It was ok. Rooms were clean, glad there was a pool for the kids and the breakfast was nice. I didn’t like that I called to book the two rooms near each other and confirmed they would be across from each other with the room numbers given. When we checked in are rooms were down at opposite ends of the two rows of hallways. They said a few excuses but I saw people still checking in after I did in rooms closer to my room and feel they just didn’t want to be bothered. As I was checking in I asked about the pool and was told it was very crowded lots of kids with floats. Two ladies walked into the lobby coming from the pool and I asked them how the water was and they said it was warm and was just them in he pool no one else. One room was missing a hair dryer and the refrigerator was unplugged but we thought it was broken. Very basic feeling hotel. Almost felt like you were an inconvenience checking in. The man had an attitude.

The room served its purpose. But definitely outdated and needs maintenance. The room was clean but the towels were stained. I tried to get more towels the night we checked in and the front desk said that housekeeping was locked. The next morning I asked for towels and they said that I had to wait until the head housekeeper came in to work around 9:30. Too late.

We stayed here with family over Thanksgiving. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. Anything we needed, they were on it. The hotel itself is older and is showing its age, but the staff does a good job at keeping the place clean. The bathrooms are incredibly small and the bathtubs can be more slippery than most.
The pool was a great feature for the kids to have.
Shopping at the outlets is just around the corner. Black Friday traffic caused a bit of a nightmare trying to get out, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. There were not a ton of eateries nearby, but enough. There is a Weis that *could* be walkable but dangerous, close by (less than a half mile).

Woke up went to breakfast because I have a 6 yr old I read reviews it was a good breakfast we went up at 8:55am after I was told that breakfast ends at 10am to find out the kitchen closes at 9am and they can’t bring out more eggs or sausages. Mind you they had nothing but potatoes. After I requested they refused..I don’t think I’ll be staying here first and last time.
