Should have been so good, but the reception staff were such a let down. The manager was neglectful of our needs and it ruined the whole holiday down. Lots of things didn’t make any sense at the hotel…the WiFi not working was apparently my phones fault and we were gand we were delayed by a day

We spent a very enjoyable week at this hotel, staying in a ground floor room looking out to the pool. Having stayed in H10 hotels many times before it lived up to the standard we expected. It was very clean, the breakfast buffet was more than sufficient (though fresh orange juice would have been an improvement) and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location is ok though the proximity to the busy, touristy high street is a bit off putting. It is only a 10 minute walk to the beach or 15 to the old town where there are plenty of restaurants and bars so spending evenings at the hotel was not for us. The dunes and the fabulous white sand beaches are a must visit if you have a car. Sadly, in keeping with too many hotels, there was an issue with insufficient sun beds by the pool unless you are prepared to join the dawn chorus and get your towels down before everyone is fully awake! It is such a disappointment.

If you are happy with the location and the sun bed game then this is a very nice hotel.

No parking on site even though the Expedia site said that there was!

Tips: Walk to the old town and enjoy the music square in the evening. If you have a car, visit the dunes.

I was really looking forward to H10 Ocean Dreams having read the reviews — but after booking 3 rooms for an (adult) family stay, I'm not sure I'd return.

I booked a Junior Suite for myself, thinking it would be the top category. Turns out, these suites are sitting at the outer edges of the building, two rows back from the pool, and some have views of (and noise from)… streets and roads!

About the rooms: My mother’s supposedly “lower-tier” Deluxe Room with Balinese Bed was brighter, better located nearer the pool, and frankly, I regretted not having booked this room for myself. But it wasn't possible to downgrade because the hotel was full during the first two days and they couldn't or wouldn't do it for the remaining days because of their \"policies\", etc. Lesson for others: don't be fooled into choosing the suite thinking it's going to be the best option. The classic or deluxe is fine.

The food was another bone of contention. The à la carte dinners weren’t exciting and main course portions were small. Meanwhile the dinner starter buffet quickly became bland and repetitive. I've stayed in other H10s before whose buffets had far superior selections. On the bright side, the welcome glass of cava at dinner was a nice touch.

A couple of other things weren't good. The spa's stream room is out of action and wasn't repaired during the stay. Hardly anyone is using the spa anyway because you have to p

This is a lovely hotel, quiet and relaxing with great staff and a lovely freshwater pool area. Our junior suite was spacious, clean, tidy and the bathroom had a good spacious shower and twin sinks. The hotel is in an excellent location, a 15 minute stroll to the old town where all the best restaurants are located and 5 minutes to the supermarket. We had a lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel if you want a relaxed holiday in a great hotel in a great location.

H10 hotels are amazing, and this one is no
Expectation, this is probably my tenth stay. The catering staff and team are excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu has changed, and I must say, it is not as great as before, especially the steak cut, which differs from night to night; however, it is a great food selection. The only point the hotel must consider, which is lacking despite many comments, is the sun bed reservation, a shocking 2-star hotel standard that does not scream boutique and adult hotel. Reserving sunbeds at 6am is a sad case of affairs. Other aspects of all leather seating are stained and need updating with sofas in suites, all of which are stained, which is a poor standard. TVs without apps are a bit of a letdown sometimes, u want to relax in your room and watch some Netflix, which u can't, which is again not 2025. If you continue the same standards, you will lose repeat business.

Great overall, nice property and pool, comfortable rooms. Staff were excellent. The only slight annoyance was them telling us on check in that they charge €2 each time you want to change pool towels and €5 to use the sauna. It seemed really petty and unnecessary for a 4 star hotel charging these prices. Also they made us wear a bracelet which I can’t stand given this is not a tacky all inclusive hotel.

A nice small boutique hotel with nice pool area and Spa (steam room /sauna/Hot pool). Good service all round. Rooms spacious. Only downside was that the breakfast and dinners main meals are Al a carte. So you cannot go for more of main food like other hotels where all good is buffet, eat as much as you want.

The hotel is well laid out, quiet, and within comfortable walking distance of the shops and restaurants of corralejo.

The Pool and facilities are good, and it is a good spot to base yourselves from to explore locally, and also for excursions etc.

As you can eat main meals in the restaurant as a walk-in diner (and so see how you feel on the day), we would not go half-board again, but this is a personal preference and not a reflection of the hotel.

The hotel is quiet and I crowded. Even though it was full there was no hassle about getting su bed.
Rooms overlooking the pool were spacious and have terrace/balcony.

Hotel,staff and location excellent , not enough sun loungers so last day didn’t have a lounger all day , first day went for lunch got back and towels and belongings were removed from loungers and placed on concrete wall was told could only leave loungers for 30 minutes, didn’t see them do this to anyone else left a bad taste would not go back.

