The cleaning of the room was very bad, since I arrived you could see the dust and in the bathroom it is very bad the cleaning smelled of urine they don't vacuum the room the coffee maker was very dusty

Their first floor is a pet only section. At first I kind of liked it but then afterwards, my dog kept barking a lot because of the dogs passing by. That was annoying. I don't know because its a pet room, the room is outdated. The tub needed drainage, and the toilet had stains. On expedia website the rooms seemed new, guess not for pet owners.
The really good thing about this hotel, it is one minute away from the slopes.

Hotel needs a complete remodel while the pool was warm and kids enjoyed swimming the dingy ness was a turn off … rooms were fine nothing special but clean and happy to have a balcony (the views where the best part).. front desk was extremely nice great service BUT the restaurant (night time) is what would make me never go back. The food was great but absolutely HORRIBLE service and extremely rude!! We ate there twice one for late lunch (service was ok) but night time we had a blond older women when I say one of the most nastiest women I’ve ever met… she was condescending, rude, and ignored us for majority of the time, tossed our food on the table and never got us drinks (had to go to bar and ask the other lady working at the time)., it got to the point I got up and left and my family packed there food and left shortly after. We attempted breakfast the next day( there was a new person working thankfully or we would have just left) and enjoyed it great selection.. also be mindful auto grad is added to every party no matter the size which we don’t mind at all but was not informed of..

Overall the rooms are clean
The mountain view was great
The restaurant food is good in itself
But
The hotel is worn down
The food “service” is not great at all

If you want just a quick stay to sleep not a bad deal but if your looking for amenities this is not the place

I recently stayed at Chateau Resort & Conference Center and had a pleasant overall experience.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly during my stay. While everyone was courteous, the level of assistance was somewhat limited, and I did not find the service to be especially proactive or helpful.

The property itself is a nice place with a great location, but it is clearly in need of some updating and modernization to fully meet today’s expectations.

Overall, it was a decent stay with solid cleanliness and friendly service, though improvements and renovations would elevate the guest experience significantly.

The hotel is old and outdated which doesn’t bother me. But the front desk personnel were rude and condescending. I asked simple questions like how far to walk to the ski lodge and got rolling of eyes and an annoyed look. The entire experience was just very weird.

The best part about this place is the front desk worker was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. The whole place is outdated and you can tell whoever owns it doesn't put any money into it. Elevator is broken. Rooms are musty (which if you stay a lot of places you kind of understand that's common.) but there is mold on the ceiling in the bathrooms. Old chipped toilets. Etc. carpet looks like the original carpet. Everything looks like it was original from the early 90s. Restaurant and bar service was super unwelcoming. Bar was very messy and the workers gave off the vibe that they just wanted you to leave... Definitely don't recommend. The only good thing is it's across the street from camelback. And I hope that amazing front desk lady leaves and finds a place where her awesome service fits the hotel.

Tv didn’t work upon arrival, they got someone to fix it but by morning it didn’t work again, sliding glass door lock didn’t work and we were fist floor so super safe there toilet paper roll holder broken and the person told me it’s a brief 10 min walk to snow tubing… more like a 20-25 min walk with no path or signs.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was food all over the floor around the bed and the bathroom looked as if it had not been cleaned from the previous guest. There were hair strands all over the steps leading up to the loft. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund and was denied since I had booked on a third party website. The woman at the front desk did not appear surprised that I had requested a refund. I was given a different room close to the elevator and the door on that room would not close and I could not change the thermostat temperature from 80 degrees. Do not recommend.

They charged me $150 just because i spilled dry baby food on their couch it could be just cleaned with vacuum cleaner in 2 minutes and they charded me $150 they're the worst hotel i have ever visited.

Honestly feel that the hotel has been allowed to fall apart, and provide minimal amenities or perks during the stay due to the location. People will stay just to be close to the slopes. It was dark when we got to the room but in the morning I was grossed out by the marks on the carpet, walls, chairs, lampshade, bathroom floor, etc., and to top it off the bathtub backed up. I’ll mark this one as a do not return.

Room and hotel are tired and dingy, and look like they have not been updated for decades. Heat was stifling and did not respond to manual controls; the choices were horribly hot to the point where it is painful to inhale or no heat (and it was 0 degrees outside). Handle of shower fell off while using. Mattresses were overused and old -- so uncomfortable that even the teenager was unable to sleep. No insulation between rooms; could hear person in adjacent room watching TV from 11pm to 6am.

Hôtel was in a good location. However, this is not a 3 star hotel. Maybe 30 years ago. There is visible block mold in the shower. The ac unit has duct tape. The elevator has stickers for numbers and no certification On the plus side, staff was very nice.

The hotel is dated, but they have a great team working to compensate for the \"dated\" look of the hotel. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the food was amazing. The restaurant staff also surprised us. The veggies were blanched, and the special steak garlic/rosemary butter was a nice touch. Service at the restaurant was like family. Location to Camelback? the best. You could walk, if needed, to the resort.

