Fine for overnight. The a/c in the room the room was outdated and kept shutting off. We were not comfortable. The beds had 3 pillows which we thought was strange. They were very lumpy. The breakfast was below standard. Free breakfast is never the best but this breakfast was not good. Overall, not great. Only ok

Expedia listed the hotel as having a pool but did not list that the pool had been temporarily closed for weeks due to renovation. So our stay was disappointing as the pool was the primary reason for selecting that location for my family.

We were definitely disappointed with our stay. At check in, we were informed that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation. And while they did offer a full refund if we wanted to book elsewhere-that would have been very stressful to do after a long drive. We may have booked elsewhere had we known prior to checking in.

The hotel is more of a motel feel and is right next to the highway so the road noise was fairly loud in the rooms at night.

The breakfast was disappointing. Being served food, at the bar, was ok but the service was not very welcoming and the food wasn't very consistent. The food on day 1 was ok, but on days 2 and 3 it was cold or burnt. The pictures on their website of the breakfast was not accurate at all.

The bathroom was in bad shape. The floor of the bathtub was stained and torn up, the shower curtain bar almost fell off while I was in the shower, and the shower head was actually hanging off the wall. It was also not well maintained: discolored caulking & stained floors. There wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom so we had to wait a while for the steam to clear out of the bathroom before we could dry our hair. We did let the front desk know about the shower curtain rod and shower head and they did tighten the shower curtain rod.

The Lounge is a great idea and it was really nice to be able to grab some food and drinks later in the evening. The bar staff was very friendly and the food was good bar food.

From breakfast to the bar to the pool, everything was perfect. The housekeeping staff were amazing so respectful, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. My kids got to make s’mores in the back and we even had a small BBQ, which made the stay extra special. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The only downside was one girl bartender and two front desk guys who came off a bit rude maybe they were having a rough week but aside from that, everything else was wonderful.

There was something in the bathtub, also the bathtub floor was damaged. The sink area needs to be replaced, and there was a moldy residue around the brim. Lastly, I was greeted by ants. I asked for a new room which the attendant promptly changed. The new room had a cracked bathtub floor, and I used a wash cloth to wipe the brim of the sink, and when I began to rinse, black particles kept appearing -the more I rinsed, the more particles appeared.

We had a slight snafu with our room as the jetted tub did not work. But the staff in minutes had us relocate to another room where the tub worked excellent just needs a better plug. Both rooms were very clean spotless. The housekeeping helped us and the overall staff were kind and very helpful. BIG shout to the bar manager at The Lounge, Amy. She was so very nice and helpful and you can tell she really cares about her place of employment. She has pride and a wonderful spirit! The food is all home made and delicious! We had such a great stay and will be back! A hidden gem for sure!

El domingo 12 de abril fue mi cumpleaños,entonces llegamos el viernes a la noche después del trabajo para quedarnos hasta el lunes a la mañana y poder disfrutar de la piscina y Jacuzzi,pero la misma noche del viernes tanto la piscina como el jacuzzi estaban abarrotados de gente y cerraban a las 10pm entonces lo dejamos para el sábado y lo mismo,imposible estar allí.Bueno lo haremos el domingo que no habrá tanta gente,pero nos encontramos con la sorpresa que la cerraron por reformas y a mí no me notificaron! Una verdadera pesadilla este hotel! El desayuno está bien pero todos los días lo mismo y se acaba el café no lo reponen…en fin nunca más este hotel y donde esté esta cadena de hoteles

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had a relaxing night at the baymont with our dog. We enjoyed music bingo and drinks in the lounge. Staff were friendly and welcoming. If you’re a light sleeper ask for a room that isn’t on the side of the building closest to the road, a lot of commercial traffic. It didn’t bother us however. Would definitely stay at this location again as they are pet friendly, with a reasonable pet fee ($20) where other hotels in the area charge $50-75. Grassy areas around the hotel to walk your pet were a plus. No complaints, fair pricing, clean rooms, was exactly what we needed it to be for a 1 night stay. Some of the reviews worried me, but upon checking in I felt they were a bit overstated. It’s certainly an older hotel, the fixtures in the bathrooms were a bit dated, but we were not staying there for aesthetics, and for the price point your expectations should be reasonable. Don’t let the negative reviews scare you if you’re thinking of booking here, everything was in working order, beds were comfy, rooms were clean. We will definitely be back as we are planning a wedding in the area frequently over the next year or so.

