We booked a family room for 4 persons; the room was actually a 2 bedroom suite, with one room having a king bed, the other bedroom having 2 single beds, a small \"living room\" with tv and sofa, and two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi tub. Very pleasantly surprised! Beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast buffet was huge with lots to choose from. We only stayed one night but we loved this hotel!

Good value stay with friendly, helpful staff.

Good location for walking to the main sights of Zaragoza. We left the car parked in secure underground parking for our entire stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful with reception staff having good English. We did not take breakfast, but the evening menu in the restaurant was excellent value, with a selection of starters, mains and desserts plus bread and a drink for 18.50 euros. The food was very good both times we ate there.
Rooms were comfortable and quiet.

Is well located in the city with transportation near by and dining options all around. Very safe area to walk around. However, when I was in my room I had to call 10 times to get a hold of the front desk to get an iron for a shirt which never arrived, thankfully a lady who was doing housekeeping nearby handed me the iron i needed with urgency

This is a very large hotel, typically touristy but well located .5 km from the Old Town. There are plenty of restaurants in the area but we made the mistake to stay in the hotel. The restaurant was poor, limited and menu only in Spanish. The staff were rushing around and the evening was not what we expected.Breakfast was a buffet and could not be faulted.

Nice hotel!

Staying here was very pleasant for the most part. Clean, nice staff and they provided me with a kettle to make tea. Central to easily walk to restaurants and cafes. The only regret was the air conditioning quit working on our last night so it was a pretty sweaty sleep. Things happen, I can't hold it against them.

Good location. Checkin too long. Not as good as other Eurostar hotels. Dual basins but one didn’t have cold water, the hot water was boiling and the other basin the sink plug would not work.
Lots of backing doors after midnight.

Nice, friendly and helpful personnel at the lobby attended us when arrived. The hotel is well located at walkable distance to the main attractions. Its location is also easily tracked by the GPS.... Parking is very convenient. We would suggest that adding courtesy coffee and water to the room won't increase the hotel's cost significantly and in turn will make it more attractive to guests.

Great hotel .. perfect location. Always stay here on biz for the last 5 years. The only criticism being, the hotel needs a reliable WIFI connection. In all my stays I had to connect via phone. That's it.. if otherwise, all is just perfect !

They advertise air conditioning that is non existent. I was put in 3 different rooms and the air conditioning doesn’t work. They pretend it will when they know it’s permanently shut off because the very nice cleaning people told me it’s been disabled. I don’t like dishonest people. The hotel was decorated in the 1950s nothing has been upgraded it has an old musty smell everywhere, when I walk out of the hotel my clothes started smelling old and musty. Not happy at al. Way over priced. Would never go back.

Safe didn’t work, went to reception to notify and was asked to repeat procedure which didn't work either. Booked with expedia and when I needed to contact the hotel night before to inquire about parking no physical answer, only a prerecorded message asking you to send them an email, no reply to the email either, when I arrived I asked about this and they affirmed not having received email although the address was correct. Since I looked up their phone on the website, I discovered not only that their web price is cheaper than Expedia’s but also they include breakfast, complimentary water bottles and early check-in and late check-out😳

This is the worst hotel stay I've ever had. They really failed in all possible ways.

1. I ordered room service twice, pasta once and a burger second, both meals were awful. I don't know how you can mess up two extremely simple dishes, but they managed to do it.

2. My bed had BED BUGS! I woke up covered head to toe in bites that are still itching as I write this review a week later.

3. I informed the reception when I was checking out that I had bed bugs in my bed and the first thing the staff member did was look incredulous. Then, I showed her my dozens of bites and she simply said \"oh, sorry.\" and went on to charge me for my terrible room service meals.

No compensation was offered, no further questions were asked, it was terrible service.

DO NOT STAY HERE.

The location and condition of the property are great. We had an excellent dinner at a restaurant on a side street next to the location while we watched on television the inspiring opening of the fiesta of our lady of Pilar taking place on the plaza which is a 10 minute walk away.

Great location. Check in & out was the most efficient I have experienced anywhere in the world. Most staff speak English. Cafe and restaurants were excellent and really cheap. Bed was a little too firm and we could have used a few more pillows, but these are minor items. Highly recommend this place.

After staying a second time in 2 weeks,and thinking of making a regular stop,we were dissapointed in being given a room with no tea or coffee making facilities,which we were surprised of,and were told on leaving we should have had this facility,it would have made the journey much better on a tired arrival,and early departure.

Fantastic hotel.

The hotel is huge, very busy check in desk, we were given a double bed when we had asked for two singles, quickly rectified.
It got very hot in the room and you have to ask reception to control the air con as the guest has no control.
It was a disappointment that the parking was an extra 12 Euro on top of the bill and we had to pay extra for breakfast, but overall a good hotel.

pretty central to town. About 12 minute walk to old downtown area. Fairly well situated. The hotel was a great value at $65 per night (which included tax). Rooms are comfortable. Nice lobby. Reasonable prices for meals. Service at the front desk was very good. Over all not bad. Definitely a mid-level four star hotel.

Novotel hotels are usually great. This was a surprise. The parking garage is horrible (no spots, same entry and exit, creating nightmares at busy times) and parking is way overpriced, especially with what l described before). You can't change temperature in your room! I stayed in February and my room was close to 85F throughout my stay.

Grand old lady in the centre of Zaragoza

Smart eighties style hotel very close to the centre of Zaragoza. Lots of marble and brass everywhere. A bit like a cruise liner in the centre of town. Excellent underground secure parking as we had our own car. Used as a stopover on the way south but close enough to the centre to enjoy a night seeing the main sights and a meal out. Didn't try the hotel restaurant.

A great hotel from which to explore Zaragoza!

A good hotel, well situated 15 minutes walk from the basilica of Pilar and most other central sites. Very clean and comfortable room with airconditioning and a fridge (much needed in July). Staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good and varied in what was offered.

Overall nice hotel, however the room had a cigarette smell. I didn't bother to change the room, because I was there only for two nights and stayed in the room only for a sleep during the night. There is a kids playground at the back side of the hotel where my room was located. The noise didn't bother me, however it may be pretty frustrating for some people.

Very good indeed!

This is a very impressive hotel. Sure some of it's decor is a bit dated, but that in no way detracts from the comfort of the room, the facilities on offer and efficiency and frienliness of the staff. Pre-booking in advance is good value, the parking superb and worth the cost and the location fine.

hotel es antiguo, pero se nota que en otra época fue de categoría. Es muy grande, tiene parking, nos hospedamos en una habitación familiar, compuesta de 2 dormitorios, sala de estar y 2 baños enormes. Desayuno muy bueno con muchas opciones sin gluten. No está muy cerca de los sitios turísticos, pero si estás en coche la zona está muy bien, hay restaurantes muy cerca. Volvería.

El hotel debía estar muy bien hace unos años, pero está degradado, sucio y con un servicio que no es de 4 estrellas sino de 2. Lentitud extrema en el check in.

Comentar que me han cargado 3,8€ adicionales a mi targeta, cuando no he hecho uso de ningún servicio extra, ni minibar ni nada.
