Food was options were limited. I ordered brisket and received rubbery steak chunks with cold mashed potatoes paired with rubbery string beans. The pool wasn't heated and closed so early there was nothing to do unless you wanted to gamble the entire time. Also, I felt as if I wasn't welcomed by the “other guests” the entire visit. Heavy “tension”.

We almost did not need to venture outside of the resort. The only real dissatisfaction was that the in room Fridge was full of stuff to buy, with no room to put our own stuff. The courtesy valet parking was necessary, since the self park was really far away. Our room was lovely, but the water pressure was not great and the dual shower head did not work. I would also recommend a shower seat or foot rest and a bathroom fan.

Nice adult only resort casino where you can just relax and enjoy the amenities. Overall the gaming/comps are tight compared to A/C etc. but worth a change of pace visit!

excellent stay property impeccably maintained. from the great parking attendant to the check in staff - to the bartender and security people....everyone was so nice and helpful and happy to be at work. that is rare. I was so impressed with the room. it was big an had lots of space. the room was spotless. the bed was so comfortable. I had the best experience and will be back for sure.

Everything was clean and well maintained. I would have liked for there to be other activities on site beside gambling. It would have been nice to have an activities person at certain hours or certain days to engage the guest in simple activities such a bingo, pool volley ball or scavenger hunts to make it less of a gambling experience for those of us who do not wish to gambel night and day.

The staff from the front desk to the pool were great. The room was very clean. I was disappointed when playing poker at the bar slots, the drinks were not complementary like in vegas. They could also use evening entertainment, even if it was just a piano bar.

The Staff was excellent , the drinks were watered down in the casino. But if you go to the Bar it was a lot stronger, the restaurant GUY'S were for people that drank and wanted horrible tasting food..... The only reason why I want to come back is because of the clean rooms, amenities, the Asian restaurant was very good. The Italian restaurant was superb. Once again the STAFF WAS EXCELLENT

This place is beautiful, very clean and up to date.
The staff is helpful and friendly. The pool was very pretty and clean, but NO hot tub.
If you want a place to relax this, is it. I did not care much for the casino because they allowed smoking. But other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

The entire room and bathroom was too hot and wouldn’t get as cool as told before making the reservation. Water pressure was not strong and water did not get that hot. In fact, had it all the way to hot and only still warm. I tried to call down to front desk and was on hold way too long and had to go. I advised the front desk at check out and was told that I should have called and I told her about being on hold and she just said yes it’s busy. I expected more and won’t stay again.

Staff is wonderful and accommodating. The gift shop is small and some of the restaurants are average. The pizza shop was not good. Guy Fieri and the Bistecca were wonderful and reasonably priced. Spa was great! Golf coarse was tremendous! My only watch out would be to those who cannot tolerate cigarette smoke. The casino does not have separate sections and the smoke smell was strong. Lastly, the slots are tight indeed.

This is a very nice and well maintained Casino hotel. It is rather small and my only drawback is there is really no entertainment at all. No live music anywhere. Unless you’re gambling at night there isn’t much to do. The restaurants are excellent. The food is absolutely delicious. The staff in the restaurants are exceptional. I also notified the hotel before my stay that this was a 60th birthday surprise for my wife. I guess there was no note of this since they didn’t do anything or offer anything to me. I purchased an expensive spa package for my wife. She said the massage was great. But the hair treatment was a ripoff and waste of money. Overall I enjoyed our stay. But it is a little overpriced for what it is. As for the bar. Good luck finding it and good luck finding a wait person on the Casino floor without a crap attitude.

The property was very clean. The grounds were well kept . The room was very nice. The pool area is also nice. One downside is that the water could have been a little warmer . The major downside is the smoking in the casino. There was no designated area for smoking so everyone smoked everywhere. You can smell the smoke throughout the property. I wish Mount Casino would defer an area for smokers. The smell goes almost everywhere with you.

The rooms were clean and Kimberly and Josh was awesome. One staff forgot her name was so in-personable and would not give any hospitality. Also the Buffet in the hotel needs to be better kept it looks very dirty and no one mandates the food but it’s all over like kids played in the food and nobody is checking to maintain the cleanliness. The variety is also horrible for this time and age it reminds me of sizzlers but worse. Golden Coral has more varieties and cleaner than that for the price. I also did not like the casino would not honor my husbands New York State renewal paper IF with his picture ID. Because you have to wait for the picture aid to come which has yet to come and he is 66 years old. I believe that policy needs to be looked at and I’m going to send a letter to the state about such as well.

The suite was beautiful! The stand alone tub and big shower were amazing. The pool was well kept, clean and the bar was lovely. The spa was exceptional with their options, accommodations and knowledgeable staff. No matter where we went, throughout the entire property, the staff were kind and patient and so nice! This includes the restaurant staff in all places, bartenders, valets, front desk and housekeeping!

The property was nice. We didn’t like that the pool wasn’t really warm.. we also wanted to use the jacuzzi/sauna but that was only if we used the spa service. The restaurant also didn’t not serve us mimosas on Mother’s Day until specifically 9:05 am after already making the drink it was about 7:45am we were headed to the casino for morning fun before checking out. They mad the drink and then took it back from us saying they didn’t serve it til 9:05 am it’s an adult hotel and it was Mother’s Day. That was a blow.. Bit the staff were helpful and nice.

if you are thinking about booking this hotel. don't hesitate. The room/bathroom were beautiful and extremely clean. the sheets were crisp. the pillows were amazing. the pool was the best one I've ever seen. not only it was gorgeous but you can actually swim long laps in it (no hot tub, though). it had a nice gym as well. i highly recommend going to the buffet. the food tasted great and it was plentiful. overall, I can summarize it with one word: \"amazing\"

Our stay was amazing!! The only thing was the wifi was bad there is no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. As beautiful as it is those 2 things would have really made this 5 star. I don't drink so the only cold area was a mini bar. Also not much storage. No dresser for clothes. So it would take some different preparation next time to come. Spa was amazing. Pool was amazing

Check-in was REDUNCULACLY slow. However the staff was very accommodating. It was conveniently located near Kalahari pool park. The prices here were much more reasonable than those charged by the pool park. Also, being attached to a casino, may have been the reason I didn't notice a lot of kids running around. Bathroom was quite luxurious in my room. While I enjoyed the decor in my room, my friend in another room on the same floor had quite a different experience. I guess decor is in the eye-of-the-beholder, but I did agree that my room was much more nicely furnished. Overall what you would expect for a casino-hotel. I would stay again.

At orignal reservation we requested a room with the red leather tapestry, hotel acknowledged the request via message service.
At check in agent did not give us that requested room on a Monday night?! She spoke to us about the beautiful view of the lake, but our room was facing the back not the front.

My $400 room was next to the IT room, with a buzzing sound which went on all night. They were aware of this as it didn’t surprise them when told at 6am, after a sleepless night. Compensation was $100 off the room. So, this on top of a very poor ventilated casino which you couldn’t get away from the cigarette smoke smell. Didn’t matter if you were in the non smoking area or not. Followed buy a quick breakfast sandwich in the morning which after asking for no cheese on it since I’m lactose intolerant. Yep, you guessed it! Had cheese on it and since it was to go order, I had to unstick the melted cheese before eating it. Honestly can’t say I’ll be returning.