H10 Ocean Dreams is a well designed, well run boutique hotel (adults only). The friendly members of staff work incredibly hard to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. The cleaning staff are amazing. The reception staff always greeted us as we passed the front desk and went out of their way to find out more information about local events for us. The hotel is situated very near to the main street but in a quiet road. The clever layout means that it is rather more protected on windy days than some other hotels. Very close by you will find everything that you need (shops, restaurants, two good supermarkets, excursions, car hire). Turn right at the bottom of the road and walk slightly uphill to the roundabout for the number 6 bus for Puerto del Rosario or the number 8 for El Cotillo (a lovely fishing village with sandy beaches). There is a street market near the bus stop on some days. The hotel organises a weekly walk along the sand dunes plus various activities including some great cocktail making classes, yoga etc. Ask for an animation sheet each Sunday as the evening entertainment (about three times per week in the bar area) changes slightly. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice including cooked to order items. On some mornings we were offered thick hot chocolate with churros, a real treat. The hotel takes hygiene seriously and has a hand-sanitiser at the entrance to the restaurant. We joined the H10 loyalty programme and this is well worth doing before your stay.

This is a top quality hotel in an excellent location. The staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The glass of cava on arrival & taking our bags ahead to our room was a lovely touch. The rooms themselves are all outside on little separate floors. The rooms themselves are spacious, very clean & modern. The restaurant was a la carte which was new for me, as I usually like to go round the buffet & see what there is on offer but having my dinner cooked to order was a nice change. The choice was good & catered to all diets but maybe a change in menu every couple of days would be good, so you're not reading the same choices over and over. The breakfast choice however could be better. Again you could have your cooked breakfast made to order but there could be more available than a sausage & bacon with an egg. More fresh fruit, cereals like porridge & pastries & breads with a bigger supply of meats & cheeses would elevate it. The cocktails were fab and a brilliant price at €6. The swimming pool was being repaired so unfortunately didn't get to use it but could've used the sister hotel across the road if I wanted. I only got to experience the spa once but what I experienced was good. Just a quick point about safety though. It rained a couple of times during the night so in the mornings it was a little wet and as the rooms are outside, the pavement was wet & slippy with standing water, it could've been very easy to fall. But overall a brilliant time thank you

Not up to H10 usual standards but great service!

Service was great, everyone working in the hotel was super helpful and very friendly.
The state of the pool was disappointing for a new 4-star hotel, the paint was peeling off and the bottom of the pool is coming away. Very ugly!
The state of the rooms is not luxury, nice size but I requested a pool view but there was a big fat tree right in front of the view so that was a waste of money... VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS.
Sun loungers are packed together very tightly, not much personal space!
The photo's on Hotels.com are probably from when they first opened, a lot of the building and beds are sun-bleached so don't look as new as the photos.
Within the first hour of visiting my shower flooded the whole bathroom and part of the bedroom and the hairdryer did not work but they quickly sorted this out, however not the greatest start to my holiday.
Location of the hotel is great, very lovely area and nice walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and the harbour.
Lovely little treat of a bottle of cava in my room for my birthday too, Thankyou H10!
Overall, not the standard I would usually accept from H10 hotels as I've stayed with them before but I had a nice relaxing time other than the above issues.

We were attracted to the Adults only aspect as other people's children are their problem and we don't want to see or hear them. The average age of the guests was 70's I would guess.
The hotel is very clean and well presented. The room was fresh and bright with everything one would expect. The TV has very few channels in English except for the News channels. The spa was basic and the steam room was out of order and looked like it had been that way for a while. At €5 a visit per person it was cheap but really only consisted of a hydro pool and sauna. The gym was free but again very basic.
Our overall experience was good and it's easy to find little things wrong with every hotel. Staff were polite and helpful, and we will definitely use H10 again.
Fuerteventura is very clean and well organised. We hired a car and toured the island which is really worthwhile as it has stunning open spaces, hills and beaches.

From first arrival we were made to feel well looked after by the staff. Although lucky to receive a room upgrade, we got the impression that the rest of the rooms were just as lovely and of a high standard. Breakfast had a wide variety of choice available and you could also get food cooked to order. Nice touch of having a daily weather forecast delivered to the room with some chocolates. Delighted we chose this hotel for our stay.

I would recommend this hotel for an extremely pleasant stay.
The rooms are spacious with every facility from a large screen TV, twin basin bathroom with walk-in rain shower and bathroom amenities. The Nespresso coffee machine is a novel idea and a stocked mini-bar. Two pool towels are supplied and can be changed when required.
The staff were all efficient and friendly and the area was spotlessly clean.
N.B: Our standard room was in the rear block up two steep slopes (or high rise stairs), so be aware of this if you have mobility problems. We were not asked or told this when booking.

Clean modern hotel but overal needs to up its game . The A la Carte evening menu was not varied although a daily special was available . The cooked breakfast was again limited in choice although the continental style choice was good . Not what i would consider a 4 star hotel . The location is just off of the main street into the harbour and is quiet but convenient. The bar area is poorly designed with very little ambience and in my opinion is furnished lik a doctors waiting room . Apart from the above it is a good place to stay if you want a really quiet relaxing stay .

