Me ha gustado mucho el hotel, cerca de las playas y del parque de las dunas, con un pequeño centro comercial en las inmediaciones y cerca de la estación de autobuses. Por otro lado, está algo alejado del barullo turístico de Corralejo (aunque se puede ir al centro perfectamente a pie, por si hay que acudir a un banco o a un restaurante especial). Personal muy atento, instalaciones limpias, espectáculos todas las noches, cenas temáticas (con un chupito previo de una bebida del país de esa noche).

A few issues with our room on 1st day (1) could not open the door lock; (2) no channels on TV; (3) handwash in bathroom & shower hard to use; (4) unfamiliar with shower operation. All were attended to immediately apart from door lock: 1st day different staff members turned the lock open with apparent ease (making us feel inadequate); 2nd day 'handyman' squirted WD40 into the lock (not solved); day 3 handyman arrived with a set of locks, one of which worked smoothly for the remaining time.
This was a minor annoyance: we loved the room, the whole hotel and the friendly staff

The rooms were good and spacious the pool was great and no problems getting sun beds The pool bar let the pool area down it didnt have food apart from the odd sandwich which was sat out on the side in the heat as the hotel is situated away from shops it meant you had to leave if you wanted to eat during the day For an adults only hotel the breakfast finishes far too early 10 am but it was actually 9.50 and taken away by 10am The staff were friendly and helpful just the issues ive raised let the hotel down

We loved our stay at the Arena Suites. The food was good the rooms were clean and had great showers with good sized balconies.
All dtaff very very griendly and helpful we will return and recommend.
Good value for money.
The location might not suit everyone as a bit of a walk to the center but taxi back was only around 5 euros.

Lovely for a budget stay

Was an amazing stay, very fun Vanessa on the bar was lovely and Reimz on the entertainment was absolutely brilliant. As a whole they were extremely accommodating and helped out so much if there was a problem. My only fault is theres soars food options for vegetarians but say that theres always a salad bar and grilled vegetables. Also met a lot of lovely couples out there, and a small walk to centre but do able and right next to the dunes and close to the beach.

El hotel tiene de todo y está situado junto al Parque Natural de las Dunas de Corralejo. El restaurante nos soprendió con las cenas temáticas, la habitación era muy espaciosa y además del restaurante y bares, el hottel cuenta con 2 piscinas -una de ellas climatizada-, amplio gimnasio, una gran variedad de programación de entretenimiento, etc.

It is a nice resort, a bit on the older side but most of it has been nicely refurbished. Rooms were big, beds were comfortable, everything was clean. The staff was super nice and very professional.

However, particularly when it comes to all-inclusive experiences, a very big part is played by food and animation. The last one was virtually absent, with some super short events only from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
And then the sore point: food and drinks. I won't go as far as saying that it was terrible, but it was mediocre at best. We ended up eating outside the hotel. Drinks were even worse, and not because of the bartenders, but because of the ingredients they had to use (cheap spirits, syroups instead of fresh ingredients, etc.).

A big star goes to Carolina at the reception, she is a ROCKSTAR - definitely among the best ones I've ever interacted with. Great job!

Comfy hotel with friendly staff

Hotel was very clean and the shower water pressure was powerful. Queen bed was 2 twin beds which seems to always be the case in Europe. Bed was very comfortable and had a great night sleep every night throughout our stay

Staff were all excellent and attentive. Reception staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful with any queries we had and booking activities

All inclusive food was hit and miss depending on the theme but everything was hot and fresh, and the breakfast was great everyday.

Location is about 20 minute walk from the main high street

A little winter warmth in corralejo

Really nice hotel , some things not as advertised on arrival ie no iron in room and rooms not soundproofed which was a bit disappointing as was not having any rooms with baths other than a couple overlooking pool at €10a night extra. Aside from that the hotel was in a quiet area about a 20 min walk/ 10 min ebike ride from town , staff very friendly and helpful , everywhere very clean and covid safe , food was good and lots of choice for each meal. Definitely worth a stay and would return

Small hotel. Friendly staff very helpful ,food good and themed nights a welcome change from routine buffet. Stayed all inclusive and lunch food was excellent always different from evening meals.
Good selection of drinks , air conditioning in room not brilliant but ok.
Would stay again …. My only hesitation was distance from town a good 20 mins walk and 40 mins walk to beach or 5 euros in taxi.
A really relaxing holiday good value for money.

Just got back from a week at this hotel and overall it was a very good break. When booking, we had looked for an an all inclusive hotel that was quiet, clean, no kids, and with good food - this place was spot on for those things. Whilst it is not entirely adults only, there is no kids club so its a good choice for couples looking for a quiet break.

We liked:
- The staff - they were all very friendly, helpful and hard working.
- The food - there was a good variety of food and the quality was excellent. There was a different theme at dinner each night and always plenty to choose from.
- The cleanliness- the whole complex is very clean and well maintained.
- The pool area - there are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas
- The all-inclusive- it included a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and the pool bar has ice-cream, pizza, toasted sandwiches and other snacks during the daytime.
- The entertainment- there was something different on each night so there was good variety. We only went a few nights to the bar area but it has a good atmosphere.
- The location - it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the town centre or the dunes beach. A small shopping centre and the town beaches are around 10 minutes away on foot.

