The pools are great and heated. Perfect for kids. The food is pretty good for an all inclusive. The machine coffee could be improved upon, maybe try the lavazza brand?

But the hotel needs patching up, a deep clean and some renovations to get it back to 4 star standard. Long queues for drinks at the pool bar . Warm water at breakfast.

Kids club was well run and the kids mini disco was fun. Great animation team.
The bedrooms were a bit tight for 4. A squash and a squeeze

Loved stay there , been twice , just off high road but not disturbed by noise , grounds laid out so if ya don't have kids your not disturbed by em playing but if ya do theres everything to keep em happy , 2 pools gdns seperate 1 adults only , 1 familys with games etc going on there would stay there again , 💯

Good stay but could have been better.

Great stay, couple of teething problems, we arrived and check in was fine, we were directed to our room and the maid was still making the bed, we were asked to wait until she had finished which took 5 minutes but the floor had not been cleaned. We had to then ask for the floor to be cleaned which was done. You have to hire a safe which is a bit cheeky and also you had to hire a kettle for your room 5euros which again for a four star hotel is not acceptable.

My 3 friends & I had been to H10 Ocean Suites in Corralejo 2 yrs ago. We loved it then & still loved it now. Due to our plane being cancelled, we had to find another flight which resulted in arrival at the hotel 24hrs later than expected. I thought I had informed Expedia of this, but unfortunately, I had replied to an email, which didn’t accept answers. So the hotel had given our rooms to other people. However, they were very helpful, especially Glenn. Three of us were given rooms round one of the pool areas & I was moved to the same area as them after 2days.
The suites are lovely - large TV which can be turned to face the bed or the sofa. Really comfortable beds & a great bathroom with double sink, shower, toilet & bidet (I love the latter!)
We had booked breakfast (open from 7.30am - 10.30am). There was so much available - cereals, fruit, bacon, any type of cooked egg, sausages, frankfurters, cheeses, breads & cakes. Also, juices, smoothies, tea, coffee. Almost anything you could want!
The shops & restaurants are a stroll away. On the whole, we like to eat the food of the country we’re in but I must mention a fantastic Italian bistro - L’oca Blanca. The best Italian food I have ever tasted & well worth a visit.
Altogether, a great holiday in Fuerteventura.

Overall a poor experience

There were cockroaches everywhere, we spent 2 days trying to get the staff to take the air con issue in our room seriously and move us to another room, food offerings for vegetarians was minimal and on one occasion bacon was added to a veg option without proper labelling, some of the bar staff were incredibly grumpy, the mattresses in the rooms were incredibly uncomfortable, the rooms and general hotel looks shabby and both my children and other children were able to walk out of the kids club unsupervised round the hotel/not handed back to parents.

On the plus side the entertainment staff were very friendly and did a great job.

I' ve been to this resort with my boyfriend a few days for his birthday. We had a very pleasant stay, above our expectations. The staff was very kind and attentive, they helped us book a few trips Location was a short walk from everything and the room was modern and comfortable. The resort is very green and it's been peaceful during the whole stay. Restaurant has a nice outdoor seating. The breakfast is good with a nice selection of food and sometimes Cava sparkling wine also included which was something out of the ordinary. Lunch was unfortunately very little and dinner could have had better quality food. Unfortunately the half board does not include the beverages for dinner which is weird and they charge you extra for that.
It's been a great stay and we would come back for sure.

Cleanliness - Shower had orange jelly-like substance on grout which remained throughout our stay, which indicated that it was not cleaned/ cleaned properly.
Room Door - Room card kept deactivating, which is really annoying. Having to go back to reception after a long day, carrying a lot of things. Then having to wait for someone to come up and fix it.
Customer Service needs addressing.
Air Con - in our room not working. It only blew out cold air, so we were really cold at night. March is chilly in the evenings.
Food - Food was not great. If I visited Correlego again, I would eat out instead as its quite cheap anyway, especially in comparison to the UK. Although DO NOT try the Mexican restaurant opposite 7 Pints pub, it was awful and more expensive than other restaurants.
We stayed Half Board and food was limited. Cold most of the time. There was an evening I couldn't find anything I wanted to eat as a lot of it is quite repetitive. Breakfast was okay.
Whenever the tea/coffee machines aren't working (which happens often) don't bank on getting any, the staff were not very good at bringing this around. We asked for hot water for tea and it never came. My husband asked for black coffee, again it never came despite asking different people. One morning only one machine was working so rather than having some staff bringing tea/coffee around to tables they expected you to wait in a long queue along to get some - so we went without.

