The room was not clean when we got there! There was tissues on the floor by the toilet. The wall when you first walk into the bathroom was dirty! There was stains on my pillows and lots of dust!
Our coffee pot cord was cut for some reason but they were very good about replacing it for us in a timely manor! The staff at the front dest when we first got there was very rude when we needed help.

The water park in good condition. Food on the other side horrible. Bad quality. Some of our group went to wawa....way better. Expensive and cheap quantity. Next time i will avoid completely.

The room and property was clean. My son and I had a lot of fun at the water park. The only down side to that was for the amount of travelers they get, there was not enough of double tubes for families to enjoy with and because of that my son barely used any of the slides. It looked like most of the slides were closed anyway. Bowling alley wasn’t fun at all but everything else was. Food is a bit overpriced. Overall, definitely recommend.

Everything was fun and great until my family and i stopped at the Emporium to find a souvenir when i was over charged $84 for a paw pass which was not needed thought the total was alot but didnt realize until after we got home, 5 hrs away. I have tried to call yhe Great Wolf lodge multiple times and have not been able to get thru.

Amenities are great. Get the Wolf Pass and start the Magic-Quest upon arrival.(takes 6-8 hours to complete) Rooms could be updated. During the winter break time the pool area is very over crowded. Food needs improvement. But leaving the Lodge and coming back to find a spot was insane! Even though you pay to park $25.00 a night. Overall our Grandchildren had a great time! So definetly worth the trip!!

The customer service staff were kind and attentive, but unfortunately that was the only bright spot of our stay. The buffet breakfast and dinner were genuinely terrible — very limited options and shockingly poor quality for the price. One dessert was still frozen solid, and several dishes were completely inedible. Drink selections at both the buffet and pool bar were sparse and disappointing.
After just two days of using the pool, every person in our group — children and adults alike — became sick, raising serious concerns about the water quality. Activity offerings were minimal, and the arcade was small and outdated compared to other resorts charging similar prices.
Our room door lock was broken, requiring us to repeatedly slam the door just to get it to latch. Despite contacting maintenance five separate times, the issue wasn’t resolved until our final day.
Overall, this resort falls far below the standard set by nearby options like Camelback and Kalahari. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

The pull out couch had a large hole in it and my mother woke up in pain every morning. The blankets covers are clipped to the bed, so who knows who washes them. I saw holes and stains. Last years stay was pleasant but this year was underwhelming. A room for 7 or us and not enough pillows, phone didn’t work and it was hard to get anyone to help.

Okay let me get into detail. When to check in they was a staff ( woman ) she checked me and my family. She told me about the wolf pass is for 99 dollars per person and parking ticket is 25 dollars per night , plus tax and I buy two wolf pass and stay two nights and she said the total will be 253 dollars, I paid it with my credit card. Then we got our room and everything was goin well, until there was a next 300 dollars transaction. I went to front desk and ask about it they say that’s the web side that I book on which is Expedia didn’t pay them the money so they had it taking out from the card and it will be back in my account when I check out . Today I check out I see 500 hundred dollars taken out now and got a different story , they telling me now it’s room charge and I didn’t use any room-charge I got all my receipts of what food and game I purchased. When I show her , she saying everything thing gonna refund . What I don’t understand they don’t have staff or manager that could explain why the take the money out properly.. Oh they also say she don’t know or see why the took the money . Anyway let’s wait to see if the refund the money .. they trying to rob money off me .

This is not a vacation spot for adults. Screaming kids are everywhere. And why are they not in school? Parking is a big problem. Plan on walking at least a hundred yards to get to the lobby. And they charge $25 a day for this? Hibernation time is a joke. We were woken at 4:00 AM by kids jumping on a bed on the floor above us. We won’t be back.

The room was beautiful, beds were comfortable, and the facilities were also beautiful. The rooms look exactly like they do in the pictures. Prices were as expected in a resort. Every staff member was smiling, friendly, and helpful. There were so many attractions and events that there was never a dull moment. The only thing that I can complain about is the parking fee. When you are paying $300+ per night to stay, charging $25 per day to park is a little much, especially when there is ample parking. Also, you can end up parking a pretty good distance from the hotel if you leave and come back, so maybe if you're gonna charge for parking, make it an optional charge that guarantees a space in one of the closer lots, or waive the fee for hotel guests and only charge parking to those who come for the day.

Timbers table and kitchen is the best restaurant if you have hungry kids/teens that love to ask for multiple meals. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The waterpark has a lot of ride options and pools but not overcrowded, it was great.
