The bungalow complex is situated in the town of Corralejo in the north of the Canary Island of Fuerteventura. The complex lies just across the road from a long sandy beach.

The tourist centre lies within 100 m of the hotel and offers guests an array of shopping and entertainment venues, as well as links to the public transport system. A national park spans out to the south of the town.

Regular ferry trips may be taken from the harbour to the island of Lanzarote. The island's airport is roughly 40 km from the complex.

The holiday complex lies in a wonderful 4, 500 m² garden and offers a total of 18 accommodation units including 15 apartments and 3 studios. Guests are also offered a reception area.

The accommodation units come with a private bathroom, a combined bedroom/ living room as well as a modern equipped kitchen with a fridge and a microwave. Also to be found within the accommodation area TV and a hire safe.

The bungalows additionally include a separate bedroom. In the gardens is a swimming pool as well as sun loungers and parasols.

Food very average. Rooms clean and well designed. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. Access to beach is great but beach is very dangerous. Constant red flag not to go swim. Front desk kept messing up our room keys. Had to go back three times to fix. And concierge forgot about my car rental info. Overall 3.5 out of five rating.

The check in process is so slow. The line to check in was long and they do nothing ahead of time to speed things up. Check in is at 4:00. Our room wasn’t ready until 6:30 PM. We asked for late check out to extend us the same courtesy but they said no, the card says check out is at 12 but they say check out is 11 or we will be charged a 1/2 day. The line to check in for breakfast is also EXTREMELY slow. Again, there were tables available but they need to check in on an iPad then look at a print out. We had breakfast included and I understand that they need to verify that but it was just slow for no reason. The music outside our pool over looking the pools was INSANELY LOUD. It sounded like a disco tech at 10:00 in the morning- WE ARE ON VACATION TO REST. It was over the top loud. Housekeeping turned our room over around dinner time and one night I put the sign on the please service our room and someone from house keeping turned it to “do not disturb”. I called the front desk but it was ALWAYS a busy signal no matter what time of day, the beach and pool service was amazing and the beach guys were so great and helpful getting our umbrellas and loungers. The beach is very small and the loungers are so close you can touch the person next to you. The front desk is unhelpful for anything. The customer service is extremely poor. They want to check you in late and expect you to leave early and basically don’t ask them anything. The casino was so fun.

I gave two stars only bc housekeeping was great and I liked how they had people on the beach to set up chairs, a small table and umbrella.
My issues - I booked 2 rooms, Junior Suite 1 King w/sofa bed, Balcony, Ocean view. Months before I called to request rooms next to each other. Day of arrival they said they didn’t have that so they “upgraded” us so we could be on the same floor. We explained we were there to celebrate my 50th bday and wanted something special. They “upgraded” me to rm 317 The room itself was beautiful, but they parked me right behind the seashell-shaped dome restaurant Levant. My only view was of the dome. I had one sliver of ocean view on the right! The jacuzzi needed to be filled. Immediate squirted out black flakes/debris into the water, mold? Tried to turn it off and the handle kept spinning without turning off. Overflowed. They sent someone up to “fix” it. Got it to turn off or so they thought. Kept overflowing until it was actually fixed the next day. They drained it some and cleaned it so we could go in it but once we turned the jets on more black stuff came out. Jacuzzi was a no go for sure! Dimming lights flickered when complained they just said to turn them brighter. Defeats the purpose of dimming lights. Patio door lock broke cut myself on that. AC not cold. Robert mgr said he was going to take care of some charges but didn’t leave a note on the acct and he never returned my multiple calls. Will Never stay there again!

The hotel staff are very nice. The hotel is clean. The restaurant Levant- is lovely. I would recommend requesting a room in the new wing of the building and not one overlooking the pool. It is quite noisy. We had an ocean view, but music from the pool area plays day and night, and it can be heard.

The resort fees were higher than originally described. There is a club that is on the first floor of the hotel that blasts music, audible on the 7th floor until 4AM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The beach was not open for swimming for four days due to a storm.

The hotel was great. Room was clean, staff was friendly & helpful, the pools were nice and the casino was the best one we went to. We didn’t eat at any of the restaurants or get drinks from the bar. The drinks were expensive. Lots of places nearby to walk to for food & drinks. Eat at Tayzan and get a pina colada from the little place on the corner. The area is very metro so if you’re looking for relaxed island vibes, this is not it. The beach is amazing & steps from the hotel but it’s not a good area for swimming. Waves were very choppy and there were signs posted warning about rip tides. Old San Juan is a close uber ride.

I had an amazing stay from start to finish. The Jr. Suite was a standout — spacious, beautifully designed, and featuring a gorgeous ocean view that made every morning feel like a postcard moment. The twice‑a‑day attentive staff truly elevated the experience; they consistently checked in to ensure I always had everything I needed without ever feeling intrusive.

The on‑site dining options were another highlight, especially the Levant restaurant, which delivered exceptional food and a memorable atmosphere. Between the comfort of the suite, the thoughtful service, and the great dining, this stay exceeded expectations in every way.

I booked through Expedia. I was given a room next to a VERY noise ice machine, it was impossible to sleep with the noise. I requested a room change, they gave me a room on top of a VERY noise pool or AC machine below, again, impossible to get any rest. When I requested a QUIET room I was told they do not have any available unless I agree to update. The update they had was $100 extra per night. I think this is a way to make more $$ and force guests who book via Expedia to pay more for a decent room. The room also smelled like mold and the bathroom drainage was improperly placed; the water was not completely draining in the drainage but was seeping under the sink in the bathroom. We used several towels daily after showering to absorb the water and placed the towels next to drainage.

Room was disgusting. There was mold everywhere and it smelled like a musty basement. Awful! Not healthy to stay there. Service was so slow you just gave up and went to the bar yourself. Beach was so overcrowded you were literally laying next to other people in a line. Don’t go there!

We enjoyed our stay at La Concha. It is in more of a party area and there is a casino inside. We were traveling with our 4 year old, so the DJ and sound level in the lobby was a little unexpected. However, I would absolutely still say it was great vacation spot for families. Poolside food and drinks were delicious. The beach was immaculate. And the sound was very minimal up in the rooms. The area itself is touristy which results in pricey meals in and around the hotel. I would recommend going further into the city for dinners. Wonderful staff as well. Hotel is a little older, so there are some missing tiles in the pools, but nothing unsafe or concerning.

The clean room, staff, facilities, and superb location on the beach, and Condado location were all great; highly recommended. If I had to ding LA Concha on one thing, the pool water was too warm. I know it was the middle of January, but it was too warm. It felt more like a huge hot tub.

It is an old Majorera farmhouse that once belonged to the Calero Rugama family. The construction of volcanic stone and wood dates back to the beginning of the 19th century.
