Enjoy the private pool in room and jacuzzi . It was my Birthday but no extra effort was done by the staff even though they were told I waa 8 pm to 10pm for dinner , got the front desk at minutes after 8pm dinner was over we had to get finger food via food coupon at another area on the property. $100 for flowers petals all over the suite and a few balloon has i walked in. No thought was put into that decor. But over all , We make the beat of our 1 night stay

Breakfast buffet was very mid. We got there at 8:30 as soon as they opened and our food was still cold! The bacon was cold and hard, so were the potatoes which were not fully cooked. Our eggs were runny and also not cooked. My biscuits were hard and cold. I was not happy about that but the servers were nice and they are not to blame for that. The room was awesome and definitely cleaned. Which I liked. I would definitely come back but probably never eat on-site again.

We stayed in the Diana Oasis Suite and it was amazing. The room was extremely clean, the temperature in the pool area was warm and so was the water. The staff was very friendly and although there were several guests staying there also it was really peaceful. Will definitely be staying there again.

First of all, this place is a joke. It felt like the “ghetto of getaways.” From the moment we arrived, we noticed trash everywhere. Cigarette butts, bags, bottles—you name it. It’s clear they either don’t take pride in the property or simply don’t care.

We stayed in the Champagne Towers and the room was just okay, at best. The bigger issue was that nothing worked. The fridge didn’t get cold, light switches didn’t work, the tubs were chipped, and the list goes on. For the price we paid, it was shocking how run down everything was. And DO NOT use the fireplace. It will smoke the entire room out. I should have realized this sooner based on the piles of half-burnt logs scattered outside the doors. I counted at least five or six—clearly other guests had the same experience and had to throw them out before the room filled with smoke.

The first night we paid $100 for dinner, which was a huge mistake. We sat for 15 minutes before being acknowledged, and they weren’t even busy. Meanwhile, the staff in the back were laughing and carrying on. When our server finally came over, she forgot our drinks, forgot the bread, and the food took forever. By the time it arrived, we were ready to leave. We were also not allowed to take the food back to our room, and the explanations we were given made no sense. One staff member claimed it was because dinner was “all you can eat” (it’s not). Another said it was because there are no microwaves in the rooms and the food couldn’t be reheated properly

Great staff... i went there 10 years ago and said its out dated..10 years later nothing has changed... its still a great vibe... food was great even my compliant on not being able to take food back to the room... id go back in another 10 years and I vacation 30 times a year....it fits 40+ glory days to perfection as \"champaige tower\" is a perfect get away

The room was clean. The shower drain wasn't working water cover your feet. The stopper for the hot tub didnt stay on, water kept going out.
The ladder to the pool was rusty and weak.
We arrived friday at about 7pm the heat didnt start working until Saturday afternoon. We had to turn it up to 90 for it to start work. We did enjoy the comedy show the food and drinks at spoons was good. We rode ATVs 3 minutes away from the place that was awesome

Went for a romantic getaway the property was very outdated. There were spiders all in the bathroom and in the bathroom sink the carpet needs to be changed. It was a smoke smell in the room. I would not visit this property again. This probably really needs a makeover other than that if you’re into the wilderness and poor quality get away this would be the perfect place.

We used to love this place when it was under the Caesar organization. It has not aged well. However, this is nothing compared to my first morning interaction with the front desk. I asked where was the room safe and she indicated that the rooms haven’t had safes for years. So, I said, “but the hotel rules label on the door says that Management is Not Liable for items”. So, then I asked her, “Do you mean to tell me that you have a sign saying to use the provided safe or they are not liable?” She responds with a deadpan, “we do not have safes and we are not liable.” All other staff were wonderful. The place was lonely, not much to do, nothing is included in the price except the room - which used to be a joy but with the lack of cleanliness (including disgusting swimming pool). We will absolutely return when they get new management.

