Excellent place to stay on our way to Bilbao ferry and perfect choice as just off the motorway.

Lovely clean hotel and room and bathroom very modern. The set menu in the restaurant was excellent and came with a bottle of wine and bottle of water. Very good value for money.

Breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choice and healthy options. Great free parking.

Wouldn’t hesitate in staying in hotel again. 😎

Ok for a stop over hotel. We had a dog..no problem he was welcome...but not in the restaurant. Had we known, we may have chosen elsewhere. Odd as there was no one in the restaurant the whole time were there. We got food but had to sit outside. Fortunately weather was ok so no big deal but I think if you welcome dogs then they should be allowed in the restaurant.

Great hotel shame about the location

Hotel is lovely and food in the restaurant was nice.
Unfortunately the hotel is located in the heart of a very busy large industrial estate.
There is nowhere locally to walk to, believe me we tried, so unless you want to sit in a car most of your trip getting to and from places of interest then I probably wouldn't stay here.

Bssic hotel suitable for a stop off enroute to San Sebastian. The staff member at the front desk was helpful and kindly moved us to another room when the first had an unpleasant smell. The room wasn't as clean as we'd have liked and was in need of a paint refresh. There was broken glass in the garden area from a previous event. The bed was fine though and there was free outdoor parking.

We got a good room rate but when we arrived we had to pay €15 per dog(we had 2) which made it expensive for the location, room condition etc. Also breakfast was €10 each, we decided not to bother. We arrived at 5pm on a Sunday, the restaurant was closed, not even a coffee machine and no kettle in the room. The bed was very comfortable and clean but the shower cubicle and tray were dirty. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming as a positive

Useful stopover location.

This was badically a functional stay to break up a longer trip and be able to pop into nearby Zaragoza for a quick visit. It completely fulfilled the brief, offering a convenient and comfortable stopover. The welcome on arrival was particularly warm, friendly, and helpful, and although staff were very apologetic about inconvenience due to alterations taking place, we were not aware of any problems.
The situation, on the edge of a commercial suburb, might not be to everyone's liking, but it was convenient and more thsn than adequate for our purposes.

Amazing restaurant

Hotel room was tired, bathroom door frames damaged and grubby, sink hole in bath rusty. Wood chip wall paper. The curtains did not pull completely across the window. The internet connection was poor. However all the team were excellent. The restaurant was just amazing. We had a truly memorable dinner. I appreciate that the hotel is reasonably priced and in an industrial area which may not make it cost effective to upgrade.

Very helpful staff and restaurant looked nice although closed Sunday evening. Go up the road to Utebo 5 mins walk and lots of bars restaurants etc. Had largest room with disabled facilites on 1st floor plus dogs. Clean and tidy but tight turns from lift along corridor. Managed Ok just be aware. Staff extremely helpful and offered to help ordering takeaway food if necessary plus breakfast good value. Have used before will use again.

Restaurant/Bar shut on Sunday

Whilst the hotel was clean and tidy enough, it transpired that the Restaurant or Bar is not open on a Sunday. As I was looking for a hotel with a decent Restaurant as it was my Birthday and nowhere on the site did it say that the Restaurant or Bar was shut on Sunday, I was severely disappointed unfortunately. There was also nowhere in the town to eat so had to have takeaway Pizza

This was an excellent stay staff very friendly hotel room clean comfortable and aircon quiet and effective don’t let the location put you off it’s in a small retail place with a few shops but is very handy for travelers and less than a mile from the motorway
We went into the town for a meal great atmosphere very very friendly local people who made us welcome we stayed with our to dogs 2 miniature Poodles
Would DEFINITELY stay at this hotel again

The hotel is perfect for location and condition ..however we wouldn't like to spend many days here,as like another guest pointed out to me it is not a friendly hotel..The hotel seems to be surrounded by a certain atmospere,that doesn't encourage friendlyness.or put in another way,the staff looking over there shoulder at all times..however that aside if you eat out and ignore this, facilities and position are excellent to the town and again the hotel is maintained to a high degree

Convenient hotel for stopover

Comfortable hotel,easy to find, friendly staff. The restaurant does not open until 8.30pm so if you need to eat there is a small cafe at the huge supermarket on the way to Utebo, about 4 mins by car.
The breakfast was very limited but ok, think i would bring some pots of porridge with me next time!

Easy to find hotel when travelling through Spain, hotel room clean and tidy quite spacious bathroom, ok for my wife who has limited walking, reception informative.
Meals at this hotel was not very good menus only in Spanish, my wife thought she was ordering soup but got garlic mayo with paste, I ordered so say beef and got lamb which was over cooked, and we both ordered the same sweet and got two different puddings, so next time we won't be eating there again. Oh and the breakfast if you want tea that's great tea bags on the table but no hot water!

We stayed here for one nice en- route from ferry to Alicante. The hotel was in an industrial area and used by people working nearby as well as tourists. It was located near the motorway and easy to find. The price was excellent. The room was clean, spacious and had a nice bathroom with a bath. We would definitely stay again.

