Room was clean; however the TV was not working and there was construction work on site while we stayed, noise from construction workers late at night and no clear signage until two days after our check in, room was a decent size though and clean.
Breakfast offer could be a bit better, very basic. It would have been better if we were compensated for the inconvenience for the works and noise.

Muy buena atención. El hotel esta justo en la estación de tren y bus, si van a viajar es perfecto pues conecta directo a la estación. Las habitaciones limpias y amplias. Solo tienen que prestar un poco de atención a la limpieza en las entradas exteriores del Hotel que dan a la calle, las puertas se ven sucias y el que llega lo ve feo por fuera y dentro es bonito. Sobretodo a la puerta exterior que da a la parte de atrás. Muchas gracias por la atencion. La coudad es preciosa.

This property is part of the Zaragoza Train and bus station building but perfectly quiet in the room. Very large rooms with two sofas. Great price and great breakfast buffet. Only thing lacking was a hot water kettle and/or coffee maker.

we showed up and were told our room would not be ready until 230 at 430pm we were told our room was not ready but another room was amade available. the room 105 is extremely hot. we complajned and when the maintenance guy came up he told us it would xool off. 6 hours later at 11pm it is still extremely hot and the AC barely works.

Booked the room with Booking Protection and cancelled my booking before the deadline. The hotel did not refund the payment with no reason. I claimed it via Orbitz but not help has been given. The only refund was the cancellation of the Booking Protection fee. I had the right to get a full refund but neither Eurostars Zaragoza nor Orbitz took the responsibility. Even the power outage was not considered. Please do not stay at this Hotel. We have rights but these people do not respect to our rights

It's a very convenient location being right on the train and bus station. The bath had a bit of mold, the air conditioning start d to leak the last night and the mini fridge wasn't working but they replaced it promptly. In general, the staff was very helpful.

Took a long time to check in as very slow procedure. Room was 2 lifts and a walk away, so not good if you have mobility issues. Room had no tea/coffee or even bottled water in. Yet it does say a mini bar in room, ours had nothing in. Room very warm a/c not good. Nowhere near to get food/drink from. Don’t know how this is a 4 star hotel .

The check in time was horrible since the agent at the front desk was very rude, then she gave us the farthest rooms at the Hotel, the cigarette smell was really bad on mine.
Like I've mentioned already the rooms were far from the elevator and when we arrived at night the keys didn't work and we have to go back to the front desk.
Breakfast was good, the rooms were spacious.

Am grateful they gave me my room early. I mean very early! Also my tain from Barcelona was late so i couldnt quite make the checkout time, called them and they were more than happy to allow me to checkout late at no extra charge. I like the fact that the hotel is within a train station, because it was really handy to use it as a base to travel to nearby cities like Barcelona and Madrid. Overall very enjoyable stay.

Very convenient

We stayed here because we were going to the Expo grounds and it was convenient as we arrived by train. The staff was super accommodating and very nice and friendly. The rooms good sized and everything well. We used taxi as main means of transport to the old town and expo which was perfect for us. Overall we were very happy. Nb we couldn’t hear the trains.

In the shower it would randomly get super cold and then boiling hot to the point it burnt.

It is not really at a shopping Center but a very big train station.

It got off to bad start with waiting for my room to be ready (stated check in time was 230 and it was ready at 330). When you need to sleep and the reception area isn't comfortable to wait for so long.

However that was a small glitch - the room was huge, spotless, a hot strong shower and the sheets smelled clean and fresh.
Rooms either face the road or the railway tracks (you can see the platform from the side window)
There is some soundproofing but it isn't great if you are a light sleeper. Earplugs were needed and I slept well with minimum noise from other guests.

The breakfast is an excellent buffet with good coffee. There are a few local restaurants in the area for dinner. If you need a convenient overnight this place is perfect!
If you want pretty Zaragoza with the vibey tapas bars and eaay to walk city then you need to be in Old Town.

The staff in reception and at breakfast were all professional and helpful- especially thank you to Arrata at reception who was very kind and gave some great suggestions.

Because it's above the train station, you could hear the trains when they were leaving and entering, from early morning to late night. The bathroom smelled bad - a mixture of mold and stinky drains and it made the whole room smell. It didn't smell bad when we entered but by the second day, it was very disagreeable. We stayed 2 nights.

I was very upset with the reservation process. I stayed here before, but it was very smooth process and I got a very good room before, this time was not good at all.

Pass on this one.

This is a very pedestrian hotel that is part of the train station. The staff was fine but with all the beauty in Spain this seems like it doesn’t fit. It’s not near the beautiful part of the city so be prepared to get a tacit to go into town for dinner.

When I booked I asked for non smoking room but was given smoking room and it had horrible smell. I asked to change the room and was given another room but it also had little bit of smoking room. The pic on hotel.com where I booked had different pics than the room I got. It was room over looking station and I didn’t like it. Bathroom wasn’t nice either. Didn’t enjoy my stay at all.

Good Hotel but It can Improve

Overall the hotel is above average. However, it can improve by addressing the following points.
The room was not welcoming, e.g. the walls were dirty and window curtains need attention. Just one white bed sheet is not enough and I suggest to improve your bedding by putting some nice blankets. Air conditioning was also not effective.

On the other hand, the reception staff on both reception areas were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Keep up the good work.

Located in the same building as Renfe and Alsa which made it very convenient as a stopover location.
Our room faced the train station. Next time will request an exterior view. Must same room was very quiet and comfortable.

Restaurant staff very friendly and competent. Front desk folks could be friendlier.

All in all, good stay without big price. Certainly would stay there again.

This hotel was a nice property in a strange location. It caters to business travelers and people using buses or trains. The hotel rooms for guess were so far from the main lobby that we wondered if we would find them. However the room itself was excellent and very large.

Nice Hotel and close to various transport

Stayed 1 night at the hotel. Took bus line 501 from Zaragoza aeroport and got off just 5 mins walk away from the hotel. The hotel is in the same building of Estacion Delicias. From there you have the choice to continue your journey to the centre of Zaragoza either by using bus or taxi. Breakfast buffe was good and it cost €9 per person. Front desk staff spoke English but breakfast staff didn't. The room was perfect on the third floor and no noise in the night.

Close to Station, Perfect for a Short Stay

This hotel is quite nice and located right on top of the bus and train station in Zaragoza. If you are traveling through Zaragoza by bus or train and only staying for 1 or 2 nights, this is the perfect hotel. It is not located near anything, but dragging your luggage to and from your hotel in Zaragoza's blistering summer heat is not something you will want to do. Getting off the train, going up to the room and packing a day bag was perfect. It was also nice to wake up 30 min before my train's scheduled departure the day we left and just walk down and get on at a relaxed pace.

Pleasant stay, will stay again!

Hotel is conveniently located within the train station with easy access to taxis, bus stops to go to the city. Check in process was easy and reception staff were very friendly throughout our 3 nights there. Breakfast buffet was of a nice variety as well. Room service was done daily. Only complain was no kettle available in the room which was a problem as we were travelling with a toddler who needed milk - reception staff offered to get us hot water when necessary by going to the reception to request. Lucky we brought a portable cooker so we avoided the hassle of doing so.

Overall was a pleasant stay - thanks for the hospitality!

Good access to the intermodal station (buses and trains) but a way out from the city centre. Accommodation was good standard but gaining entrance was confusing as one reception was locked up with no sign pointing to an alternative reception further along in the rather large station.
