I absolutely LOVE the Lighthouse Inn. It’s beautiful inside and out. My room view was extraordinarily beautiful. The fireplace was there as well as a hot tub but I did not use either. Had a difficult time getting IN the room but the front desk lady called someone to assist. Maybe my entry cards were programmed incorrectly he said. No big deal after all. She and maintenance were spectacular in resolving the issue. My stay was fantastic

One of the best places to stay if you were going to Ocean Shores rooms are always clean, hot tub and pool area always clean. Staff is incredibly friendly and treat you like family cleanest rooms. You’re gonna get continental breakfast is one of the best super close to the ocean and everything else you want to get to you’ll not find a better place to stay.

The TV in room 415 does not work for wifi, when the front desk was asked about it they said, \"A while ago a lady signed into her wifi and ever since no one has been able to sign in so the TV can't be used.\"

I booked this vacation at least a month in advance so I was very disappointed that we weren't notified in advance about the TV and given the opportunity to pick a different room.

There is also no AC and the shower was difficult to turn on.

The staff were kind and the blonde haired lady was funny and welcoming

We come to ocean shores often but had yet to stay at the lighthouse! We are so glad we did, super cute and spacious for our pups! The bunk beds for the kids was very convenient and comfy, the king bed as well! The bathroom was spacious as well, love the “his and her” sinks too! With multiple kids, multiple sinks is helpful! Breakfast was super yummy, the pool was super clean and warm for the kids! We will definitely be coming back!

The room overlooking the water was perfect. Spacious, with a kitchenette, comfortable bed, beautiful view. A bit dated but clean and everything functioning.
The breakfast was very good.
The pool was good but the jacuzzi did not have enough bubbles. The staff was very nice.
In general a great place to stay for a reasonable price.

Not a bad spot, a couple takesways- towel hooks. For a place right on the ocean, you literally have no hooks for additional towels or even enough hooks for the towels supplied with the room. For a room with an in-room jetted tub, we were hanging out towels up to dry on hangers in the closet.

Another - coffee. Seriously, to have the minimal coffee tea bags in the room, I figured you'd have good coffee in the lobby area to make up for the lack in the rooms. But, you literally use a push button folgers machine that comes from a liquid/syrup base. Up your game a little with fresh brewed good coffee and that would make a world of difference.

Lastly, it took us hanging our towels in the closet at the end of our first night to figure out the chairs for the patio were in the closet. You have beautiful decks with beautiful views, why not put out a nice set of table and chairs for guests to make the most of those views? Not hide the two little plastic chairs in a closet for us to find by accident.

The pool was great, as was the hot tub. Accessibility to town was awesome. Rooms were quiet, breakfast was good, staff was nice, and provided a list of restaurants to check out.

Great place to stay would recommend since an old place bring a room spray to help some with old hotel smell . Was in a non smoking room but there was a musky smell to the room . We just open the screen door to aired it out to help with airflow. Overall, the place and location we definitely recommend don’t forget to check out the light house view in the hotel!

The room we stayed in was beyond what we had hoped. A spa tub just feet from the bed was literally perfect as I could just slip from the comfort of the tub to the softness of the bedding. As for the shower itself, exquisite water pressure and hot water for days. Oou room was on the first floor, so our back door didnt lead to a closed in patio, but instead, it was a walkway straight to the beach, so that was a nice bonus. The room also had a spacious mini fridge and microwave, in case you wanted to prepare some quick snacks. Thats if ypu didn't fill up on the excellent continental breakfast that was provided(please tip the cooks, they did a bang up job and deserve a raise, a praise, and a few paid off days. All-in-all, the stay was a memorable one and we will certainly be back again soon.

This was supposed to have an ocean view but could only see the exterior wall of the adjacent building. Construction noise was also a problem as evidenced by ear plugs supplied in the room. Check in was not really pleasant either.

Loved the Jacuzzi tub. Would have preferred to be able to use the jets past 10pm. Rooms were very clean, I clean vacation rentals professionally so I know what I'm looking for. I had no complaints. Breakfast was excellent, loved that I was able to bring my partner breakfast in bed. So many hotels have the breakfast police at the door and refuse to allow this. Great place, my new go to when I take a mini vacay

Lighthouse Inn and Suites was great! We have tried out a few hotels at Ocean Shores over the past 6 years, and we were impressed with our experience at the Lighthouse. Our room was clean, with plenty of space for 2 adults, 2 large dogs, and all of our beach gear! Kitchen amenities and the living room space are a nice touch. Also appreciated the proximity to the beach, as it is a very short walk/drive. Made it easy to go back and forth from the beach throughout the day without feeling like it. Our first room was too close to the stairs for our dogs, and staff easily and quickly accommodated our request to move down the hall. Our new favorite Ocean Shores hotel. We will be staying here again!

