A Good Value Accommodation

Lovely friendly welcome from Dario at reception. Very good central location
All of the staff work very hard here to make your holiday a good experience.
The place is a little bit let down by the quality of the apartments. We have realistic expectations about what to expect when we book having done the best research you can online. And the Labaranda is highly rated
And we could see why.
The restaurant is lovely and they really do try to give you a good experience with different dishes and theme nights.
The apartment on first Impressions looked fine we were staying in a deluxe one.
It was let down by the very small bathroom
Fluctuating scalding shower. Rock hard mattresses on the camping style beds
And flat pillows. I had to sleep on the sofa until we got a mattress topper from reception. Having said all of this we really did enjoy or holiday. Because the lovely hardworking staff make this place and give it a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.
You can tell it's a well loved place and with some improvements to the apartments
For example the hard working housekeepers being given more time per room memory foam toppers and better pillows. I feel these simple things could improve guest comfort and satisfaction.The place represents good value for money. Realistically I believe that it's a 3 star and if you go with that in mind you won't be disappointed. Because there's a lot to like and we enjoyed our holiday.

Certainly not a good 4 star 3.5 at best.room ok pool ok.food quite a lot of poor quality food and drink on offer.entertainment dreadful with a bias towards italian guests.only 2 english news channels on the tv,plenty of other language channels for other nationalities.not a hotel group i shall be visiting again.sorry.

Lovely night in Fuerteventura

Stopped over in Corralejo for a night in this hotel and loved it! It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff were so friendly, really lovely. The food and drinks were very good. We enjoyed it so much we are looking at coming for a longer stay.

A lovely hotel - great location, in walking distance to everything. Not too big, so didn’t feel crowded. Food was amazing, plenty of choice with great service. Only negative was the repetitive music playlist round the pool but apart from this I’d thoroughly recommend it.

Well worth a stay.

Spent 8 nights here, can’t fault the hotel. Its in a very good location for access to the town and to the beaches. Food is repetitive but it is no different to any other all inclusive in this price range and it’s not very expensive if you decide to eat out a few nights. Would recommend catching the live music at the FuerteTruck which is literally right outside the hotel which has a great atmosphere.

Good stay for a work on remote

It's a very nice hotel with a big inner area and spacious rooms. Location is perfect and it's easy to reach all amenities.
The only drawback is perhaps if you stay for a week, it would be great if meals were a bit different every day.

Nice family holiday

Had a lovely time at the labranda correlajo. Location was very close to the town with all the bars and shops within a few mins walk. Free shuttle to the dunes which is well worth a visit. We went all inclusive- drinks and Food was good, had a good variety and themed nights every Monday weds and Friday. Animation team were Italian. Overall a pleasant stay room was clean and spacious plenty of sun beds available and pool was good size and it was never busy.

Perfect Holiday

This is the second time we have been to Corralejo Village. Perfect location, lovely rooms, food great. This is a predominantly Italian complex, but this didn't make a difference at all. The Alpitours entertainment crew always tried to include everyone with daytime activities and were extremely friendly. All the hotel staff speak English.
It was a fantastic week.

Excellent hotel, a perfect stay.

Lovely room overlooking the pool, nice and modern decoration and cleaned daily. Debbie was lovely on arrival, so friendly and welcoming. The food is incredible, a great selection and excellent quality. Having the pool side bar is a bonus and sangria on tap was a highlight. Also enjoyed the activities and evening entertainment the resort offers, in particular the volcano walk with Gary. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and will definitley go back in the future.

Fresh & Clean with smiley staff and great food

Fantastic 4 day break for my partners 50th. The hotel has enjoyed a comprehensive face lift which made it ideal for us.
Lovely suites with fresh pastel blues on a white canvas. The complex itself gave off a nice feel of 4 star +. The staff were all very smiley and helpful. The food was varied and of good quality, in line with what one would expect in an Italian based hotel. The weather helps of course and to top it off we met a lovely couple who had previously been 10 times when the hotel was more of a three star in need of a desperate overhaul. What the hotel lacked in quality it apparently made up for in atmosphere. Since the changes, fewer British people are in attendance, but I feel it will only be a matter of time. The reduced British contingent were nonetheless fully entertained by the excellent Gary, a seasoned campaigner of some 21 years, keeping people's interest and offering a range of activities. The team were vibrant and inclusive, but for us, Gary was another plus point. If you want a hotel with a little class and a nice relaxed atmosphere, yet always something to do, the Labranda is ideal, 2 minute walk to the main high street and a leisurely 10 minute walk to the beach. Great open space design where the sun hits the sun beds all day, yet the Labranda seems cocooned away from the hustle and bustle of Corralejo. We like our 5 star boutique hotels and go to several in the Balearics and Canaries but as four star hotels go, this a great overall package.

