Excellent hotel. Welcome drink on arrival. Staff are very friendly. Room appears to have been recently renovated. Hotel was quiet. Largely couples in their 45 - 60s. Perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to relax. Food and drinks weren’t overpriced. No issues with the wifi and there are usb plugs by the bed. Would stay again if in the area.

Hotel staff very friendly. Heated swimming pool was a pluss for me. Location of hotel was perfect as it was right in the middle of everything and 200 meters from the beach. Overall we had a good stay. The Hotel Wi Fi connection was hit and miss but that didn't bother me.

Dear Hotel H10 Ocean Dunas,
I would like to point out that unfortunately the cleanliness of our room left something to be desired. Our sheets were only changed once in 9 days, and only after reporting it to the front desk.
Furthermore, in a 4 star hotel I think the choice of food on the half board menù should be wider, and not only one menù for the whole season.

Sarah in reception was really friendly and helpful. As per my room, the shower had a design issue and when using it the water would come out of the shower almost to the room. The rest of the room and terrace was lovely. There were good options at breakfast. Thank you very much to all staff, I had a great time.

We were originally booked in to H10 Ocean Dunas but on arrival found pool was nearly all fenced off with building work being carried out. Hotel claimed we should have been advised but Expedia had no mention of it on website on booking or on our arrival. We asked to be moved and we’re offered H10 Suites further up the road.
The hotel is ok but tired and in need of refurbishment. The rooms need updating and painting with new furnishings.
The hotel needs a deep clean as cockroaches were in our room and several other guests reported the same.
The family pool area ( we didn’t visit the other pool area) again needs updating. The beds need updating and there just aren’t enough. Worse though far too few parasols which many were old and broken or cheaply repaired.
Of the 3 large parasols in the pool bar area 2 were broken and had tears in the parasol hood.
Overall outside was reasonably maintained but there was minor building work on for our last week although not intrusive.
Food is ok and buffet style but unlike other half board we’ve stayed at the drink with evening meal was chargeable .
Overall hotel is ok but needs an overhaul . The first hotel should have been closed and we should have been offered a move on arrival rather than have to ask. It was half empty with building materials visible a great big fence around most of the pool. Personally we would not return to the H10s in Corralejo although that is our preference . Staff overall were good but it needs improvements.

Enjoyable stay.

Very nice hotel, with friendly staff and good catering. I made good use of the gym whilst I was there.
Unfortunately the pool was closed during my stay (w/c 5th June 2023) - but guests were able to use the pool at H10's sister hotel around the corner, which was really nice.

As you would expect from this group, clean and comfortable with excellent bed and breakfast. The gym was small however and the outdoor pool was ladder entry only. No lifts but there are ground floor rooms.

What a great find. This hotel was perfect for us - really peaceful pool area, amazing food and service, great central location in lovely Corralejo.
The room was gorgeous and we loved our little balcony. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I was very impressed with H10 Ocean Dunas. Lovely, clean and modern. The rooms are actually very big too. The atmosphere inside the hotel is very chill but straight outside there are loads of bars and restaurants. Best of both worlds. The beach is just around the corner too. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in excellent location

Hotel has the beach at the end of the road, and a nice pool area. Stayed on a B&B basis and breakfast was good with a nice range and chilled restaurant. Service was first class.
The town is nice with a great choice of restaurants. The hotel is located in the town so perfect for shopping and restaurants. We walked along the beach to the dunes which had fantastic sandy beaches. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Hotel is lovely, great location, all staff very friendly and can’t do enough (Alejandro checked us in and was exceptional).
Pool is slightly small and pool area could be better laid out. Room was lovely as was restaurant and terrace bar.

Hotel really nice. Staff helpful and pleasant. Evening meal was a la carte only thing was we were there 4 nights and it was the same menu each night. I would imagine it would get a bit boring if your stay was longer. Breakfast and lunch were very nice

No kids or all inclusive - bliss

This is the smallest of the H10 hotels in Corralejo, it only has 82 rooms.
We stayed in a Junior Suite on a B&B basis, the do not do all inclusive or allow children, so its a very peaceful place to stay.
Room was clean and bright and the breakfast buffet selection was wide and varied.
No issues getting a bed by the pool, but the beach is only a few hundred yards away as is the town centre.
All in all a very enjoyable week

Relaxing and easy stay, great staff

The hotel is comfortable and clean, its a very relaxing and quiet hotel. Its very easy staying here as the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is outstanding, i did half board and the breakfast buffet and dinner are amazing, with the best dessert buffet, i had a large plate of cakes every night! The pool area is good, never had to fight for a lounger and often got a free cocktail round the pool. The small gym clean and easy to use. Totally recommend this hotel, but pay the extra for a pool or garden view, much better! Thank you h10 for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay :-)

H10 Ocean Dunas was in the perfect location. 2 minutes walk from Toro Beach (sandy), where you could rent sun loungers and parasols (€12 per day). Very close to the supermarket and lots of nice bars & restaurants. The hotel was modern & felt newly refurbished. It was really clean & smelt nice!
Good choice for breakfast, hot & cold food. The pool looked great but we actually spent everyday at the beach, because it was so close!
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and English speaking. We had a slight issue with ants in our first room, but they quickly sorted it and upgraded us to a junior suite (nice big rooms with your own balcony and sun loungers)!
Our only 2 slight criticisms are that there wasn’t any drawer space for clothes, only really a wardrobe, but wasn’t a massive issue. And it says there’s a pool table and there isn’t, but there are lots of pubs with games opposite, so wasn’t really a problem!
We would definitely stay in the H10 hotels again, and can’t stress enough how great the location of this hotel was. We think we would have been disappointed if we’d stayed anywhere else in Corralejo.

The location is excellent .Only 100 yards walk to Toro Beach and yet a few steps the other way and your on the Main Street. You’d never guess as hotel very quiet. Lovely pool and bar area. The only negative we had was the choice of main course for dinner. Although supposedly a la carte, it definitely wasn’t and found it difficult to choose anything. The starters and desserts were buffet service and excellent!

Lovely hotel credit to h10 group

The hotel has been refurbished and taken over by the h10 group last year the complex is clean throughout the rooms comfortable ours had large balcony overlooking the gardens and harbour the staff are attentive and friendly we were booked half board only eat at hotel once not because the food was bad but there are an abundance of restaurants nearby we never had a problem getting a sun bed you do need to think of sun position as there are some mature palms which cause shadows when we are in corralejo this is where we would stay as it's central but being just off the main road we had no traffic noise

I went there and as it was my birthday the hotel kindly gave me a bottle of wine and also upgraded me to a junior suite over looking the swimming pool on the second floor. The food was also very good. I had half board.

Pretty good.

One side of the hotel has a party wall with a nightclub next door so I had music until midnight every night. Music is also played everywhere in the hotel from 7am to midnight, which I found grating. Music in by the pool, in the restaurant, in the corridors, in the reception. And it was Christmas music through into January; The same CDs over and over.

The food suited me well. The staff give the impression of not being well paid. The cleaners yell to each other all morning, but maybe all hotel cleaners do that. Lots of the guests were breath-takingly rude to the staff, but maybe that is par for the course too, in a hotel like this - spoilt, demanding guests.