The only negative thing we found was that the beds were very firm, but this is typical in Spain. The staff were helpful and gave us extra blankets to put underneath the sheets to make it softer but we didn't sleep well due to this.

loved the friendliness and warmth of the staff...they continually laugh and smile and put you in a good mood. The room was very spacious and better than expected. Location was a short six mins stroll the the beach. The road walk to the town centre was only fifteen mins but i would reccommend the beach walk. fantastic value for money.

One thing I can fault though is one of the bar maids in the down stairs bar. She was rude and disrespectful. Don’t know her name but she has short hair which is blondish. She ruined our evening.

Was here for the 2nd time. The room was clean, renovated, nice furnished.
But the food was very poor quality, kitchenware was dirty! So I had to use plastic glasses, which is not so good for environment.
Also I asked for the silent room, but they provided me a room over the disco, so drunk people were loud till the midnight.

Arena Suite Hotel is within walking distance of Corralejo centre and harbour area.
It is also close to Corralejo Natural Park and its' fine beaches. The room was comfortable and the all inclusive offer was acceptable.

Basic hotel, hit & miss with the rooms although they are refurbishing the rooms at present, however we did get good one (402) near the restaurant & pool and the air conditioning did work. They do have a modern above average drinks fridge in the room which you can keep items cool.

Food is average for Spanish AI, breakfast OK, Lunch & Dinner more or less the same food looks bought in? Drinks as per any establishment in any Spanish Resort and they are not watered down but of a lesser alcohol content, if you need stronger, there is good Supermarket in town called \"HiperDino\", all drinks outside/ pool area are served in plastic & paper cups, wine/ glasses only in the restaurant and main entertainments Bar

Red,Rose & White on draught as is the San Miguel beer and soft drinks coffee/tea machine etc., you just help yourself certain cocktails are available mixed by the staff member, poolside bar you can have toasties, hotdogs, burgers until about 5pm

NO Chefs as such to be seen?, other than staff with fancy hats looking busy on a \"Griddle\".

Main town walk it in ten-fifteen minutes depending on your health. plenty of places to eat for most palates and shops and there is a Burger King if you really miss them!!

People often say it is not 4**** stars this in Spain & Canaries relates to access, lifts, pool sizes, accommodation in general,reception 24hrs? not food you make your own mind up on that!!

For the price paid I thought it was OK and would return again...................

This hotel needs major revamp, it's definitely not a four star. However staff were fantastic, especially Conrad, room always clean, food better than expected, in fact very good indeed. All inclusive drinks - excellent! It was just disappointing that so many areas needed TLC, i.e. lots of cracked tiles round pool area, and wifi intermittent. We did enjoy our stay, but so much needs doing.

Ok for a base long walk to dunes long walk to corralejo town. Food ok if you like salads burgers hotdogs pizza pasta. Room ok big bed but disappointed with bed settee provided for my two teenagers 15 n 17 I booked 4 single beds not a bed settee. Bath has all enamel peeling off and was covered with a bath mat. Cleaners cleaned room made beds and changed towels everyday (bonus). Entertainment room was way to small and claustrophobic. Pool area was ok but my son gashed his foot in deep pool on a sharp broken tile. I think this hotel is well overpriced and I was dissapointed as I always stayed I 4 star accomodation and this was a poor 2 star would not return to this hotel.

All as expected for what we paid. It is a little isolated from the main town but there is a small market area with cafés etc within a 10 minute walk. We left as it was getting busier so the search for sunbeds was getting more difficult and chairs for the evening entertainment was the same, there is only one bar in the evening so if you want to have a drink you have to join the entertainment area as there is no quiet bar area.

Week of hiccups

Hotel was clean and food decent enough. The double bed was 2 singles pushed together with a sheet covering both and it was uncomfortable. We had no remote for the air conditioning on the first day which was rectified on the second. On the fourth day it stopped working and they supplied a mobile air conditioning unit which beeped every 3 hours through the night to be emptied of water. No alternative given to that so we went without. Then the electricity went out completely just in our apartment which had to be sorted. Staff did make an effort to help but it was one thing after another. Wouldn't stay again.

Awesome Stay at Arena Suite Hotel

We had a fabulous holiday at the Arena Suite hotel, myself and three children stayed there for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we loved the buffet breakfast, loved the swimming pools, everything was clean and safe, used the facilities every day, gym, squash court and games. Best of all was Michael (Meehel) the awesome entertainment guy, he had us doing fitness classes in the morning, fun games by the pool in the afternoon followed by first class entertainment in the evening. A first class hotel and holiday.

People put towels on sun beds and just disappear and to be honest I found it so difficult to get bed
Also I did notice the apartments on pool level had beds on their terrace
I really thought we were over the German thing that happened in the past but obviously not so I really think this needs monitoring so that everyone gets fair deal to get sunb fs

Cleaning service very poor.

The room has been painted recently, however the bathroom was in a ratjerpoor condition (the bath was in severe disrepair). The cleaning servicewas very poor, didn't feel hygenic at all. It is a place for smoking people who like listening to the music allthe time. The evening shift guy at the reception has been extremely helpful.

Hotel was in a good location very close to the centre.
The food was good although breakfast lacked a little imagination. Very good variety of drinks and food overall.
The rooms were nice and cleaned on a daily basis.
The gym was very basic. The pool was great and staff were very friendly.
