Parking was easy. The rest not so good.
A hectic pathway to get to at the moment with current construction at the on and off ramps.
Staff was very friendly.
The bed was clean. ( it looked and smelled clean)
The room was not clean or well maintained whatsoever. There was a plastic fork and candy wraps from the previous guest next to the nightstand on the floor.
The toilet tank leaked, so it kept engaging the float every 5 minutes.
The heating cooling unit worked but was old and very loud.
I didn't sleep well.
I am just being honest with my observations and experience. I wish it was different, But it is what it is.

The room was clean and in good order. The desk clerk checked me in quickly, with courtesy, and provided information regarding where things were on the premises. I live only a few miles away, booked the room last minute as my home heat was not working. I would have been delighted to find this level of accommodation if I had been traveling. Very pleased with my stay!

Did somebody forget to put the mattress on top of the bed spring? Genuinely curious, i was laying on pure springs.

Location is convenient, just off the interstate. Dogs are allowed for a reasonable fee. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is included.

I checked in around 10pm after a full day of driving. When i got to the room i was immediately shocked at how cold it was inside. I noticed a space heater set up in the middle of the room, which did not effectively heat the hotel room and would be extremely unsafe to run while sleeping. I ran the heater as long as possible but the temperature never reached a normal comfort level, and I bundled up in my sweatsuit to bed.

The cleanliness is lacking. Hairs in the bathroom, fingerprints and smudges all over the mirrors. The floors in the room had not been thoroughly cleaned as there was debris under the bed and the floor by the door was sticky.

After the experience in the room, i had low expectations for breakfast. Packaged items - yogurt, mini muffins, cup of fruit in syrup. I opted for a granola bar and promptly checked out.

I was at this hotel for less than 8 hours and i would not return. Budget hotel or not ($75+$15pet fee), this was the worst hotel experience i have had recently. The lady at the front desk was so warm and welcoming, i wish the whole experience could have been the same. I can not recommend this hotel as there some serious issues, the heating being the biggest.

It was pretty clean, but non smoking room we stayed in smelled like smoke and then was just stinky like it was covered up. Hallways smelled like marajuana when we arrived. I felt slightly unsafe, in general, while staying here.

Easy to get to and then get back onto route 80. Good price. I would pay extra to stay somewhere else next time though.

The hotel was as I expected it to be. A budget hotel isn't the most glamorous place, but it serves its purpose for a night or two. Front desk customer service was great. Very friendly and responsive. Breakfast area was clean and tidy. Free parking was ample. I also liked having a mini fridge in the room. The room was clean, but not spotless. Housekeeping was visible and working throughout our stay, which was nice to see. Checkout was a breeze and I didn't wait at all. Location is great, just off the highway and easy access to Walmart, ESU, and the hospital. As far as things that could be improved... There was a faint smoky smell on our floor, which means people weren't following the no smoking policy. There was also a wacky guest yelling in the hallway during the night, some kind of verbal altercation happening. Makes you wonder what type of characters the hotel is attracting. Maybe this says more about the guests than the hotel itself, not sure. Overall, not a bad stay but not great either. I wouldn't stay here long term, but for a night or two it would be fine for people on a budget.

There was a bad smell throughout the motel and in the room. The mini refrigerator also had a bad smell coming from it. The room could have been more thoroughly cleaned and freshened up. The bed linens were torn and tattered. There was a dirty sock left behind the TV stand. The bathroom floor did not seem swept or mopped as there was hair left behind from a previous guest.

The staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming.

Only stayed for one night. Motel was on the cleaner side and sufficient for a short stay. Easily accessible to the highway and a convenient location. Motel staff was nice and check in was easier.
Parking lot was a little sketchy towards the back of the lot, there was a man living in his car there the night we stayed. I wouldn't leave any bags or anything of value in the car.
The room was fine and if I needed to stay for one night again I'd be ok staying here.

Rude staff during check-in, noisy renovation crew just outside our windows till 8 pm, poor noise and smell insulation, could smell everyone’s dinner due to large gaps under the room doors, uncomfortable beds, dirty covers on the beds, stains on walls and bathroom floor. Would not recommend.

Bed had a thin foam mattress on one of the beds. Floor lamp didn’t work. Rack for hanging clothes is right over the fridge and microwave, with no room to hang your clothes. The mirror is behind the tv. Tub drains very slow, leaving you standing in water. Lots of maintenance equipment laying around outside. Looks very trashy outside.

I’d rather sleep in an abandoned car

Staff is really nice. Hotel is extremely humid. Everything in my room with exposed metal on it had rust. My shower didn’t drain well and neither did my friends down the hall so assumed it was the whole floor. Neighbors above me brought their own stereo and the bass was crazy. Apparently nothing could be done by staff because they wouldn’t answer their door or phone. Was woken up by some dope trying to get in my room over and over at 4am. Renovations show really low quality work and whoever is doing it stores everything by the front door of the hotel. My toilet rocked back and forth against the floor. The bed has a massive divot. If you change the AC to heat that will set off the smoke alarm.

The whole place was under construction. There was noise and construction debris. Stair handrails were covered in a slippery plastic wrap which made them unable to be gripped. All hallways were also full of construction debris. Breakfast was a joke (a small basket of minimuffins and one of mini granola bars on the registration desk, overseen by the watchful eye of the person manning the desk, which is NOT breakfast). This property should have been closed while renovations were being made or at least the bad condition of the renovating property should have been made clear on the reservations online site.

There was no way to turn off the bathroom light. The light switch did not work at all, so the light had to stay on all day and night. The shower curtain rod was broken, and water got onto the bathroom floor. The dresser drawers were damaged, and the nightstand was completely missing the drawer. The tv was resting on the cable box, because one set of legs was missing. The mattress was so soft, we sunk to the middle of the bed. Very disappointed.

I came here with my dogs. It was quite even though it was 4th of July weekend. It was clean and juices and hot drinks are available during the day. The only thing I have to rate down is them having rug because there was stains and it made the place look a little dirty when it’s not.
