Haha, I only stayed as a stopover for 10 hours. But it was nice and well located to restaurants and bars. They do know how to party in Zaragoza! Good food recommendation from staff. Good price for the stay.

Good, shame about the parking

Lovely big family room, excellent breakfast.

Only con was the lack of parking on site, we had to park around a 5-10 min walk away, which is not ideal when you have lots of luggage and it's very hot.

Avoid this hotel

Very bad experience, not sure why it’s on your list, no fridge, no iron, no locker in the room. They don’t open the air conditioner system until June although the temperature was 24 degrees in May.They told us to open the windows for air. There was so much noise that you cannot sleep. I need my my money back from Hotel.com

My wife and I spent 3 nights. Very clean hotel, the location is great as you can walk anywhere and it’s very safe. The room is spacious and has all you need. The receptionists need to work on customer service though.

They claim to have air conditioning in the rooms but thatbis false. The AC does not work and the staff don't care when you ask them. The rooms were very warm and uncomfortable to sleep; could not open the window because of the street noise.

Nice big family room. Big bathroom, good shower. We were on the 7th floor and the view of the city was lovely.

Check in staff weee friendly and could speak English.

Parking was interesting! There’s a garage to the right of the main door which opens as you approach. We drove in and a member of staff greeted us there. We then had to use the car lift to the lower floor (that’s a squeeze!!) and park in an allocated spot (€14.50 a night). Convenient to park, but bring your best parking skills with you!

Near lots of cafes and supermarkets and the basilica.

Only downside is no tea and coffee making facilities.

Small room with single bed mixup

There was confusion – I booked but they couldn’t find me and thought I hadn’t paid from my trip. Somehow they were looking at booking.com but the receptionist was lovely and told me to look at the booking – then I realised it was the wrong one because it was Booking.Com.

I had reserved a double bed but have been given a single bed obviously due to the confusion. The room was very small but no complaints.

Great location, but .....

Great central location. Rooms were large and clean. Our first floor room had a frosted window, opening onto a light well set between the hotel and apartment blocks, with washing lines hanging out. Difficult to see the sky and even on a brilliant sunny day, the room was dark and depressing. No bar or restaurant. Parking in the underground garage was difficult and cramped and the lack of a lift to this level meant that suitcases had to be lugged to the ground floor.

Family half-term holiday in Zaragoza

We stayed in the Ibis Styles Zaragoza Ramiro as part of a family holiday for October half-term.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and it is only a short walk from the river and main tourist areas. Breakfast was the same every day, but there was enough to choose from to keep mum, dad and the kids happy.

Coffee (unfortunately without milk) was available in the hotel reception - but on the last day the hotel ran out of paper cups.

We had a very spacious room, with plenty of space for proper beds for us all.

A difficult car park

A much bigger room than we expected with cooling to match. The room was so big that we had a spare bed even with three of us in the room. Lack of hot water in the lobby for tea and coffee was disappointing but overall a very good stay. I have emphasised the car park because it is an elevator car park and while I pride myself on being a good driver, it was very difficult to navigate a subaru outback in and out.

Great location and amenities

Hotel is centrally located in this adorable, fun town. Check-in was easy although not very friendly. I had also called in advance to request a roll away bed, which I was told would be available. Upon arrival the woman at the front desk informed me that a roll away bed is not an available option. It was very convenient that there was a parking garage, as parking in the town is not really available. The wide variety of breakfast was delicious!

No nonsense hotel in touristic center

Nice stay. The room had all the basics and no luxuries. It was clean, although there was cigarette smoke in the hallway. The TV was difficult to figure out. The staff was wonderful and provided a bucket with ice. They had a parking garage for the car for an additional charge, which we were glad to pay given that street parking was very limited and potentially unsafe. Our dog was welcome at no charge. The location was good for seeing the main tourist attractions and the staff was glad to give us a map and point us in the right direction. Finding our way in and out back to the highway was complicated.

The room was a normal ibis type room. Ive stayed in a lot of them around the world. The female reception staff and female breakfast staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Obviously they sacked the rude male staff commented on previous reviews, this is excellent the company took action. Needed thicker blankets, like a thick duvet. Occassionally wifi was slow but not often. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety. Overall an excellent stay at another ibis.

One night stay

We stayed for one night. Staff were friendly and able to speak English - though our only interaction with them was in check in and check out.

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was also spacious. Shower was great - nice and powerful. Breakfast was decent - selection of a few cereals, coffee, juice, yoghurt, toast, pastries, fruit.

Within 20-30 min walk of sites such as \"Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar\" and \"Palacio de la Aljaferia\" which was nice.

It was a little difficult getting to the hotel due to the one way system. However, it was a bonus having parking under the building as you couldn't leave your car nearby. The room was clean and roomy although it was a little annoying when I saw the much larger one that had been allocated to my brother who was travelling with us - they had a sofa to sit on! The breakfast was good with quite a wide choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a good location for walking to the restaurants and main sights. I would stay here again.

A pleasant Hotel with pleasing staff and an adequate breakfast. Unable to get tea making facilities in the room but a kettle and all your requirements in reception including free bottles of water. Breakfast staff were able to provide gluten free food ad lib but don't put anything in the toaster apart from bread slices or you will get red carded.
The Hotel is handy for several museums and the Basilica.

Finding hotel was a snap then the parking garage was a special treat...didn't expect that. Staff spoke English well and helped us settle in nicely. We enjoyed our two night stay with teen age son - our room was quite large by European standards. Breakfast was also quite nice with attentive staff.

O hotel é razoavel, localizaçao não gostei, fica um pouco mais longe do centro do que outros hoteis, café da manha bem basico, deixou a desejar, poucas opcoes. No quarto nao tinha frigobar, nem uma mesa grande apoio, somente um travesseiro na cama e tive que pedir as cobertas que nao tinha. Mal iluminado, era bem escuro, quase nao se enxergava as coisas na mala. Nao voltaria, nao vale o preço.
