I had asked for an accessible room . When I got there the room allocated was upstairs and although an elevator there was a long corridor to navigate after a knee op and a recent fall following op . Also check in time is 4pm which is late when checkouts are mid morning . I was offered a downstairs room ( which I should have been allocated on request anyway ) for a payment of 20 euros) as it was I had already paid 245 for 2 nights and it was a very tatty looking corridor unpainted and skirtings coming away . What made it more anxiety provoking was the fire alarm going off at 2.30 am and worried me that I couldn’t move fast enough and shouldn’t have been put upstairs as elevators not used in cases of fire . Luckily for us all it was a false alarm. The outside pool bar was comfortable with free water on tap which was useful . Unfortunately the free yoga wasn’t available the days I was there

We had a fantastic time here in November 2025. The staff were lovely, I particularly loved the whatsapp service which allowed us to book surfing and ask questions and get a quick response. The hotel has lots on site such as free yoga several days a week, special event days and a coworking space. I also used the gym across the road which hotel residents get a discounted access to. We loved our room with the jacuzzi and balcony.

The balcony view is the street. I thought it would be noisy but its not. Slept well. Its a walk to the music square and every worthy restaurants. Although i booked a room with free wine which i didnt receive but i love everything else

Hotel communication was excellent on booking.
Check in time is 4.00pm however you can leave your luggage and use the facilities before this time.
We arrived at 11.30am and did the initial reception check in as our room wasn't ready the receptionist took our number to let us know when it would be. We were very pleased that they called us at 1.30pm to say our room was ready.
We had a second floor pool view room. It was very spacious, exceptionally clean with great air-conditioning. The shower was very powerful and a great temperature. Bath towels were a great size and very soft.
There is a free water station were you can refill your bottles at anytime you need.
The snack bar was lovely and the ladies who ran it were exceptionally nice and so helpful. We didnt have breakfast but what we saw look really nice with a very good variety of food & drinks on offer.
The whole hotel was very clean and the staff were so very helpful.
Thanks for a lovely stay, we will definatley return

The appartment was very nice, however we could hardly sleep as there was no Aircon. No complimentary coffee sachets left for us, just a bottle of water and that wasnt left in the fridge.The shower tray filter probably need cleaning as the shower water started to pool in the shower tray.

I stayed here for 4 nights and was very impressed. The hotel was very clean and modern. It was basic but for the value price this was expected. The pool area was great and I loved the no sun bed blocking rule, it made getting a sunbed easy everyday. The staff were a highlight as they were always cheerful, friendly and approachable (especially at the pool bar). We only had breakfast once but it was tasty and quite varied. As a couple, we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay again!

Every aspect of my 3 night stay at Surfing Colors was excellent- speedy check in with free (unexpected) upgrade, large, clean room, fab pool area and roof terrace. Food and drink reasonably priced- as a budget option, this accommodation rivalled some 4 start hotels I've stayed in- will definitely stay here again

Property was well located in the old town, just a 10 minute walk to shops, cafes and restuarants.
Downside, sea view rooms get no sunshine as north facing, advised was a gym when filtering through using Expedia, there is a gym but not at the hotel, it is a 2 minute walk and does cost extra. Access to the roof was nice, but no bar. Towels are not provided pool side.
The hotel was lovely and clean and staff pleasant.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Made me feel very welcomed and appreciated and even had a present for my birthday. Which was a very unexpected and pleasant surprise.
Hotel is fairly quiet. Even though my balcony was facing the pool, I still managed to get enough sleep since pool’s opening hours are from 10 to 6. I would happily stay here again.

Clean basic accomodation in reception block.We had a no cleaning room with towel change twice and sheets on request, make your own bed, pool area spotless and washed down every morning, block needs some tlc. Skirtings in room need a scrub and the shower but its wear and tear, corridor in need of tlc but clean, bed base same but mattress was great, staff really nice abd helpful, snack bar serving really nice food and not expensive, drinks same not overpriced, cheaper than bars in town. We didnt have breakfast but it looked ok.I will stay again, 10 min walk to music square and harbour.

We booked the apartments purely for the reviews, Location & price. Wow what a fantastic complex. 5mins to a big supermarket, 6-7mins to main music square & beach. The complex offers free water station, we had a bottle of wine on arrival, & the sky room was fantastic. We loved the roof terrace, so chilled up there.
We could not fault anything, we asked for an extra pillow & a knife to cut rolls, within 2 hours of returning to our room it was all done. The staff were so friendly. Parking was easy on the main road. Everything was 10/10, I couldn’t even try to find anything less than amazing. Book the accom, you won’t be disappointed. Absolutely great place, plenty of beds, book rooms that have access to the roof terrace, it’s 100% worth it.