Check in was quick because i had completed the pre check in. The room was clean and comfortable. Pool was good but the pool room was really hot. The issues started when we realized the shower had no hot water. I told the front desk and was told there wasn't a maintenence person because of the time, it was like 9pm. I traveled with my child and another adult. We tried various things and were only able to shower with cool water. I asked for a refund so I could go to another hotel but was told that since there wasn't a manager working, I could either stay and use another bathroom of an empty room or leave but not get a refund. I asked if there was another room but the hotel was fully booked even though we were told there was an empty room. We stuck it out and stayed. Also, our toilet got clogged in the middle of the night after the other adult used it.
The next morning I went to the front desk and told again about the hot water issue. This time they were more proactive and sent to the maintenence person who unclogged the toilet and tried to figure out the hot water issue. They then offered me a different room and offered a 50% off the first night.

We only stayed one night. We had a king bed with a hot tub. The room was clean and looked nice. The bathroom is run down and needs some work and not just patch jobs. The hot tub was very relaxing though. The Breakfast buffet was good with hot options to choose from. All of the staff were very polite and friendly.

My room did not have a kitchen and i was not expecting a kitchen when i booked the room.
There was a bar/restaurant in the hotel. Had a good meal in the restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was average, but convenient to have a quick breakfast before hitting the road.
The hotel room was clean, with comfortable bedding. Friendly reception and service from the front desk. Bartender ( who also served me dinner ), was friendly and efficient.
I would stay at this property again if I am in the area. Decent value for the price.

If you have allergies to dog hair, this may not be the best place to stay. I understand that the hotel is pet-friendly; however, our room had a noticeable dog odor and there was dog hair on the carpet.

Additionally, the staff member serving breakfast did not appear to have a welcoming attitude. He was tossing the plates on the counter rather than handing them directly to guests, which did not feel very courteous.

Pool was very cloudy, top had a film. Hot tub was clear but very old. The whole hotel was clean, but looked much older than it did in the pictures. Check in was easy, people were nice- but we were disappointed and had expected more.

Friendly greeting at check-in by the front desk. The bedroom in my hotel room was nice. It looked like it had been recently remodeled. It was clean, with nice furnishings and nice bedding. The bathroom in my hotel room must not have been remodeled because it was old, tired and in need of work.

I ate dinner and had a drink at the restaurant in the hotel. The food was great and the bartender who served me was friendly, efficient and really good at his job! It was nice not to have to get back in my car and leave in order to have a couple of drinks and dinner.

I enjoyed the included breakfast the next morning and it was good. There was the usual offerings of eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, waffles, fruit juices, bagels, cereal, etc. It was nicely presented and I noticed 2 employees taking care of things. One serving the hot items from chafing dishes and the other restocking the buffet and taking care of the dining area.

All in all it was a good stay and I would definitely stay at this property again if I'm in the area.

However the bathroom light fan was extremely loud, the microwave was missing the piece that helps it turn, and the tv kept losing its signal.

Stayed here due to the location and proximity to Camel Back Resort. Also 5 minute drive to many food options and maybe 10 min drive to Outlets. Rooms were clean, bathrooms a little dated but fine, included Body Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner and lotion which is always nice. Breakfast included it was okay enough to get you going. The hotel had a pool which was nice for the kids which we used after returning from skiing. Would recommend and would return.

Breakfast was convenient and made the mornings easy before heading out. The location is perfect—close to snow attractions and local activities, which made our trip stress-free. We’d definitely stay here again.

The Room was clean, they allowed for early check-in, which was very nice. The pool was in the hot tub are both heated and very clean. You often seen the hotel staff cleaning the pool and the hotel areas. The continental free breakfast was fantastic in the morning. They had ample free parking and luggage carts. They have a clean laundry room with nice new machines. They also have lounge with nightly drink specials. This resort is also close to restaurants and multiple ski resorts. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The people there were friendly. It seemed like they were all family and treated you the same. The food on the breakfast buffet was home-cooked. The rooms were dated and run down, but it seemed like they were trying to keep them in good shape. The beds had a nice mattress topper on it. The hallways were musty and had an uncomfortable feel to them. The pool was run down and not the cleanest. It wasn’t as bad as other reviews made it out to be. It helped us weather a bad storm, so for that it met our needs.

Ok. I gave it 5 stars but there were some hiccups. The key they gave me at check in did not work. So..I had to lug all my stuff back down to get some more keys. The staff was very apologetic. The hotel is old and worn but the Staff works hard at doing the best they can. The Lounge is Awesome! Food and Drinks were great as was the Service. The only thing I do recommend is invest in some good Disinfected sprays. Ones that smell good. I travel with my on Lysol and I definitely had to use it in my room. It was not terrible but it was not good.
