Very disappointed - I do not recommend staying
The hotel pictures are not correct, they aren’t descriptive of the facilities that are accessible to guests.
The first 5 pictures show access to a terrace which is actually part of their imperial suite. There is no terrace available to hotel guests.
Using the spa facilities is charged at 20€ pp for a steam room, sauna and pool only. This is also only available for 2 hours!
The tennis court isn’t usable (I don’t even think it was used for a very long time) and has not been looked after. Same for the outdoor pool.
We were not given wifi access until we asked for it the next day. When I commented that this was supposed to be given at check in, the receptionist laughed, and no apology was given! The reception staff is very poorly trained and have a bare understanding of customer service. I found things out as the days went by and not upon check in!
There is no tea or kettle in the room and is only upon request. I was charged for a tea for me to bring it to my room, when this should be complimentary.
On top of that, the heating in the room is set automatically and cannot be turned off or regulated to a decent temperature. It was at least 28 degrees Celsius in the room, which made a huge difference in temperature compared to the one outside (3-5 degrees).
This has now caused me to be sick!

The hotel was disappointing for the price. The staff was rude and made no apologies when things would go wrong (AC didn’t work first night, key cards stopped working mid stay, etc). We moved to the Hilton in Como for the final 2 nights of the stay and it was much nicer and more enjoyable.

However, we booked a \"deluxe lake view\", and upon arrival we were given a room that was clearly neither \"deluxe\" nor \"lake view\". When we raised the issue with hotel staff, they said this is the only room they got and fits the reservation description. After spending 90mins on a call with Expedia, trying to resolve the issue, hotel insisted on their PoV, until the morning after, when the manager came over and acknowledged the mix up and tried to make up for the chaos. While I appreciate their efforts to address the issue, the way they treated their guests upon arrival and for few hrs was not acceptable.

This property was perfect to experience Lake Como. Quiet, safe, and amazing view with a pool and lake access. Super easy to obtain a boat tour of the lake that you can customize. Parking was available and easy. Streets were narrow getting there as it is everywhere around the lake so be prepared. Highly recommend!

There's a Ferry station right next to the hotel that can take you to anywhere on the lake so its very easy and fun to get around with/without a car.
I would absolutely come back and will recommend it to everyone.

For the cost per night the property is dated and the staff is not friendly. Also, this is our 2nd time at the property (which see mentioned during checkin) and it was the fourth time for the couple we were traveling with. There was no acknowledgment or recognition by the staff as return guests.
Also, there was a dead rat decomposing on the walkway. Staff were informed and after 3 days the rat was still on the walkway!

This property is in an awesome location on lake Como, and the views from the pool and the out door restaurants are breath taking especially at night. You can also have a private boat pick you up from the pool side to go up and down lake come. Very nice hotel would definitely revisit!

Terrible for the price. The owners of this hotel should be happy and praise their manager Umberto. Had it not been for his hospitality and managerial skills we would’ve let. We were paying Ritz Carlton price while being accommodated in days in hotel. This hotel needs MAJOR remodeling and upgrading. Hair dryers are still push button, TVs are 2x2 size, and bathrooms are stuck in the 1980s. Umberto was INCREDIBLE, but the room and common areas were terrible. If you are going to charge Ritz Carlton prices then you need to deliver superb standards. It’s not fair that people are traveling so far, paying extremely high prices, and then getting there and having no option but to stay in these rooms.

The hotel needs to be renovated. Our $1,100.00 a night Junior suit was not worth it at all. The view wasn’t as described. Ultimately, we will never stay here again. The food wasn’t good and over priced. Definitely a disappointing experience since this was our first time to Lake Como and was a dream of ours. We would not recommend this place to our family or friends. We would recommend this place to our enemies. :) PS: The staff was very kind and helpful. No issues with the people.

One of my favorite stays during my trip to Italy. The hotel was perfectly between boujee and classy. Everyone at the front desk was extremely friendly and escorted us to our rooms. The views from every part of this place was beautiful, from the pool right on the lake, dinning in the garden to bringing our drinks up from the bar to our balcony at night. We took the ferry from Como to Moltrasio and the hotel was right there. Quiet, peaceful getaway from all the madness and tourists. Hotel is at the bottom but walked around the small town up and down the massive hills and staircases, ending up at the local bar near the top. Hopefully this helps make your decision on where you want to stay on Lake Como!

This place is just a bit shabby. We paid for 3 nights but checked out after 2. The check in staff need some training in eye contact and the concierge was so poor.
The worst however was the pool. Very small and full of people with inflatables and their own sound system! Only 1 bar staff. Don’t stay here.

The hotel was very nice with good food. It was more than we usually spend on a hotel and I think what we paid was a little high but on par with the area. Buyer beware on the private boat tours offered. Save your money. You can get to all the places they offer for far cheaper and self guided tours can give you all the info.

We loved our stay here! Service and food were top-notch. Proximity to lake ferry and great hiking were a bonus. Loved the spa. If you’re looking for hustle and bustle near the hotel, this is not for you. Highly recommend if you want a quiet, relaxing stay. Cernobbio is just a hike, bus trip or short drive away.

A very nice hotel on the lakes edge in the quite town of Moltrasio. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The public ferry is just across the road so very convenient and cheap and a good way to get around the lake and see all the other towns.