The property was really nice, everyone is so nice and welcoming. Cleanliness was okay, rose petals were left under the bed. Mirrors above tub were printed up from last guests. Otherwise things were clean. Food was excellent both from on site bar & restaurant inside check in. The night club was also great, awesome band and even saw a comedy show throughout the night. On site Spa was great. Me and my boyfriend definitely enjoyed out stay and plan to go again!

Balcony description was fully furnished but it was 2 metal chairs and a raggedy table!!! Waaaaay Overpriced!!!! Horrible Time!!! Guest Services were Fine!!! Very Outdated looking for the price.

First want to say all the staff we dealt with from front desk, bartender,XO, and breakfast staff were awesome. All were friendly and helpful. Also we enjoyed our food in Spooners. Unfortunately, our room did not match that. We had a champagne suite. The pool edges were dirty, the massage table was grossly sticky with oils, and our fireplace smoked up our room even with an open damper. We also couldn’t spend much time in our pool because it was far too warm. This was our first time at Paradise Stream and we will not return. We will stick to original Cove Haven.

Staff was notified about the pool temperature twice and the pool temp was not adjusted accordingly. I understand its winter, but the pool temperature has to be at least few degrees warmer than the room so you canbenjoy the pool
The hot tub must have had some kind of leak from under, the carpet got soaking wet, which resulted in a unpleasant smell. The same smell was present when we entered the room, but after attempting to use the hot tub and carpet got soaking wet, the smell was so strong to the point we couldn't enjoy the stay.

Please close down if you’re not going to provide people what they’re paying for!! Rooms are nasty!!! NASTY AND FILTHY. DINGY AND DIRTY. Nothing works. There was a crack in the bathroom floor near the toilet! When I moved the couch in the room there was cigarettes butts under the couch with dirt. Called front desk told them about and the person working the desk said I 100% believe you. My husband went to tell the front desk in person she said she would send a cleaning crew they never came! Please save y’all coins and don’t stay here!! Sauna doesn’t work! We came for all the amenities there was none. We ate at mount airy casino for the entire time we were there! Who ever is running this place should be ashamed. My husband was upset because swiftwater hotel was right down the road and that’s were we should have went!! The only thing update in this filthy place was the showers that’s all. Y’all can’t make it right unless you’re giving back our money.

I am totally disappointed to have paid 840 dollars for 2 nights for this place.

The first night there was no hot water, we called the concierge and they sent us a person, he said that the water should be in 1 hour which was never true.

The sink was completely blocked, it could not be used, the mattress cover with noticeable blood stains.

I'm very sorry for my girlfriend who was quite excited about this place and it was a real disaster.

We will never come back here!

I called ahead of time to let them know about the ant infestation I had in their other resort I booked with you guys a few months ago and I booked a room with a pool in it and was not able to use the pool cause of dead ants all over the place it was my 13th year anniversary I even had them put rose pedals and chocolate covered strawberries for us but experience was horrible the rooms are run down and they need upgrading I had no water pressure in the shower the brekfast was mediocre and the waitress told me after the fact that I could’ve requested something else besides what they had on their terrible buffet they lost a good customer I was embarrassed and I deserve credit for my stay 1 because it was not cheap and 2 because I called and begged for everything to be correct and begged for no ants

The room and resort seemed really dated. Old carpet, old decor, broken fixtures, foul smell, and a broken and chip pool. It was similar to an old hotel in Atlantic City that haven’t been updated since the 90s.

The staff was fun but the activities were also dated and really worn. For this price, I would NEVER go back!

The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and informed. The property had scheduled events and plenty of opportunities to engage in enjoyable activities. The food was decent. The biggest disappointment was the upkeep of the property. It is an older and well worn property. There was graffiti in the sauna, the pool was worn and did not appear to be well kept.

We were very satisfied with our stay. There’s plenty to do and everyone was so kind. Only suggestion I’d make is to have outdoor look more presentable. Outdoor look is not too welcoming. It’s very plain. A brighter paint color would make a big difference.
