Very modern hotel with on-site parking and has stalls for EV charging. The hotel is a few minutes away from Costco, which is very convenient if you're a member. Room was very clean and stylish. Would highly recommend staying here.

An Excellent Stopover

We always stay at this hotel en route to Normandy. The staff are friendly, the rooms comfortable and clean.

Just one thing - the restaurant is not always open. There are eateries in the near shopping centres.

Good hotel for a one night stop over on the outskirts of Zaragoza. Good car parking. Getting into Zaragoza is relatively easy by car but parking is interesting. Clean comfortable room. You will need a car to stay here.

Not a hotel for a long stay more for travellers very convenient for the Autoroutes, it is situated next to a Lorry park about 8K outside Zaragoza. The Hotel is clean and modern didn't get any noise from the Trucks next door as long as the windows were closed. Hotel has it's own covered car park which was free.

I dont think this is a 4 stars Hotel
Single bad slides down when when u try to lean on a wall to watch TV (small TV)
No ice machine or soda machine , bathroom needs renovation, sink is small and water is blocked in it.
I mean the hotel is decent but its missleadingn to rate it at 4 stars

perfect if just passing through town and need a free and safe place to park. Property just off the highway and next to airport. Fine for one night. The staff at check in and check out were friendly (and fluent in English for me). My only complaint was the Air Con was not working during my stay (November) as it was turned off for the season. Had to sleep with window open thus lots of noise from the train and highway. Property is clean. I did not use the dining facilities.

Great Hotel right next to Secure Truck Parking where my truck was parked. Room was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely Bathroom that had a Bath and shower. TV with mainly Spanish programs and BBC World News. Also had a fridge with free bottled water. Burger King and McDonalds and a supermarket was a 10 minute walk. Restaurant on site, but check opening times. Staff are polite and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend staying here. Despite reviews about hearing trucks engines running all night, I didn’t hear any noise the two nights we stayed here.

We Love Sercotel!

We always enjoy staying at the Sercotel, Zaragoza. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, our room is clean and the bed so comfortable.

We ate in the restaurant in the evening, open from 8.30 pm, and our meal was just right, served by the friendly chef.

This was a super hotel for a stop over in Zaragoza .
Very easy to find from the motorway , and lots of parking .
The reception is open 24 hour with very helpful staff .
Room very spacious and clean with new bathrooms .
The receptionist was very helpful with suggestions for how to get to the city and where to park for supper . Great city with incredible Basilica . Thoroughly recommend

A Gem of a place

A bit difficult to find at first because the same on the outside of Hotel is Tulip.
Food lovely, Hotel very clean, very tidy,
All COVID guidelines followed, felt safe.

Very disappointed with receptionist ( female ) I asked about the restaurant on our arrival and she informed it was closed. Not so! as it was open Friday and Saturday, we dined there on the Saturday and was pleased with the service and the food.

Solid motel halfway between Madrid and Barcelona

Good place for a late night check-in while traveling across the country on a crunch. More of a motel then a 3 Star, but good if you're expecting a motel. View of the large LkW parking lot. Came during a strong wind storm, so the windows were shaking all night, but that isn't the hotel's fault. Scuffed up walls, but otherwise clean. On the outskirts of town, so might not be the best if visiting Zaragoza specifically. Might stay again if the situation calls for it.

Very convenient situation for us travelling south. Excellent room and very nice reception staff. Only grizzle and it's minor is having to pay 14 euros for the dog! Otherwise I would give it an excellent rating. We didn't use the bar or restaurant so I cant comment on those. 5 minute walk to McDonalds was great for us!

Lovely hotel, reasonable price and friendly staff

Have stayed here a few times now.
Very conveniently located when I drive from Madrid to Barcelona or back, as it breaks up our journey.
Staff are always very accommodating and friendly.
Hotel except pets for a very reasonable price.
Breakfast and dinner are extremely competitively priced and the food is excellent.
Rooms are well equipped and very clean.
Always a pleasure to stay here.

The hotel was fine apart from some minor plumbing issues, but we were really disappointed to find the restaurant was closed on a Saturday night. We were told that it had been closed for July and August and was opening on Monday 3rd although the Saturday we were there was the 1st September. We had driven down from France for 7 hours so did not want to go out searching for a restaurant. We believe the closure should be in the hotel descriptive as we would have chosen a different hotel had we known.

Reception & room was excellent however we arrived at 5pm to be told restaurant was closed at weekend but there was a cafe serving snacks we went in the cafe/bar for a drink and it was closed until 8pm so we couldn't get food or drinks for 3 hours after a 6 hour journey

Depressing setting. Unwelcoming staff. No restaurant facilities in the evening due to a holiday!!! We were prevented from using the bar because of our dog . We were then directed to a local shopping mall but this was just all fast food outlets, plus the locals fiesta area on a Saturday night, crazy place!!!!
Hotel's down as pet friendly then banned the dog from every area except the rooms,
this resulted in dogs barking for long periods in rooms.
Would only book again if desperate but only for 1 night !

