I have stayed at this hotel frequently as I have family living close by.
On this occasion I had brought my car from England and the excellent staff arranged access to a secure underground car park very close by. When the technology of the check in system at the car park confused me Lucia from reception took the trouble to come to the car park to assist me… amazing guest care on her part. On the Sunday evening Tsueh guided me to a local store that was open the Sunday for me to get a few essentials.
I phoned Marlos on reception whist I was still in the UK and he helped arrange my place at the underground car park. All three members of the reception staff were absolutely amazing ! As were the chamber maid ladies.
This hotel is a total pleasure to stay in.

Large \"apartment,\" 30 min from Zaragoza

Interesting property, rooms seem to be remodeled 1 bedroom apartments. Can sleep at least 5 with cot provided for 3 person accomodation. Parking not easily accessible to hotel, especially if handicapped. No garbage pail for the room other than the tiny bathroom pail. Beds were hard. About an easy 30 min tram ride from center of Zaragoza.

Holiday with a twist

It was amazing, just that the facilities like gym and pool were not there and i also booked for a double bed but me and and my partner slept on separate beds. When i asked the reception i was told that is what they have. The first time me and partner had to go through sleeping on separate beds. We wouldn't have booked if we knew we were going to have to sleep on separate beds.

Not sure I’d stay again.

parking is a problem, even if free around hotel, it will take you 30 mins to drive in circles till you find an available one. The room was very small, with a disgusting smell coming from bathroom.
On the positive side the receptionists were nice.

A great hotel. Would definitely recommend.

A great hotel. The receptionist was brillant. Profesional and extremely helpful. And after a very long drive, she cheered me up. Rooms are clean and modern. Parking is free in the streets surrounding. A good walk in to the centre but not exceeive and the hotel more then makes up for this.

The hotel is ideally suited to town with good tram links to the centre. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only thing I found odd was that there is no tea/coffee making facility. There is a simply supermarket nearby and I would recommend the restaurant just at the entrance of the shopping mall. Set meal with a starter, main and a bottle of Spanish red wine for just €11.50( Cafeteria IZAS)

The hotel is modern and has all features one requires. The location is central and restaurants an easy walk. Gaining entrance to hotel is a bit of a trick at first as it is located between 2 buildings, but once you arrive the staff is professional and friendly. The triple room suite was simple and clean and the beds comfortable

Great hotel, but wifi weak

Nice, modern, clean hotel with excellent, friendly, multi-lingual and accommodating staff (Alberto). Wifi in the rooms was quite weak. Free parking in the neighborhood but also reasonably priced underground parking at hotel. Rooms facing the street are desirable for privacy and brightness. Location is a little off track, but public transportation nearby and bars/restaurants are in the area. Hotel is an exceptional value and we will return.

We were able to make last minute reservations. The staff is polite and really tries to help. Unfortunately the mattress pulls away from the wall when you try to sit up and read in bed,, but as noted the rooms were clean.

Lovely Hotel With Really Friendly Helpful Staff

The family stayed at Hotel Remerda for 1 night as a stop over and I can honestly say our stay was excellent, staff really polite and helpful for directions on where to shop & facilities, room was excellent,really faultlessly clean and a very relaxed place to stay, and if I had my way I would stay here again without question on a visit to Zarrogoza with this city being very nice too.

We arrived mid-afternoon and were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our brief stay in Zaragoza (en-route to Alicante) and had a very pleasant night in the town. We would have no hesitation in choosing the same hotel for our next journey in this direction.

Near the hospital which was convenient for me and a short walk to the park and the tram to the old town. The rooms are very clean and well maintained and the bed was comfortable. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

This hotel is really over rated. The rooms are large but very sparsely furnished with low quality IKEA-type furniture. The electricity did not work in parts of the room, some lights did not have bulbs when we arrived, the A/C was poor. WiFi was weak. Overall attention to quality seems poor.

The family room was very spacious and clean including 2 bedrooms and living, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace overlooking a school and apartments. It had a fridge with 4 complementary bottles of water and a lock with a key. The beds were a kind of firm foam that seems to common throughout Spain. They're not bad but not great either.
The big bummer was that the elevator was adjacent to the room causing a subtle noise in the room every time it was used.
Underground parking was available for a price. We had to go outside to a stairwell to access it. Location was best for the university but was a drive or cab ride to the old part of the city with a beautiful cathedral and shopping area. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful.

We were just passing through Zaragosa enroute to the southern beaches. The hotel was very comfortable by European standards and staff were friendly and spoke English. The breakfast was outstanding and very reasonably priced.

Very Noisy

This hotel was conveniently located to my place of business but the noise never ended. Children screaming at the school next door made napping difficult. Also the walls are paper-thin. When someone in walking down the hall on your floor it sounds as if they're walking in your room. Conversations in the next room are heard clearly and the housekeepers never knock. Privacy is hard to come by.

However, the hotel front desk staff tries their best to be helpful. I appreciated the effort.

El personal muy amable. Estuvimos con nuestros cachorros y los recibieron muy bien. Está parada fue parte de un viaje más largo y fue el único hotel donde nos dieron una camita, juguete y chuches para los cachorros. La habitación muy bien. Lo único mejorable fue el baño. El dispensador de jabón era incómodo y estaba vacío y había bañera en lugar de ducha. El desayuno excelente.

Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants
La chambre pour nous 4 était très grande
Un lit 2 place, un lit une place et un canapé lit 2 place + un grand bureau ou les enfants peuvent dessiner, le petit dej était très bon.
Le premier jour la wifi était capricieuse mais le 2e jour c'était réglé! Parking gratuit dans la rue à proximité.

Perfekt!!!

Alles war perfekt, Zimmer gross, sauber und das Frühstück gut. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (13 und 15 Jahre alt) unterwegs, neben dem Sofa war noch ein drittes Bett aufgestellt - perfekt!!! Beide Jungs hatten ein eigenes Bett.
Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und auch beim Frühstück war die Dame hilfsbereit.

100% zu empfehlen!!!

Estaba en obras. Había que ir al sótano para coger el ascensor. Al volver, había que subir un montón de escaleras. Al tardar el ascensor, intenté bajar por la escalera. Estaba sucia de obra, llena de polvo.
No entiendo cómo pueden cobrar servicio completo cuando solo ofrecen parte del mismo
