There was a significant amount of mold in the shower and on the ceiling of the bathroom. When I alerted the front desk, they seemed very annoyed and reluctantly switched my room. The new room also had a significant amount of mold. My nine year old daughter had trouble with the arcade card and when she asked for help, the attendant was very short with her. The hotel is very outdated and there are minimal amenities outside of the indoor park. The breakfast was extremely expensive and it took over twenty minutes to get a coffee. All around, it was a very bad experience.

A lot of extra fees and you pay for everything at high prices. $25 to park on the lot . Ridiculous. This is not in a city where they have to build parking garage. No coffee available in the morning unless you go down to the coffee shop and pay for it. No coffee pot in the room . I thought for the price breakfast was included. It was not and it was expensive buffet.

I have visited in past years and noticed that most of the daily activities have been cut. There used to be sand art, tattoos, donut decorating, reptile show, and silent disco. This all has been replaced by two activities: yoga and a dance party. I was disappointed to see these activities are no longer on the schedule.

It is definately geared more towards little kids. Ours were bored there and we just went to dorney park. Parking is terrible, guests pay 25 a day and are forced to park a mile away for the free parking aqua park goers. Wayyyy....too overpriced for what it is.

I still have not received my refund for thr incidental hold. I have called 3x and every time no one is available that can look into it and I am ensured I will receive a call back the next day and I do not. Our room was ok, the sliding door frame is in rough shape and the room has an odd odor. Check in took almost an hour in line, while several people in front of me still didnt have rooms after hours wait. I was told they weren't sure if my room was clean, but call if it wasn't. There are roaches in the water park, they where running in and out of the one wooden pole, and no they are not camel or basement crickets as they tried to tell us. We also had an issue with random family taking our stuff and kicking it out of the way so they could use our chairs. Staff werent helful and we where ledt trying to find our stuff that was kicked and move to another area. The kids had fun, but as an adult I am annoyed by this stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful... BUT.. an additional $25 per day to park. Only one elevator for a 1/2 mile of rooms. Only luggage carts available without a bell hop are small and awful. Only one of the advertised restaurants are open. Outdoor pool is an added charge. No room service. No daily maid service.

Way too expensive on every level.
Room had a price I prepaid.
Got to hotel and had to pay $55 more.
Then had to pay $25 parking fee (in a lot that is only theirs).
Put a $100 hold on funds which I haven't gotten back yet
Restaurant ( I think it was called Trail and Pines) was poorly run. Manager in the back treating people horribly that could be heard at the bar. Took a very long time for food with no explanation or apology. $100 spent for two people on food that took us an hour to get. Liz, Katie, and Brandon were great in the restaurant.
Leah was great at check in.
Water park is for kids or daring people, not a person that just want to enjoy a day. Only wave pool and lazy river.
Not a good experience after a rough weekend working at the raceway.

The staff was helpful and welcoming. Parking charge on top of the room rate was disappointing and expensive. The food at the trails end was mediocre. Only food choices seemed to be bar type food. There is no outside patios or areas to enjoy.

My family and I stood here May 29, 2026 - May 31, 2026. The front desk representative Karen was very nice and accommodating. The ROOM wasn’t!!! The pillows were way too wobbly, the bed was hard, our so called lotion near the sink didn’t even have lotion in it!!! It actually had a clear substance that smelled like a multi -purpose cleaning liquid. In the bathroom the tiles had mold all over the place and the tub was dirty. The refrigerator was also another issue because it wasn’t cold enough to maintain beverages or food. I also find it very unfair that parents have to pay a full price for a child at the buffet when they don’t eat as much food as an adult.

The property was extremely clean and family friendly. Staff members were available everywhere greeting us or asking if we needed anything. The resort has a lot to offer from restaurants and playful activities for the kids. The water park was amazing but we didn't get a chance to check out the outdoor water park since it wasn't open yet.

I booked and paid a premium rate specifically for a Room with a Balcony. Upon arrival, your property failed to provide this category of accommodation, resulting in a severe downgrade and a complete breach of the booking agreement.

Instead of the booked room, I was assigned to Room 101. Front desk staff attempted to assure me that this was a \"Level One\" room. However, the physical reality of the room contradicted this description entirely:

No Balcony: The room completely lacked the balcony feature that I had explicitly purchased.

Sub-Surface Location: Room 101 was situated entirely below ground level. It was located beneath the main lobby/front desk level and beneath the parking level. Disgusting, dirty and depressing room 101 situated below ground level.
Very rude and unprofessional staff at the front desk.

It pretty amazing Everytime we go. We have been there three times the past five years staff is friendly arcades very nice but extremely over priced but it's a waterpark what do you expect? Clean rooms usually but this time we got there around 430 check in is at 4 we couldn't check in until 530 so we missed our a bunch with the water park the first day kinda frustrating... Also no tissues toilet paper or big towels in our rooms. So I had to hunt down a cart And snag some from there not a huge deal just annoying after the long drive and late check in. Another HUGE issue hot tubs weren't even hot in the slightest and the showers were barely Luke warm. I had my mother in-law with me she was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and it was too cold for her so huge disappointment! Besides that honestly camelback never disappoints but this year was by far the worst experience we have had so far.