Large modern rooms Cafe has simple but good food.

Have stayed in this hotel several times. Rooms are large and have everything you need. However, on this occasion the room was very hot and the air conditioning was not working resulting in a virtually sleepless night.

Gave us a handicapped room. There was not a shower enclosure so water splashed everywhere including the sink and toilet area. Had to \"mop up\" the entire bathroom after each shower. The staff were very friendly but somewhat unresponsive.

Ideal stop-over.

We stayed at this hotel for one night \"en route\" from Alicante to Saint Malo. The location is ideal for avoiding the city but it meant that the surroundings were \"commercial\" i.e. a petrol station in front and a railway line at the back.
For us, that didn't matter, we just wanted a clean bed and an evening meal and the hotel provided just that! The hotel provides ample parking at no extra cost. Breakfast was basic, but for 7 Euros what would you expect. Would stay there again.

Excellent hotel in an excellent situation

This is an excellent hotel in an excellent situation. Across from the hotel is a huge shopping mall where guests can choose from several restaurants. We had a lovely room, comfortable bed and high speed wifi. It can be accessed easily from the motorway and all in all is second to none considering the price. We wll definitely return whenever we are travelling from our home in Spain to France and vice versa.

The hotel is very good but after traveling 500 miles by car to be told that the resturant was closed and the bar was also closed the only thing they could offer was water there was not even tea of coffe.I think when any one books a hotel the details should be on your web site we would not have stayed at this hotel.We would have gone to another hotel where this was all available

Surprised by the quality of the hotel.

Located in an industrial area with predominately lorry driver clientel. However the rooms are very good, clean, and modern.
There is a bar serving food all day with breakfast room and restaurant for the evening. 3 star rated for very low price.

Make sure you keep receipts, they double-charge!

We paid for breakfast during check-in and when checking out they insisted we pay for the same breakfast again. Luckily I still had the receipt with me. They didn't apologize for their mistake and didn't even respond to our good-bye... Their breakfast, the one they wanted us to pay twice for, was pretty bad too (no tea, stuff gets missing quickly and doesn't get refilled, poor quality).

Ideal location en route from UK to Costa Blanca

Hotel ideal for a one night stay. Stayed last year and were very impressed, but this year the room seemed tired with marks on the paintwork and laminate coming off the furniture. Wifi was very good and free.

Reception staff very helpful, but bar was closed in the evening, luckily there is a shopping centre over a walkway from the hotel and we found refreshments there despite it being a 'holiday' The beds were a bit hard for us and the room smelled of smoking despite asking for a non smoking room. We could have asked to change rooms I guess but we were tired and slept with the window open. The breakfast was continental but well presented and fresh products were very nice.

The room and bed were comfortable and clean but only one small pillow per person was available. The receptionist was rather surly and unhelpful. Also, having driven from western France and arrived at 5pm. no food was available until 8pm. The surrounding area was industrial and contained no restaurants, only McDonalds.

Excellent stopover on way to the Costas!

We would definitely use this hotel again. We expected it to be noisy as it's location is next to a busy roundabout, a railway line, a shopping centre and,yes, even a truck stop. There was no problem for us though.....we slept like logs! This is a good dog friendly, clean and convenient hotel. For its price it was a bargain stopover!

Stayed here for the second time as there`s nothing to fault for a short stay. Easy to park straight outside and nice spacious room with good beds.
We availed ourselves or the menu del noche which was fair but the wine needs to be improved, unforgivable in Spain.

Difficult to reach!

We found it very difficult to actually reach this hotel. The road layout around is is very confusing and really hard to negotiate. We booked the hotel as it welcomed dogs and for that reason, we were very happy with it. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were good. We had a nice meal in the restaurant and the waiter was great! Breakfast was not included and was quite disappointing when we had it! Our only real beef was with the way to find it. Even when we could see it, it was hard to find. Its positioned in a rather unsavoury industrial area, the police were in evidence at the various units - so walking the dogs didn't afford us with any great degree of safety! However, it was VERY cheap, and it welcomed our dogs. So we were well satisfied!

Stop over from villa to ferry

Used this hotel as a stop over on our way to Santander. Don't be put off from the outside area which seems to be a truck stop. It was excellent for parking the hotel itself was great the room was good and the food was value for money. We would use the hotel again when travelling .

We had a very pleasant overnight in this dog friendly hotel...even though we were in a room reserved for pets, it was very comfortable, modern and clean. Excellent one night stop over, very near ring road, easy to find, next door to large shopping centre with restaurants open until 23.00. Very reasonable rate for comfortable modern rooms
Outside free parking and close to airport. Didn't try restaurant but breakfast was good.have stayed twice before and will continue to do so again.
