was! We were especially impressed with how clean and comfortable the room was! One of the most comfortable hotel mattresses I've slept on in a long time! Additionally, the provided continental breakfast had an amazing selection of delicious and fresh food. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The lady that prepares breakfast starts early for construction workers like me so that we get breakfast before we leave. Best Western should review their hours of operation so that breakfast can officially start early. They should also recognize that lady for seeing a problem and fixing it.

Its a small hotel but everything is available what u need. Rooms are a bit dated but they are sooo spacious and very clean! The entire property is clean. Staffs were amazing. Breakfast buffet wasnt elaborate but had everything u will need for a decent breakfast and that too free! The staff at the breakfast buffet was excellent! He took care of literally everything, so prompt and nice! The location is great too..very close to Austin Park and not too far from downtown. We had a lovely stay, better than we expected. Best thing they could do is spend a little bit of money and buy larger TVs for their room and ones that are easier to work. We had to change rooms cause even the guy at the front desk couldn’t work the television they’re small and it doesn’t cost a whole lot for a 50 inch TV anymore. It’d be well worth the investment.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel! The breakfast was excellent — there was a great variety of options, and the coffee was absolutely amazing. The pool was as warm as a hot tub, which was such a nice surprise, and the fact that it was saltwater made it even better. The sauna was another cool bonus and added to the relaxing atmosphere.

Our room was clean and comfortable overall, though there were a few stains on the bedding. The staff was very accommodating and quick to bring extra towels and pillows when we asked, which we really appreciated.

The only downside was finding a big dead spider in the pool — not a huge deal, but definitely something that stood out. Aside from that, everything else was great. Overall, a solid four-star stay, and we’d be happy to come back!

I would have liked to be avle to walk in the area but it is off the highway. Also, two times I had to ask for housekeeping to come to our room becaise we noticed what looked like dried blood stains on our comforter and pillow.

Overnight stay in Blakeslee

Booking and check in and check out all went well. Except for One minor complaint that the pet room we needed for our dog, still have a slight scent of either a prior accident or the cleaner used, but other than that the room was very clean, as well as the entire hotel area. There was also a very nice outdoor pet area with waste can and doggy bags. Will definitely stay here again.

Arrived to a lock not working and a smell of pot in the hallway. Not the best greeting. For a simple overnight it was just OK. The beds were not that comfortable, and it would be nice to have a comfortable chair in the room. For what is charged, it's not really worth it. The breakfast is just fair. Do better next time.

Could not have had a better experience than we did at Best Western Blakeslee. Everyone was extremely pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The place was immaculate, the breakfast excellent (and the food area was well designed for flow which is NEVER the case at other hotels I stayed at with breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Poconos. You’ll be more than pleased!

No sleep here

When I checked in, the staff was very insistent to get the make and model of my car for safety reasons and \"to know who's parking here\". Yet, on the 2nd night, around midnight I was woken up by a car alarm. The noisy car was conveniently located right outside my window so I could fully enjoy the spectacle. After this happened a couple of times I decided to call the front desk. They were aware of it and were going to contact the owner of the vehicle. I called back around 2 AM since the alarm was still sounding. The front desk said they had no idea who the car belonged to, could not tow it, couldn't do anything and said to endure it till the morning because then management would be there. In essence we have a random car that nobody knows about, keeps many people awake, is parked on private property and nobody can do anything? Why pay for a hotel when you can't even sleep? Eventually, somebody finally stole/drove away with the car around 3.30 AM and we could sleep. I was keen to bring it up with management in the morning but nobody was around. On top of that breakfast was very minimal so the next 8 hours of my road trip were not ideal.

The hotel was nice and clean. Like spotless for a hotel. One of the cleanest I’ve experienced. Staff was friendly only down side was that our AC didn’t work so we sweated the entire night . Didn’t even get to sleep because it was so uncomfortable.

This is where I ended up after The Red Roof Inn gave away my reservation. Really friendly staff, beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable. ADA accommodations were excellent. Will stay here again if in the area.

We stay here often as it is both dog friendly and has EV charging. It is convenient when travelling through the area or staying to pick up our son from summer camp. Breakfast was a little more sparse this last visit, it is one thing we usually rave about.