So near yet so far!!!\n

Arrived at the hotel but did not get passed reception. We were looking forward to a long weekend at the hotel and had researched this hotel and were aware of problems with guests being moved to neighbouring hotels but did not think this was still a problem out of season. How wrong we were!! We were bundled in a taxi and sent elsewhere as they did not have room at the inn.
The reception looked lovely but can not comment any further!

Was very impressed with how clean the rooms were. The cleaning staff were very polite. The all inclusive option was good value as there was a large selection of food, good quality and good choice. The complex itself is very central and quiet. Very family orientated.

Wont be going again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed in this hotel 16 yrs ago and it was fine but it has gone down rapidly, the food wasdreadfull no choice and we arent fussy ... the condition of the hotel was in disrepair
and it looked like the staff had given up !!! If it wasnt for the weather and the fact that we were with friends I would have been really upset but we made the best of it in fact we felt sorry for them as it really looked like they couldnt afford the up keep ....

Also very disappointed that there was no transfer to the hotel and Expedia tell us in fact the lady @ Fuerteventura airport told us you used a company called Milo that had gone bankrupt !!!!!!

A pie a conocer el parque natural de las dunas.

Ho prenotato un'altra struttura, ho telefonato in hotel per avere la conferma della prenotazione, mi hanno detto che non potevano dare indicazioni per telefono, ho scritto alla struttura e a Expedia, ma non ho mai avuto una risposta!
Arrivato in hotel, mi hanno detto che era pieno e che mi dovevano spostare in un altro hotel a circa 300mt .
Ho spiegato che in hotel alloggiavano due amici, nulla da fare.
Credo che sia una prassi, prendono più prenotazioni e poi spostano la gente in altri hotel della stessa catena.
E'scorretto non avvertire prima!

Bien situé, grande chambre et le restaurant est vraiment chouette. La nourriture est vraiment bonne pour un petit complexe.
Il y avait des moustiques dans ma chambre et ça sentait l’humidité. Je suis sensible à ce genre d’environnement alors j’ai fait des crises d’allergies.

- Qualité déplorable du lit canapé (ça passe pour des enfants, c'est limite pour des ados)
- Pas de club enfant pour les réservations faites via Expedia (annonce Expedia mensongère - valable uniquement pour les réservations via le tour opérateur Alpitour)
- A savoir, piscine non chauffée donc plutôt froide à cette période de l'année (octobre)

Estuvimos fenomenal! El hotel está muy cuidado, las instalaciones están muy bien. El sevicio muy amable, los animadores también. Comentar que solo hablan italiano, y el hotel está enfocado en turistas italianos. El punto de mejora es por la limpieza, está limpio pero podría estarlo más. La limpieza de la habitación no era muy profunda y no cambiaban sábanas y toallas a no ser que tú avisases. Por lo demás, recomendable!

I spent 10 lovely weeks at Labranda Corralejo Village in winter 2019. I really love this place and they deserve all the stars in the world.

Food
To me it's the small things, like the salad bar contains all the ingredients I use in my salad at home. You are able to eat really healthy at this place if you choose to. I could even have oatmeal with warm milk for breakfast. They also have the full English breakfast off course and lots of other alternatives. There was fresh seafood for lunch and dinner every day. The food is simply excellent. And the included wine is very pleasant.

Rooms
Then it's the bigger things, literally, like the buildings. The room I stayed in effectively had two balconies; the entrance on one side and the balcony on the other. There are big glass walls on both sides which means sunlight is transmitted right trough the living-room, making it very bright and pleasant.

Cleanliness
I've never stayed in a cleaner place. It seems to me that the floors are thoroughly washed and mirrors polished every day.

Atmosphere
Most important though are the people that work here. It's amazing to me how so many kind people came together to work in the same place. Even in their visibly busy schedule they will stop and ask how your day is. They seem genuinely happy and that makes a world of difference. It rubs off on the guests.

Hotel bonito y bien situado pero horarios de comida y cena orientado a clientela extranjera, entretenimiento/espectaculos en italiano
Bufet escaso, platos frios, poco variados y reutilizados
La habitación e instalaciones estaban muy bien
La limpieza de las habitaciones dejaba que desear. No te reponian los jabones etc, toallas rotas, dias que a las 15.00 horas siguen sin haber hecho la habitación etc
No te dejan agua en el mini bar, si quieres agua tienes que ir cada dia a recepcion a pedirla y te dan una botella de 0.5 por dia/persona. Si quieres mas agua te ofrecen un vaso. Asique al final por no andar pidiendo todo el dia te resignas y vas a comprarla al súper.

Nous avions réservé à cet hôtel, mais lors de notre arrivée, les hôtes d'accueil nous ont expliqué de façon pas très courtoise que nous étions déplacés dans un autre hotel. Cela sans explication ni excuses, juste un \"l'autre hotel est bien mieux\". ah bon ? On a vraiment le sentiment d'être pris pour des C...
Pour un premier jour de vacances, on a vu mieux et cet accueil sans avoir été prévenu fut fort désagréable.