Much of a problem. The reception staff catered for your every whim and the restaurant staff were very attentive. The room we had overlooking the pool was very modern and had everything we needed including lots of space which made us feel very comfortable. The beds were huge. I can’t say enough about this hotel it’s one of the best we have stayed in the world. Including Las Vegas. Keep up the good work H10 we will definitely be back. Look after your staff they are your biggest asset.

Although it is situated just a 3 minute walk from the 'strip' it is very quiet. Just to be clear, the 'strip' is not your typical mad scene, it is simply just an area full of shops and restaurants and it's approximately a 20 minute walk down to the old town/port area! Would really recommend this excellent hotel!

H10 Ocean Dreams Boutique is one of the finest properties I’ve stayed in - that means something since I’ve been traveling for over 5 weeks now and have stayed in inumerable places. Crisp, clean, nicely appointed rooms, stellar staff and about the best breakfast buffet going. At the midpoint of a long trip I booked a week here to ‘pause & rest’. Perfect choice - right on down to the heated saltwater pool! Kudos to H10

The hotel itself is fantastic! We had a great time chilling by the pool , where there were enough sun loungers even though the hotel was fully booked when we were there. The food in the restaurant at all three meals was decent, and being greeted by a glass of cava every night went down very well! All of the staff we met were attentive and polite, funny and generous.

The rooms were immaculately presented every day, a good size (massive bed!) and with great views out to Lobos island. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Fuerteventura!

Second time staying at this hotel and we were definitely not disappointed. Fabulous week spent in this quiet, relaxing, clean and modern hotel. Fantastic staff, who all seem to work really hard to do their best to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. Half board option is well worth it and we used the lunch option often - allowing us to head the short distance into Corralejo main shopping, bar and restaurant areas in the evening....loads of lovely places to eat.

Fab hotel in central location

Fabulous hotel in very central location. We have holidayed in Corralejo on many occasions and would definitely return to this hotel. Adults only was a great bonus.

Boutique hotel ,great location

Very bright modern hotel with a great pool area and comfortable loungers. Spacious room with an outside terrace area. A la carte restaurant, greeted by a glass of cava each night.

Lovely adult only hotel

All the rooms are nice. All have a balcony or terrace.
The staff were all very friendly.
The food was good with a great breakfast choice. However it is good to eat out in local restaurants a few times - look on trip adviser for the best ones!
The pool is lovely.
Only 98 rooms so quite small.
You can get a taxi to an amazing sandy beach for only 8 euro.
10-15 mins walk to the harbour.

Tucked away but not far from everything

The hotel is tucked away from the main road where you have everything you need. Loved the fact it’s adults only.

wonderful stay

The room has a big bed, good shower and a small balcony. It offers almost what you need during your holiday, but it would be better if the room could have a small couch at the corner to relax.

The staff is very frinedly, and we enjoyed our dinner service very much. A big disappointment was the new year eve gala dinner, the food was not as good as the regular A la carte dinner in terms of taste. We appreciate the idea, concept, efforts that the hotel tried to offer.....but for a big amount of guests, the stadard of NYE dinner should be higher.....

The spa is a plus. We had really enjoyable massage during our stay, it's a pity we could not do it one more time.

I needed a few days to de-compress by myself before the Christmas festivities of 2017. This hotel proved to be perfect. The room was clean, comfortable and well designed. I booked half-board to save the bother of hunting for restaurants; the menu was a la carte, cooked to order, with plenty of variety. The staff were friendly. It's location is quiet but close to the main drag of Corralejo, everything within easy walking distance. The onsite spa offers a good variety of treatments; the massage I had was really good. In short, I was comfortable very, very quickly and quite sad to leave.

A great Adult Only hotel of a very high standard,

Far enough away from the shops, bars and restaurants but a short walk away and you are in the Main Street. The hotel is of a great standard, staff are excellent and service second to none

hotel is lovely ..great location too only 5 mins away from main strip n 10 mins walkdown to music square...staff n cleaning services are spot on never a problem ...rooms are nice with a lovely big bed n a lovely balcony...overall we throughly enjoyed our stay here...well recommended.

I'll be back

This was a business stay - I'd organised a wedding in Corralejo and needed somewhere for the night. The room was very comfortable (as was the bed) and the toiletries were high quality. I loved having a big roomy bathrobe instead of the teeny towels that are often on offer at some places! Staff couldn't have been kinder - very friendly and extremely helpful. The big roomy lounge area is great if you have to work - or if you are on holiday then great for relaxing. Wifi was excellent in the lounge and also the bedroom. I shall be back - next time hopefully for a holiday.

Lovely hotel.

Hotel facilities excellent. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day.
All meals were delicious.
My only two constructive points are : the price of drinks & paying €5 to use the sauna.

Stylish clean hotel a short walk from the beach.

Just returned from a week at this hotel. Really enjoyed our stay! Very relaxing atmosphere, incredibly clean hotel with friendly & attentive staff. Very close to the main strip but far enough away for it to be quiet & only a 10min wander to beautiful beaches. Would definitely holiday there again.

Adult hotel, lovely environment, friendly staff.

Great hotel, near the beach and shops, no kids (!) staff extremely friendly and helped us change room no problems. A la carte dining was good, could have been more specials to add variety. All in all would recommend this hotel
