I discovered this resort on Expedia and initially had some reservations despite overwhelmingly positive reviews. However, the two-night stay was exceptional. The accommodations were very comfortable and equipped with all necessary amenities. I appreciated that each suite included a dedicated canoe. We encountered a minor challenge on the first night, but upon informing the staff, they exceeded our expectations to ensure our comfort. Thanks to Bill for his assistance. The level of customer service provided was outstanding. We definitely intend to return, and this time, we are planning to stay for at least a week.

They are kind and helpful and offer information on surrounding attractions too. We had a great stay at Mountain Springs Lake resort! The cabin was very clean, it had everything we needed for our stay. We had a gorgeous view of the lake and took several trips on the boat assigned to the cabin. My kids loved the beach area and my husband loved the fishing, catching bass, pickerel and bluegill. It was very quiet and peaceful. The front office was very responsive and helpful when we had a few requests. We will definitely stay again.

A beautiful property that I had the luck of staying at last week when leaves were near peak. I stayed in one of the King suites. It was spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. Great walling trails and views of the lake colorful forest that surrounds the lake.

My experience was amazing from the texts before I arrived, to the large, serene suite, inviting fireplace and Nespresso machine. The staff was wonderful and provided me with support and a late check-out so that I could enjoy the gorgeous nature walk around the lake in the morning. The spa shower was heavenly with small details in the bathroom that was delightful. Overall, this room exceeded my expectations and I would love to come back!
