Once I arrived to the hotel you could tell that it’s was to put it lightly. Ghetto. When I went to check in the manager gave me a hard time because I am 19. When it said on Expedia that check in age was 18. I also confirmed this with the hotel. Once I parked my car in the back and came to the door. Ice and snow was not cleared to make a path to access the hotel. So I had to walk on the asphalt where there were patches of black ice. I went to my room and it was nothing like the pictures provided on Expedia. The room was tiny. Not too much light. And the walls were paper thin. I heard someone having sex in the next room over. I did not stay here I checked out at 1 in the morning.

The building seems to be old, but it is kept clean. There is complimentary continental breakfast. There is a small gym. There are many parking spaces. The location is very close from highway & convenient. People at front desk were nice. As a frequent traveler, I think this is a budget hotel that offers more value than its price.

Breakfast was stress free during the week. On the weekend, there was a waitress that was super bossy, monitored everything you touched, as if we couldn’t survive without out her being there. We made waffles all week long without her! Her presence made breakfast stressful and changed the peaceful vibe! We were on our way home from a trip and were desperate for a hotel since so many were sold out. Found this place for $254!! Outrageous but we needed a bed. Got a room in their “motel” outside entrance section. It smelled awful, the floors were dirty and sticky, the shower looked like it was from the 80s, the sink didn’t drain, the ac unit had all the lights out on the settings so you couldn’t tell any temps, and the bedding was covered in possibly ink pen?? And dirt. The towels were dingy and gray and extra thin. I was simply looking for a bed and we didn’t get in until 11 so we just toughed it out but I would never stay here again. And I also think it’s OUTRAGEOUS they charged $254 for this space. It was maybe worth $70. I haven’t seen a sad room like this in so long. Normally I’m not picky but this was awful. The parking situation was also nuts. Had to drive around for 10 min to finally find a spot someone just left. The breakfast was fine and had a decent variety but overall this was a 0 star stay for our family.

Strong musty odor in halls and room. Bathroom needs updating, black mold and worn shower/tub and sink. No knob on the closet so could not be opened. The carpet was stinky and very old. Ice machine was not working and maintenance was installing new door handles on all rooms and were hammering and drilling all evening long past 8pm. Only one WiFi connection could only be made at a time. Definitely feel like I overpaid for the two nights we spent there.

The quality of this stay showed some decline. The room was not vacuumed well and the chair in the room was raggedy. I had trouble getting live TV so I had to call the front desk.. The TV would only go for Amazon and Netflix. The next day it was the same thing

There is no deadbolt on the door so we could not lock our hotel room to feel safe. There was barely any hot water in order to take a shower. The room smelled of mildew. There were watermarks on the ceiling tiles so you knew that there was mildew because of the water. And the sheets were filthy as well couldn’t even sleep on those. I had to bring blankets in for my truck in order to get it any type of sleep.

Our trash was taken out one time throughout the entire 6 day stay, the rest of the week it piled up in the corner because we had no where else to put it. Although I personally went to the front desk to ask for service for the room, the beds were still not made the entire week, not even once since we got there. The worst part was we had to go to the front desk every day multiple times, once at 2 in the morning, to get new room keys because our keys kept deactivating. We did not have the keys by the phones at all as we know this can deactivate them also. For the amount of money we paid for the entire week, it was definitely a disappointing stay and I would not recommend this hotel to another person coming from out of town.