Convenient hotel en route to Caen port

We had a nights stopover here en route to Caen ferry port, it was easy to find parking was not a problem. It was on the edge of an industrial estate but as it was a sunday it was very quiet so i cant comment on what it would be like on a weekday, mind you the was a wedding reception going on when we got there and it never disturbed us at all and our bedroom was on the same side as the party. Ok so it did look a little tired but it was very clean and the bed was comfy, the staff were friendly and helpfull . We had eaten prior to arriving which was lucky as on a sunday evening the is no meals provided even so he did offer us sandwiches, we slept realy well here and wouldn't hesitate to visit again if in the area . Our only criticism was the breakfast was not the best we have had.but hey it was only 1 nights stay

A good night stop

Stayed for one night stopover driving north. Well situated for motorway. The room was small and cold and we had problems with the heating. The guy on reception came and after about an hour it was sorted. There was an awful smell from the waste in the bathroom and we had to keep the plugs in the basin & bath to try & stop it. The hotel is situated on an industrial park so.the views from the room of the asbestos roofs wasn't great. But ok for a night stop. The restaurant was a big surprise to us we had a fabulous 3 course dinner with wine for €14 pp.The waitress even had the menu translated -the food was tasty home cooked and very generously portioned. Lots of parking available and a short drive to Zaragoza for sightseeing.

Chose this hotel after reading trip advisor. An overnight stay to break a journey. Very comfortable room, excellent daily menu with generous wine included. Being English, would have appreciated tea & coffee facilities available in the room but overall, exceptional for a 3* hotel. Yes, is on an industrial estate but it felt safe. Address may be difficult for a sat nav but aim for Calle Rumania, Utebe and is then easy to find

One Night Stand!

This hotel was ok if you are staying just one night in transit elsewhere... the room we were given was a triple single bed as were told at the counter there were 'no doubles' available, however it was offered on Expedia booking site. That aside, the staff were friendly and were able to speak some English.

The restaurant was VERY good and food was of high quality as was the service.

The only disappointment was the noise factor from passing traffic and trucks was reasonably high (being industrial area) and the only other let down was the address did not show on our GPS but by shear luck we spotted the building across from the roundabout. Only luck prevailed that night!

Overall, good food good restaurant, beds were reasonably comfortable, I would recommend it as a 3 star (max)

Very nice room but no coffee tea facilities until 8pm when we arrived about 5pm Sunday evening. Perhaps a hot cold drinks dispenser in the reception area like the ones you get in French service stations. But very good value for money. Breakfast not available until 8am but we had to leave well before then.

everything was wonderful- a surprisingly clean and fresh hotel in such an industrial area. Our only complaint- the breakfast waitress was rude to our young adult daughter- she was short and inpatient with her. During this, the men (owners?) were very concerned about our comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend staying here and wish the business success!

Stopped for one night on the way from Santander to Girona. Staff were very friendly and the restaurant and room were excellent value. Only 2 downsides : the a/c wasn't working and the breakfast was disappointing. I'm sure if we had brought the a/c to the attention of the front desk then they would have done something about it.

Brilliant value for money

The sat nav took us directly to the door.....use Calle Rumania in the address. We were welcomed in English. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfy. We'd had a long drive and needed to eat, so we walked to the nearby commercial centre, where we ate quite early but conveniently. Although on an industrial estate, at the weekend it was really quiet and we had a good night's sleep. We would certainly use this again on a cross Spain trip!

Good for the price

The location is not very romantic, but it'll be ok if you don't expect a view. The room was quite decent, sizeable and clean. Wifi was slow and erratic but free. The service was polite and correct, although I was disappointed to have booked a double bed and been given twin beds. After raising it with the night concierge, he did nothing to address this mistake (other than offering a double bed room in the smoking floor, which was not acceptable). No compensation or heartfelt apology for the oversight was offered. Overnight parking was available for free. Nothing much to do outside a hotel (it's sort of an industrial estate) but there is a massive Alcampo supermarket five minutes car ride away with a petrol station and the little town of Utebo is on the other side of Alcampo, with lots of coffe shops and pattisseries but barely any parking (we did visit on a bank holiday, maybe it's better otherwise). Checking out time it's midday, which is fairly generous, and the cleaning maids were efficient. The cafeteria where we had breakfast was your typical spanish bar and the lady there was friendly and very attentive, even though she was on her own and really busy. Overall, it was decent for the money but the location it's like the set of Mad Max. No places to go for a walk or a run without risking life and limb.

NICE HOTEL FOR OVERNIGHT STAY

We used the hotel for an overnight stay to southern spain. The hotel itself is very nice and comfortable and has a restaurant within. However there is not much other choice as it is located in an industrial area about 8 miles from Zaragoza. The room was very spacious and the bathroom big and clean. The reception was always manned and the staff very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel for an overnight stay to an onward destination.

Photograph of room showing orange walls nearly put us off booking but options limited because we had our dog with us.
The room was excellent. Clean, spacious with a good bathroom and bed.
With better instructions it is easy to find being just off a junction on the motorway outside Zaragoza. We doubt if its used by many tourists given only facilities are a small basic but very cheap bar used by locals and a rustic restaurant serving mainly meat cooked on the internal BBQ type grill. There is a translated menu on request but descriptions not accurate. Filet steak turned out to be rump. No concessions for English palate.
Breakfast is basic ( we opted for more expensive at €5) and got local bread, pastries, and coffee with option to have cooked ham or Spanish omelet. This is served in the bar.

Extérieur de ZI effrayant en arrivant de nuit, mais à l'intérieur c'est tout à fait acceuillant et charmant. Arrivée tardive à 22h avec réceptionniste présent et nous avons pu nous restaurer. La cuisine ferme à 22h30, ce qui fut très appréciée. Et je tiens à relever une proprété impeccable dans notre chambre.
