We only stayed one night. We had a king bed with a hot tub. The room was clean and looked nice. The bathroom is run down and needs some work and not just patch jobs. The hot tub was very relaxing though. The Breakfast buffet was good with hot options to choose from. All of the staff were very polite and friendly.

My room did not have a kitchen and i was not expecting a kitchen when i booked the room.
There was a bar/restaurant in the hotel. Had a good meal in the restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was average, but convenient to have a quick breakfast before hitting the road.
The hotel room was clean, with comfortable bedding. Friendly reception and service from the front desk. Bartender ( who also served me dinner ), was friendly and efficient.
I would stay at this property again if I am in the area. Decent value for the price.

If you have allergies to dog hair, this may not be the best place to stay. I understand that the hotel is pet-friendly; however, our room had a noticeable dog odor and there was dog hair on the carpet.

Additionally, the staff member serving breakfast did not appear to have a welcoming attitude. He was tossing the plates on the counter rather than handing them directly to guests, which did not feel very courteous.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. We had a whirlpool suite and the tub was quite old, clean but def needs replacing soon. We were very disappointed in the pool/hot tub. Pool was very cloudy, top had a film. Hot tub was clear but very old. The whole hotel was clean, but looked much older than it did in the pictures. Check in was easy, people were nice- but we were disappointed and had expected more.

Friendly greeting at check-in by the front desk. The bedroom in my hotel room was nice. It looked like it had been recently remodeled. It was clean, with nice furnishings and nice bedding. The bathroom in my hotel room must not have been remodeled because it was old, tired and in need of work.

I ate dinner and had a drink at the restaurant in the hotel. The food was great and the bartender who served me was friendly, efficient and really good at his job! It was nice not to have to get back in my car and leave in order to have a couple of drinks and dinner.


I enjoyed the included breakfast the next morning and it was good. There was the usual offerings of eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, waffles, fruit juices, bagels, cereal, etc. It was nicely presented and I noticed 2 employees taking care of things. One serving the hot items from chafing dishes and the other restocking the buffet and taking care of the dining area.

All in all it was a good stay and I would definitely stay at this property again if I'm in the area.

However the bathroom light fan was extremely loud, the microwave was missing the piece that helps it turn, and the tv kept losing its signal.

Stayed here due to the location and proximity to Camel Back Resort. Also 5 minute drive to many food options and maybe 10 min drive to Outlets. Rooms were clean, bathrooms a little dated but fine, included Body Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner and lotion which is always nice. Breakfast included it was okay enough to get you going. The hotel had a pool which was nice for the kids which we used after returning from skiing. Would recommend and would return.

The Room was clean, they allowed for early check-in, which was very nice. The pool was in the hot tub are both heated and very clean. You often seen the hotel staff cleaning the pool and the hotel areas. The continental free breakfast was fantastic in the morning. They had ample free parking and luggage carts. They have a clean laundry room with nice new machines. They also have lounge with nightly drink specials. This resort is also close to restaurants and multiple ski resorts. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The people there were friendly. It seemed like they were all family and treated you the same. The food on the breakfast buffet was home-cooked. The rooms were dated and run down, but it seemed like they were trying to keep them in good shape. The beds had a nice mattress topper on it. The hallways were musty and had an uncomfortable feel to them. The pool was run down and not the cleanest. It wasn’t as bad as other reviews made it out to be. It helped us weather a bad storm, so for that it met our needs.

Ok. I gave it 5 stars but there were some hiccups. The key they gave me at check in did not work. So..I had to lug all my stuff back down to get some more keys. The staff was very apologetic. The hotel is old and worn but the Staff works hard at doing the best they can. The Lounge is Awesome! Food and Drinks were great as was the Service. The only thing I do recommend is invest in some good Disinfected sprays. Ones that smell good. I travel with my on Lysol and I definitely had to use it in my room. It was not terrible but it was not good.

Property shows age! Tub was chipping, did not drain well, overall cleanliness was subpar. Ceiling tile in bathroom was coming down. Floors in hallways were dirty and trash on floors. Had to get a roll away bed and pay extra for our fifth guest in room, did not specify that at booking! Thought we would have had a pull out couch. Room was small and bathroom extremely tight. Not enough towels, toilet paper. Breakfast was ok, but quality was not like other similar hotels! Guests were rude, loud, and noise was an issue! pool was dirty as well as hot tub! Dogs were constantly barking. We were away from hotel for skiing so we decided to make it work but if we were going to be there any longer we would have looked for another hotel.

The property is a little dated, but for the price point it makes sense. It was well kept despite its age and the staff was all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and the lounge had good drinks and food. The surrounding area immediately around the hotel is also a little run down but there was a lot to do nearby and lots of good food to be found. If you’re like us and not spending a ton of time in your room then this hotel is perfectly adequate. While not an issue to us, the hot water did take some time to heat up and the walls were thin and the doors had some gapping that let light and noise in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

It doesn’t look anything like the pictures that’s advertised. The room smells like wet carpet, the bathroom is so small when the door is opened you can’t get in the shower. The pool had something floating around in the water.