The rooms are a little rundown and in need of some revamping. We had 4 people staying in the room with only 3 sets of towels so I had to ask for more towels. The tv when turned on was all “snow” when turned on. I had to ask the attendant to help when the towels were delivered.

When we arrived the elevator was out of order and we had to use the stairs and carry our luggage up. Those stairs had the very warn carpet held together with duck tape.

The next morning we had the buffet breakfast. They were very understaffed. The food, drinks, cups, utensils all ran out and we had to wait around waiting for everything to be restocked. The juices never were. There wasn’t even any water.

Both elevators were broken, the ac/heat was so noisy we had to turn it off or it would keep us up all night. The lock on the room door is broken, so it would not always work. Around 10am every morning there would be a super loud rumbling below our room. We were denied food in the restaurant before it officially closed.

The room and bathroom were outdated and not properly cleaned. The hairdryer had what appeared to be blood stains, and there was a water bottle left on the floor. We stayed on the 4th floor, and because the elevator was out of order, we had to use the stairs, which were very dirty.

It seemed to me that the receptionist did not really like visitors from other countries who speak English poorly, did not answer questions, instead of two nights she gave us a room for one night and said that she didn't see another booking, which makes her incompetent or intentio. I don't accept this attitude towards myself. We also asked for a room with a view of the mountains, which she simply paused and initially wanted to accommodate us on the second floor, although the reservation was 4, в итоге номер был с видом на лес и в нем пахло старостью

After receiving our keys and going to our floor, we went straight down to the front desk and requested a new floor and room. The third floor didn’t just smell of weed, you would get high just off the amount of second hand smoke. After receiving a new room, we find that the smoke detectors are covered in plastic, blood stain on the wall, water damage across the ceiling in multiple spots, dark brown mystery stains all over the curtains, the shower is beyond disgusting and has rusting rails, and more. If it wasn’t for the fact that no where else has openings, we would have left in a heart beat. THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR FAMILIES. I want to know how the health department hasn’t yet shut this place down.

Staff is great but the place is not as clean as it once was. The refrigerator was filthy, the games are always taking the kids money in the arcade. There was an old birthday cake by the lock room near the pool. Just rotting away. $209 with dog fee I paid was a lot for not getting much at all. No microwave in the room, brought food for the kids and couldn’t warm it up. Think they have one for the entire resort by the front desk. We put our drinks in the fridge only to wake up and everything be hot, it wasn’t plugged in. The TV barely worked, my partner kept trying to fix it so the kids can watch something before bed. Oh and the toilet didn’t flush, partner fixed that too.

Used to be my favorite place to stay :(

Room was clean but needs a lot of upgrades. Door dob on closet was falling off, the carpet had torn areas by the door, the curtain had lots of tears. Besides that, the hotel was close to camelback for the skiing and snow tubing. Paid buffet breakfast was decent with enough options to choose from. Would recommend if you overlook certain things and just need to stay for the location.

The place looks really nice on the website but it’s not. For $89 a night this place we be up to par. For $200 a night this is nothing short of a disappointment.
It’s says there is a hot tub, there is 100% NOT! They do not have WATER, a water fountain or a bottle fill for guest. Really water…? The carpets are duck tapped together all over the building. The stair wells have a rubber coating that is tapped together with red safety tape. Black mold around the window sills. Reused toilet paper rolls. Save your money. If you want close to Camelback mt that’s about the only pro. It’s like a mile up the road. Save your money.

The staff were very pleasant. Nevertheless, the hotel's condition leaves much to be desired. The facilities seem outdated. There was a malfunction with the door lock, and rust was noticeable in the bathroom, so we had to request a different room. Regular updates to the rooms would be appreciated. Initially, my wife was inclined to seek accommodations elsewhere.

My wife’s coat was left behind at the bar . The bar tender who is was also the highlight of the hotel put it at the front desk for us . When we went to retrieve it . It was gone . We were told a man picked it up . It was a women’s jacket that would not even come close to fitting a man . It just randomly disappeared from behind the check in desk . It was a relatively nice jacket . They also have NO hot tub which is listed and one of the reasons we booked …. The plus : Great location, bar tender & food are great , . They just need some serious upgrades

I saw 4 bed bugs just crawling on top of the comforter 5 minutes I walked in. I can’t even imagine the entire property. The owner has no time to care literally hung up on me. Worst experience of a hotel to date. They don’t even care about their guests. Rude people! Dirty hotel! No thanks.

excellent property beautiful view but the ambiance at the hotel was little too old as we entered but excellent staff right from the reception to house keeping very helpful & had a smile always on the face while assisting just one draw back is that they shud have a small pantry on each floor because to even make a tea from a (tea bag that i had brought )i had to go to the pantry room near the reception which is on the 1st floor & that was trouble some because by the time i made hot water in the microwave & reached back to the room the water would turn warm
