The room was very spacious and nice for our family of 4. The area it is located is more of an industrial area. It is about 20 minutes outside of the city center so you will have to look for transportation or have transportation to get into town.

I travel a lot around Europe and this hotel is in the bottom 3 I have ever stayed in.

Breakfast is poor. Coffee is poor. One breakfast was so crowded people were queuing for the horrible coffee machine, that they were forming a large que around all the tables in a snake like fashion.

Women were queueing for the downstairs toilets and using the mens during one morning.

I had my first dinner at their restaurant on a Sunday and the staff were unable to speak English, which was fine, I we managed. Steak was nice.

The restaurant for dinner on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was was so crowded, there was no space to sit and eat. They had only 3 overworked staff who were struggling to keep up. So I just ordered water at the bar and went to bed without eating. On one day, I did not even get water. I stood at the bar for 30 minutes and was just blatantly ignored by the staff - probably because communication with me was difficult for them and they did not have the time to want to make the effort.

Room service is available, but there is no instruction provided in the room of what number to call for Room Service, so I had to go down to reception to ask. I was instructed to scan the QR code for the menu.

The menu is only in Spanish. Sadly, I only speak English, so I could not order room service, either.

The place is dead between 10:30 and 20:00 with no way of ordering food. All this for the handsome sum of £1k for 4 nights and to go hungry and to be ignored.

First of all, the good points. The hotel is situated next to a very nice lake that has ducks, and the scenery is beautiful, although you may not see it from your hotel room window. Also, it's reasonably priced, and the rooms are clean.

As for the bad points, I think one issue is that the hotel lobby was not very clean, and another issue is that they don't offer room service except for dinner hours, I think between 8:00 and 10:30 in the evening. Other than that, you're out of luck if you want to have a coffee or something like that.

One major issue we had is that the faucets in our room, room 128, were installed in reverse, so that hot water was blue and cold water was red. This wouldn't be such a huge deal except that there is a limiter on the red faucet, such that you can't activate it unless there is a certain amount of water going through the blue faucet. What this ends up meaning is that the coldest water you can get is warm, and there is a very real potential you can burn yourself by accident.

Also, there are odd little signs of neglect here and there. For example, the sliding glass toilet door does not have a footer that fixes it in place, so you can actually swing it about and potentially break it with catastrophic results.

Overall not too bad, but way overrated for a supposed 4-star hotel.

Lovely check in lady, allocated us a very nice room, wonderful service, very good underground parking, very fast internet, outstanding room and amenities. Very clean place. The hotel is located near a huge Logistics center, so a bit busy and noisy in the afternoon, but gets quiet at night, nothing to worry. Big Mercado Grocery shopping nearby.

Stayed 7 weeks ago on our way to Valencia and then again on 1st October on way back. First time were given an upgrade to a suite which was very spacious and lovely. Had normal double room next time and this was absolutely fine.
Both times staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful.
Despite being in the middle of an industrial estate the hotel is very clean and well presented.
We ate at restaurant second time around and food was plentiful and very tasty and not at all overpriced. 2 mains, 1 dessert and a bottle of wine for approx 40 Euros we felt was very good value.
The added bonus to this property is the beautiful park and fishing lake right behind it.
All in all we thoroughly recommend and will use on all trips to Spain in future.

The first surprise is that the hotel is 30 min away from downtown by bus. I spoke to other people there and they had the same remark. Secondly, from a price perspective it was expensive to stay at the hotel compared to the hotels we stayed in in other cities but downtown. Thirdly, there is no bar you can go have a drink during the day. You can also not go for dinner before 8.30 pm. That is late for any European other than Spanish. You must cater to international people too. The breakfast was very good and good value.

Have stayed here before as a great stop off hotel. Room was nice and comfortable and breakfast was great. Only disappointment compared to previous stay was the bar restaurant was closed and there was a very limited evening meal menu available. Not really in keeping with the quality of the hotel.