Really liked this place. The pictures are exactly what you get. They also think of the small touches in the rooms. There is a nice pool and area to lounge in the sun in the middle (which I never used) and is in close walking distance to a multitude of restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was average, lacks choice of hot food but was worth getting up for.

Sun bed reserving an issue. Witnessed guests putting towels out before 8am. Sending emails and messages via social media etc won’t stop the practice - simply remove them or lock the beds up until a reasonable time of day,

The property was lovely. Very clean and modern. However check in took a long time. We waited over 45 mins to be seen and then another 20 mins for check in only to be told we could not get access to our room until after 4pm which seems very late. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and Covid precautions in place. Would go again

Geht gar nicht: Beim Checkin werden die Kreditkartendaten auf einen Zettel geschrieben, mit Ablaufdatum. Missbrauch ist hier vorprogrammiert.

Zudem:

Espressomaschine wird beworben - die ist auch da, aber keine einzige Kapsel. Rezeption dazu: „Können Sie vielleicht im Supermarkt kaufen.“

Das angekündigte Wasser im Zimmer wäre nett gewesen, auch nicht vorhanden. Macht nichts, aber wie beim Espresso schlechter Eindruck wegen minimalem Gegenwert.

WLAN schwach bzw. funktioniert überhaupt nur manchmal.

Really great stay at this hotel. The rooms are very modern and clean and also come with a small balcony to sit on which was lovely. The only downside to the rooms are that there is no air conditioning just a ceiling fan, so in the height of summer I think the rooms would become particularly hot and stuffy.

The location of the hotel is really quiet which makes for a very restful stay! All bars and restaurants are really close too only about a 10 minute walk away and the same with the beach!
The staff were very friendly at check in and always said hello to you as you walked by the desk, would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Corralejo!

Simple bad located hotel with basic services

Breakfast: okis (nothing fancy) and plentiful, but only open until 10,30
Rooms: good but older than in the photos. There's no heating so don't go in winter, I was cold every night.
Cleaning: towels changed 3 a week, sheets only 1. No cleaning service every day
Location: not in a good part of Corralejo, you'd rather be near the beaches. Not very safe at night. Good side is there's a huge car park nearby.
Overall: basic hotel with basic services in a not very good location of the city

The hotel was great- had a welcoming friendly atmosphere and laidback style. The pool area was best with giant spray-paint art on the walls, and teepee’s/open shaded huts to relax in. (As well as countless sun loungers for sunbathing).
The staff were all extremely helpful and the location was just a few minutes walk to the town along the harbour. Will be back again

This was definitely one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms were fabulous and clean. The breakfast buffet was really nice! The swimming pool was so clean always and it was a bonus that it was heated. In a good location too, the strip is only a 15 min walk and five min walk to the beach.

Property gets the sun all day with a good pool for adults, breakfast was more than value for money. Childrens pool unlike the adults pool was absolutely freezing.
Staff were great and couldn't do enough for you - would like to have seen more choice during happy hour - although Corky was a star!

Unlike previous apparthotels that we have stayed in the Canary Islands I found the room small, basically a hotel room with a small kitchenette. The décor was tired, particularly in the bathroom. There was nowhere other than the bed to sit and relax. The balcony was very small with barely room for a small table and 2 chairs. There were some nice touches included such as a ceiling fan, UK adapter, toaster and hair dryer. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the pool heated. We did not eat in the hotel as there was only snacks such as burgers, pizzas and sandwiches on offer.

Nothing not to like. Breakfast was fantastic, staff really helpful & friendly, room beautiful, have now been three times to this property & booked to go again.

Stayed in a Surfing Dreams room for one week end of October. Room clean and new, okay view which was side pool/rooms opposite view. Drying rail on balcony, however balcony wet when it rained so unable to use it after it rained. Able to change some settings on the television to English speaking which was good on rainy days. Most staff friendly and helpful. Good selection at breakfast, but all the food which should be hot was cold, unless you spotted the cook frying eggs and got there in time. Pool area lovely, sun all day, sweet lifeguard lady, only once saw almost all sunbeds used. No issue with towels reserving sunbeds except when an extremely noisy and imconsiderate Scottish family arrived, who not only reserved sunbeds and a lounge bed, but also kept playing their own music very loudly and shouting at each other across the pool, which drowned out the ambient music being played by the hotel. All other guests lovely, seemed a mix of British and Scandanavian on the whole.
Location about five-ish minutes from great selection of bars/restaurants/the sea, in a residential area. Area surrounding a bit run down. Overall, nice basic hotel let down by cold breakfast and the arrival of very inconsiderate guests, whom the hotel staff should have managed.

Would definitely stay here again, but NOT a street view room. Cash and carry and supermarket up the road, alot of noisy lorries, noisy people on the street and taxis etc beeping at any time of the night.
