I was really impressed, nothing really to complain about, except if being rather picky WiFi was a little on & off but in the grand scheme of things it’s nothing.
Staff are very friendly, helpful & welcoming.
I will definitely stay there again .

Stayed here for 7 nights. The property was very clean, staff were very friendly.

The pool area was nice, with plenty of sunbeds all day long. The poolside bar had a big choice of drinks for the afternoon.

We ate breakfast a lot at the attached restaurant, with lots of options, and the coffee was lovely.

We got multiple taxis from the hotel. It was easy to do: just ask the hotel reception to get one. There was usually no more than a 15-minute wait.

We did have an issue with our room having some ants coming from the cupboard. When we asked, we were quickly allowed to change rooms with no questions asked, and the new room was completely ant-free. As I said before, the rest of the property was very clean, just one of those things.

The lack of air-con in the rooms was a bit of a problem. Even in April/May, the rooms got quite hot. The rooms do have plug-in fans but they don't do the same as air-con.

The hotel was in a great location, a short 5/10 min walk to town, but a very quiet area around the hotel just next to the sea.

We got a taxi from the airport to the hotel. It was very easy to just walk out of the airport and get one at the taxi rank.

Super room allocation overlooking the sea. Lots of street noise whilst ferry traffic disembarking ..although this did bother us. Discount vouchers for local restaurants & hb offer. Antonella very helpful. Asked for an upgrade & got a suite for €30 extra. WiFi dreadful.

We have stayed at these apartments at least 8 times and have always been happy with cleanliness and value for money. On our holiday last week we found the cleaning service and towel change had reduced drastically from 5 times a week to twice. The second time being the day before we left. The reduced cleaning service made the apartment feel slightly grubby and our bins full, increasing the chance of insects. Next time we will stay somewhere else. Overall, we didn't feel the apartments felt as clean or 3 star, compared to previous visits.

We loved our stay here. The place was clean, and we got regular cleaning. They even wash window sills! Kitchen has everything we need. The staff was lovely and our interactions with everyone were pleasant. The outdoor pool is heated and our children loved playing out there. Quiet location but everything is very close.

Upon arriving at Apartamentos Dunas Club from Canada we were shocked by the condition of our room. I chose this hotel based on the pictures and reviews on Expedia. Among several minor issues, we found in the room the main issues were: we couldn't get into the room because the lock didn't work, the room interiors were damaged to the degree that can cause harm, the bathtub was disgustingly dirty, the beds were torn and worn, the pillows were torn as well. I wish I could post the pictures I took on these. After complaining at the reception desk they didn't help us and told us to complain at Expedia. In the end, we had to search for another hotel to stay losing precious time from our vacation. This whole experience was very unpleasant and frustrating. It felt like a scam and I wasn't expecting this from Expedia.

The property was very clean, the staff were helpful, location was perfect, the only downside is our room overlooked the busiest road in town so was very noisy and the bin men emptying the bins every morning at 6 was disturbing, plus there is no air conditioning so needed the door open to let cool air in.
Saying that I woul stay here again just choose a different room overlooking the pool.

The location was great - a short walk to restaurants, bars and the beach. The pool area was a good place to relax. The room was basic, but had everything we needed and was cleaned three times in our four night stay which was appreciated. The bakery round the corner from the hotel was amazing and a great spot for a quick breakfast before some sightseeing!

I would definitely stay here again.

Great location around the corner from waterfront. Reception staff was friendly and welcoming. Studio was clean and comfy. Was just missing an extra blanket as it got a bit chilly at night. Providing coffee and tea would be a nice touch also. The WiFi was decent enough to do some work. All in all, would definitely stay here again. You can also leave your bags there after checkout. Thanks!

Brief stay in Corralejo. Got a well furnished appartment at 1st floor with a small balcony. Tasteful interior, usefull kitchenwear, fast internet. Locked my bicycle overnight in a designated locked room. Promenade and harbour close by, fast WIFI. Will stay there again. At the bar 5l drinkingwater containers at a very reasonable price available.

Fourth time we have stayed there. The rooms are clean, modern and well equipped. Balcony has a pool view. Pool is lovely and sunbathing area clean and tidy with ample sun beds available. Staff are helpful and polite.

The hotel was clean, tidy and well located. The staff also made sure that the hotel had all the cleaning aids to prevent spreading of COVID. I would recommend staying here for a good quality 3 star hotel.

Decent Stay at 'Perfect' location

The location was absolutely perfect, next to the sea and port. Plenty of restaurants, pizzeria and Cafe's. Situated in the city but not in the crowded place of Corralejo.

Do not expect a lavish stay, it is a simple hotel with basic amenities. the pictures are slightly polished. Only thing I did not like that they do not provide even a simple hand wash. Make sure to take your hand wash or soap in the toilet.
Other than that, it was pleasent stay, staffs were nice and you get 10% off in the restairent below which serves very tasty dishes. there is a cafe bext to the restaurant, try their delicateseen, I fell in love.

Sehr sauberes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Das Bett war schrecklich, durchgelegen und dadurch zu weich und zu hart gleichzeitig. Pool, Sonnenliegen und Fitnessstudio sind gut. Poolhandtücher müssen hinzu gekauft werden, man kann nicht, wie angegeben, Fahrräder leihen, ein Auto leihen oder irgend einen Service erhalten.

Piscina riscaldata, palestra sempre aperta, zona comoda x parcheggiare (abbiamo viaggiato a gennaio) e vicinissima al centro ma fuori dal caos, possibilità di prenotare la mezza pensione (o pranzo o cena) anche solo per un giorno direttamente in hotel anche se si è prenotato più giorni. Suite spaziose, ma bagno senza bidet…

Calidad precio incompatible, la mejor base para alquilar un coche y moverte por la isla, su media pensión es en restaurante la luna, lo unico malo la falta de aire acondicionado pero segun las fechas no se echa en falta.

スタッフが優しいです

チェックインの時間より早く着きましたが、準備のできている部屋にすぐに通してくれました。疲れていたので本当にありがたかったです。レセプションの女性はてきぱきと必要なことを教えてくれて、地図やレストランの割引券を渡してくれました。
部屋はアパートメントタイプでリビングダイニングとベッドルームがわかれていてバスルームが2つもある広々とした造りでとても居心地が良かったです。
床やテーブルの掃除はやや雑でしたが、まあ許容範囲です(笑)
裸足で歩きたい人はスリッパ持参をおすすめします。
チェックアウトの日は雨が降っていたので雨避けに黒いゴミ袋をレセプションでお願いしたら快く大きな袋を出してくれました。
とても感じのいい女性で明るく送り出して下さったので、雨でも気持ち良くチェックアウトすることができました。
立地も港やバス停留所に近いので、おすすめです。