Refrigerator was broken. Kitchenette was included but no utensils or any dishes. No coffee or kettle. AC/ heat not working. Bed uncomfortable. Very difficult to get to. It appears to be next to the freeway, however it is a long drive from nearest exit through a industrial neighborhood with many warehouses and factories. Completely dilapidated hotel next door that was never completed to be built. Do not stay here.

It is a bit far from Zaragoza center but of you have a car is a perfect location for the price. The breakfast was great and the room we got was spacious and well appointed. It had a small kitchenette and a full size refrigerator. It also offered covered parking which in winter would be very convenient. Great hotel overall.

Overnight stopover en route to Spain, hotel seemed under staffed and not able to help eg TV in room not working and rattling noise in AC vent took ages for reception to answer and when they did put on hold without replying again. Eventually when they answered told no one available for at least 1 to 2 hours to come to room to resolve.

Positive was value for money on drinks and food and location is near motorway links.

Property was very isolated & on flight path. It was clean but very quiet. Room was good size though lack of equipment in fitted kitchen area is baffling. Bathroom was good size but seemed to be missing a door for toilet and the shower flooded the floor.
Breakfast was brilliant, everything kept fresh & fantastic coffee.
10 Euro per person charge for hot tub/sauna was not welcome as no comment regarding this on booking information

Driving from France to Portugal I needed a night stop. For this purpose the hotel is superb. Room was large, clean and equipped with all I needed - even a kitchenette. Staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. One small minus is that the restaurant is closed after lunch until dinner at 20:00. Location is nicely near highways in an industrial area. For a night stop it is no problem but if you need shopping you will have to do it elsewhere. Breakfast is great.

Bathroom setup however, made absolutely no sense to me. If you take a shower, you flood the whole Bathroom, which then forces you to stay out of it for at least 1 hour until all the water is drained away.... Not very nice.

Quirky Spanish Experience

Modern hotel near Zaragoza airport and convenient stop over point. The rustic menu del due is a foodie adventure and is usually great value. But for the lead adventurous there are alternatives. It's the great friendly service that makes this hotel a bit special along with the breakfast buffet.
This was out second visit and was just as good as our first.

This is a very large hotel with many amenities. The rooms are spacious and very neat and clean. The hotel has a bar and restaurant.Parking is easy. Located in an industrial development area, there are no stores or restaurants nearby. The us stops in front of the hotel. Internet was good. Registration easy and staff was great.

The rooms themselves are comfortable enough - clean, modern & spacious. It is lacking tea/coffee making facilities ie a kettle - the family rooms would need one and it’s a 4-star hotel so you’d think if there was a fridge & microwave, there should be a kettle.

This hotel is not in a major town centre so it is not really accessible by public transport or much to explore on foot. Thus makes it a target for large tour groups which stay here.

The breakfast is confusing during this because the tour group breakfast is in a separate room to the normal buffet breakfast - but there are no signs and the staff do not speak English. Make sure you walk all the way in/around to ensure you are at the non-tour group breakfast!

Great room that contained a kitchen but they don't provide any cutlery or cooking utensils or even tea & coffee making facilities, which would be appreciated.
Hotel in the commercial area of Zaragoza but it does have a great basic menu provided in the bar/cafe as there are no other close restaurants around. Great park next door to walk around.

Good situation for travellers passing through Zaragoza, not wanting to get involved with the town centre which is not without its problems, trying to find anywhere in particular, one way systems etc. Situated within a factory area with not many shops or places to eat within walking distance. Very nice hotel, lovely suite of rooms, not just a room. Bathroom excellent. We only stayed overnight en-route to the south so didn't experience the whole hotel event, but cannot fault what we did experience. Will certainly stay again if ever need a room in the Zaragoza area. Please be aware the hotel is on a large business park surrounded by offices and warehouses and once you find the hotel there is nowhere else to go in the evening without driving.

En route stopover.

We had booked a standard room, but were upgraded to a junior suite with kitchenette, separate dining room and lounge. However, there was no kitchen equipment, but there was a full size fridge.
The hotel was modern, situated on an out of town industrial estate, convenient for the motorway but not for visiting the city.
Underground car parking was free and large.
Phenomenal value for money.