Perfect spot on the coast in a small town to just decompress. The Lighthouse greeted my sole stay with business like grace and helpful checking-in along with \"let me see what I can do\" for the perfect room with a view. Room was clean and well appointed with amenities for my 3 night stay. The pool and spa were perfect for my needs. The breakfast was a variety of delicious foods, though lacking in fresh fruit choices. But the server got a huge compliment from me when I confronted him about his amazing singing voice coming from the kitchen.....he even gave me a little serenade .....blush.
The beach is right there and access was an easy stroll to get to the shoreline. All the staff were friendly and helpful, where needed. I felt completely safe during my stay. Now, mother nature had her own negatives with the weather a day or two, at times, but that is the PNW....gotta go with the flow. I will be booking this hotel, again, when travel takes me to Ocean Shores, once more.

The Lighthouse Inn Suites is a very old building that is in dire need of updating. The furniture is old and outdated. We had a king bed with a lumpy mattress, which made for a very restless night. They did not have air conditioning only a ceiling fan. I am thankful that we were not there during the summertime. The bathtub, along with the shower & sink fixtures need replacing/updating. The sliding door to the balcony lock was broken so they put up a makeshift security bar, and the sliding door did not have a screen door.
They had the typical breakfast each morning which was lacking in variety, and taste. Upon check-in we were told their pool heater did not work. The check-in staff's hospitality was very pleasant.

Overall the room was very clean. The only area I would suggest for extra cleaning is a little more cleaning under the sofa.
The staff were super friendly.
The in room hot tub was top of the line and a very nice and a big plus.
The fake fireplace was cheesy.
The one big recommendation I would make is please have an area to wash a dog’s paw before coming into a room.

We were very disappointed in the condition of the hotel in general and our room specifically. It smelled like urine and in general appears to not get a good cleaning between guests. The window was so dirty you couldn’t see outside. We didn’t let anything of ours touch any surfaces.

Extremely unsafe property. A break in and unapologetic staff. When I told the night lady my lock was broken and destroyed by the metal and screws falling out, she said “I’m going to have you come down and switch rooms”. Apparently they’ve had drunks.This was almost 11 pm…. I was told there aren’t cameras in the hallways to even know when this happened or who it was. Thankfully nothing was taken but I had to have my friend help me move again because I have a tissue disease and it’s hard for me to move around much. At this point we both are worried for our safety too. Moving a room for a second time was not okay. Then to be told I wouldn’t be refunded.

I went to my first room and it smelled horrible so I switched rooms earlier in the day.. That one didn’t smell good either but I didn’t want to move again so opened up the back door (this is the 3rd floor).
When I got back, the back door was closed and I didn’t close it. One staff member mentioned it could be a ghost.

The hot tub and pool were not heated so we didn’t use those.
At breakfast the eggs were cold, the potatoes barely warm.

Not one staff member said sorry about what happened. Until check out when I mentioned everything to this employee who said none of my events were noted except fo the swapping of rooms due to smell.. my bed in the next room smelled like a sweaty man all over the sheets and pillows.

The room was very dusty and caked on in areas.
I will not stay here again and do not recommend others to either.

Our stay at the lighthouse inn was good as always. The staff is very friendly and as a parent, I think it is awesome that they have games you can borrow for a fun night after the beach. Ordinarily, I would give 5 stars; however, this stay the pool heater was not working, so we could not enjoy the amenity. We will definitely be back!

Loved in private Jacuzzi tub breakfast was awesome staff friendly and helpful and allowed me privacy. I am a cleaner by trade, the rooms passed my tests and my standards are very high. I've had hotels hand me a cleaning rag and say if it's not clean enough then you clean it. I didn't have a single complaint about this place although I wish the rooms were soundproofed so I could run the Jacuzzi after 10 pm

Excellent hotel for this price point. If you’re looking for a Hilton move on but if you want clean rooms and a great staff this is it. Oh and the free breakfast is excellent, love the make your own waffles. Bacon and sausages are not greasy, eggs are fluffy. The kids enjoyed the pool and next time I’ll try out the gym. I love this hotel, great amenities friendly staff. I’ll be returning.

Such a huge turn around! We loved our 2 night stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and fresh. Our room was great, comfy and clean. Beautiful views! The breakfast, whether you got up at 7 or got there late at 9, it was fresh and delicious! The elevators were working smoothly, the hotel was upgraded and the observation tower was such a fun surprise! Getting to use the old time binoculars like when I was a kid brought back some core memories! Was so fun! Thank you Lighthouse staff you made our little stay-cation one to remember We will definitely be back! <3

This is a nice place! No, you're probably not going to find any marble staircases anywhere and there is a crack or two in the sheetrock in a few spots, but if you are looking for a very comfortable room and a staff that takes really good care of you (the free breakfast is also a nice plus) then you're going to love it! I'll definitely stay there again.