We went for a weekend. It seemed a bit chaotic n the lobby when you arrive. However staff managed to direct you where to go. The best thing about it was Karen at the front desk. After meeting her we felt a bit better after questioning if we made the right choice to stay there. The DJ dance party in the lobby was lots of fun!!!
We Do not recommend you eat breakfast there,it's just way too expensive. We spent $140 for 4people.. FOR BREAFAST. Instead go to one of the local diners less than 3 miles away for a fraction of the cost.
You're already spending so much just to stay there.
The water park was ok.. the water in the wave pool was so dirty. Lots of debris floating and the water was mirky. We arrived at 10am when the doors opened and it was already like that.
Definitely bring your snacks. The market was charging $5 for a small bag of chips.
The rooms were clean and roomy. Housekeeping was very good about getting us extra sheets and providing a coffee maker. However, the management needs to get a better system on quiet time in the hallways. It was 12:30am & guests on our floor were in the halls drinking and hanging out the kids were running up and down the halls yelling. I get that you're on vacation but need to be considerate.
Overall it was a nice visit but don't know if we'd come back. Maybe check other options in the area or wait for summer to utilize the outdoor park.

Very disappointing stay. I arrived on May 23 with my three children and didn't get a room until nearly 7 PM. We went to the front desk three times and were repeatedly told the room was still pending. Eventually, we asked staff to physically check the room, and they found it was actually ready. We lost about 2.5 hours waiting and missed the water park that day.

Camelback waived parking and gave us three arcade cards, but that didn't make up for the inconvenience. When I asked about reimbursement, I was told nothing could be be done because I booked through Expedia.

There were additional issues: housekeeping never serviced our room, the shower handle kept falling off, and the buffet was overpriced for the quality of the food.

This was my second stay. The first time I waited about an hour for a room; this time was much worse. Waiting hours for a room with three small children is unacceptable. Between the delay, maintenance issues, and poor service, I don't see myself returning to Aquatopia.

During my 3 nights stay with Camelback resort with my family for my son 14th birthday, I was very disappointed with the housekeeping, not one day or night did anyone came to clean my room or bring us clean towels or toiletries, I texted them repeatedly and every texted I got a reply that housekeeping is on there way, but still no one showed up, the night before I had to check out, as we were sleeping at almost 1 in the morning is when housekeeping is coming to give me some towels and toilet paper, this experience should have never happened to me or anyone else that stayed that this resort, I can understand that people do get busy, but don’t tell me housekeeping is on their way and no one showed up, this was my first time ever been there and it’s my last time ever to go back there.

In my opinion, they need more staff at the front desk. You have to be prepared to wait a lot .You also have to pay $25 per day for parking. Which I don't think is fair if you're already paying for the hotel.

Be careful with this one. They are gonna blind-side you with a $25/day parking fee. When I asked about it they said \"an outside company handles the parking.\" That's hardly enough reason to pay for an extra service you don't need.

That said, the parking lot is a jungle, there is obviously no \"company\" out there doing anything and there's no reason to pay for parking - it's just highway robbery. You're stuck and they know it.

We were told we could check in a few hours early because the room was already cleaned, but they said it needed an inspection first. Despite that, we still found a Hot Pocket behind the TV, the carpet was covered in snack debris, and the trashcan was half full. So, I don't think they are really inspecting anything - this is most evident in the dust-covered lobby. A foreshadowing?

The pool and slides were nice, but it was insanely overcrowded, so make sure you don't go on a holiday weekend.

The grounds are ill-kept and there's not much effort put into cleaning up.

The take-away message is: be prepared to pay too much for parking at a hotel you've already paid to stay at, be ready to swim through crowds in and out of the water, and bring your own food - the concession lines are long, the dining options expensive.

The hotel is clean but the indoor waterpark had alot of rust and faded paint. It also had alot of things not working in kid area. Water was really hot in kid area as well. Employee passed out be from it being hot outside and water around 80 or 90 degrees Fahrenheit. The slides were really good and no wait time which was a huge plus. The other thing i didnt like was they had a conference there so the game room and food options were closed off to public at 745pm but no signs were posted or was i told this which was a bummer because i planned on taking kids to arcade and doing activities and ice cream and dinner after pool and we couldnt. I may consider going in summer to see if waterpark outdoors is any good.

First time here and I feel they need to address some people in the check in process the girl who works at the front desk was not welcoming.. I really wish I knew her name, light skin and had black hair with ponytail! She need to work on her customer service. Then we we asked front desk to put in a request for rooms to be cleaned just mainly bed.. I already put towels in a pile for them and trash in one space… but for us to come to the beds just thrown together is crazy!!! I wanted to to come back and decorate room for my daughter..

The food by the indoor pool was not it and over priced in my opinion for the quality they give.. the next few days we just ate off resort. Well worth it!

Swim up bar was great! Eddie and Matt and the swim up bar was very nice and made some amazing Long Islands!

I guess it really is a place for families with children. Not that I hate children but I would not recommend this for couples. Spend your money elsewhere lol. I went there with my bf and it was a red flag from the start. They charged his card twice for the hotel booking and then someone charged their breakfast to our room. Although he got the refund, I feel that is something that shouldn’t happen. There should be a system in place for when people charge things to their room. Breakfast buffet was not that great. Also super pricey for just two people( bf paid $68). We didn’t get to eat a lot as the food was just not that great.
