It was comfortable for the price. Nice amenities. The room I stayed in had a paint splatter/stain, and dried rice in one of the drawers. The bathroom door didn’t fully close. Otherwise it was nice.
Staff is mostly nice, not sure how well they enforce rules. Had to call about unattended children screaming and running through halls multiple times, and on the morning we left the hallway smelled of weed.

Staff was not considerate at all. I pointed out several issues with the room and the security. When presented the problem with not feeling safe and wanting to show proof of it, it was declined from the associate behind the desk. The room was not cleaned at all besides the beds. Dirt on the rugs, sketchy red substance on the back of the inside of the refrigerator. The doors to get into the side entrance right near our room was supposed to be key only access but you can just open the door without a key. The associate told me they can give me another room but advised that my family did not feel safe at all. I would never go here again and never got refunded or any apologies. Never had an issue with Expedia or a hotel until now. Joke!

The wing of the hotel where our room was seemed to have permanent residents and smelled bad enough to stick to my clothes and hair. The toilet seat was falling off and the heater leaked water all over. I asked to be moved. The room itself did not smell but just going down the hall to get to it made me smell weird. The new room was in a slightly better hallway but still had a smell, just a little weaker. The staff was great though, very nice and accommodating.

Stayed here recently and had a pretty rough experience. I found a cockroach in my room, and the bathroom walls had dirty smears on them that looked like dried boogers or something similar. Definitely not what I expect from a hotel that’s supposed to provide basic cleanliness.

The staff was very kind and the pool looked like it was well maintained.

Overall, the room didn’t feel cared for, and the cleanliness issues made the stay uncomfortable. Would not return.

The first room we had the bathtub & sink didn’t drain. The sheets were dirty. The girl at the front desk was nice & gave us a 2nd room. The chemicals they used were so bad I couldn’t breathe. She then gave us a third room in the 2nd floor so we could air a room out. She was nice, the rooms are disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The people in the next room had their TV so loud that at 2 o’clock in the morning, they woke me up and my pet and couldn’t fall back to sleep. The manager, however, was nice enough to come and knock on their door and called them on the phone and their cell phone and took them a while before they finally woke up. The electricity went out in the area so I didn’t go swimming like I wanted to couldn’t watch TV at 4 o’clock in the morning because I was awake so this trip wasn’t the most pleasant but I have had good experiences at this hotel.

Two night stay

I didn't eat at the bar as it closed the kitchen too early. Bed was comfortable. I used the wifi which my security software said was not secure but i was comfortable running a VPN. I did not use any transportation services, i arrived with my own. The one thing i have to add.. on my last night there were people above my that walked heavy until the wee hours of the day and they either had a couple small children that playing or a pet. I wasn't able the determine the difference. I was fine once i put my earplugs in.

Fun time at Pocono Mountains!

I enjoyed the scenic sites in the area with beautiful mountains and waterfalls. I found a great place for a hike with my dog near the hotel. There are also several bars and restaurants within a short distance from the hotel. I alos appreciated that the hotel offered me an early check in at no additional charge. The cost was reasonable. The staff was excellent as well as the amenities of the on sight indoor pool, fitness center and bar with DJ. There was no complimentary breakfast but there conveniently is a Dunkin Donuts next door.

The hallways and room visibly could use a bit of remodeling such as new carpets fresh paint and new windows. Our room was clean but there was a strong residual order of smoke.

This is a clean friendly property with 24 hour front desk. The hotel is extremely kid friendly. It is also with walking distance to the Appalachian Trail and 4 really good restaurants as well as the Dunkin Doughnut. I 64 yo female stayed alone and felt safe. 10/10 would stay here again.