First room ground floor open to pool: super loud next to the street, adjoining room where we could hear every word our neighbors said, bathroom covered in mold.

Second room balcony in back: silent, clean, wonderful

We asked to switch rooms after having a bad first night. They accommodated us but we had to repack all of our belongings, bring it to the lobby and wait around for 5 hours while another room opened up. Offered us 1 free lunch for our troubles.

We found plastic in our dessert from the buffet-customer service blamed it on a kid playing around the food-disgusting. Breakfast buffet was good but dinner buffet was mediocre.

Pool area is beautiful, lounges and umbrellas included.

If we didn't have the terrible first night this stay would have been much better but it put a huge damper on the mood.

Great location and facilities. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and aqua gym class. They also sent me a bottle of prosecco to my room on my birthday which was lovely. However, a few issues with the room such as there being a mini ant farm in the corner of the bathroom and the room being cold. Sometimes, when we called reception and requested some things, it took them ages to come and fix the problems or resolve the issue, sometimes having to call once or twice more to see where they were. Overall though, the hotel is beautiful, staff were nice and I had a great stay :)

Horrendous hotel. Public areas are shabby. Breakfast is poor quality, covered in flies with no efforts made to cover up food. Staff poorly trained and are not given the autonomy to make common sense decisions that might help the customer experience. This hotel did not live up to expectation. The 'suites' are pokey and very public and you had to pay extra for facilities you would normally expect to be included such as tea/coffee facilities, room safe, pool towel. Without notice or request we were given a disabled room which left us with an unusable bathroom for a large part of the time as it floods after every shower use and it takes a full overnight before the floor is fully dry again (which makes it difficult to use the hairdryer in the bathroom after washing your hair!). The hotel was full so we couldn't be moved. The location is good and the pool area is very nice, but the buffet food is mediocre and the atmosphere 'canteen'. Cannot recommend as it wasn't cheap and we felt offered poor value for money. The staff were nice but they can't compensate for the fundamental flaws with this property.

Very good property in an excellent location just off the main strip. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants, local amenities and beaches. Lovely rooms, pool areas and common areas kept very clean. Breakfast was very busy but plenty of everything both hot and cold on offer and kept well replenished by the staff. Can’t comment on lunch or dinner as only booked B&B. If I had an issue about just one thing it would be that the property is starting to get that little bit tired and worn around the edges and the quality of the maintenance and repair work is not quite up to scratch. A little more TLC is needed with attention to detail and better workmanship by the repair team. Probably a 3.5 star for me but would still definitely stay again as more positives than negatives.

The hotel was lovely & clean. The staff were really helpful! If you need help they will be able to help. They also have a book behind desk with activities. The pool is lovely and clean.
You are also near the main strip on restaurants and shops. Everything is walking distance, even the harbour.
If you walk to dune beach take food as we didn’t find a bar of snacks etc.
Isle de lobos is beautiful would Defo recommend!

This Hotel Is Very Central To Corralejo Town Centre Which Is Great. Hotel Was Of A Good Standard. The Room Was Of A Reasonable Size With A Good Size Balcony. We Stayed On A Half Board Basis,However I Believe All Inclusive Is Available. I However Did Find The Drinks Within The Hotel Fairly Expensive On Our Board Basis,Even Down To The Water In The Evening. The Sofa In Our Room Could Probably Do With A Deep Clean But Cannot Speak For Other Accomodation Rooms. Meals In Evening Personally Were Not To My Liking With Some Foods Being Cooked In Advance & Cold Or Warm On Some Occasions When In The Serving Trays. Generally This Hotel Is Good For Location,But A Few Things Could Be Improved Slightly. May Stay Here Again In Future! Or May Choose Another Location!

The hotel is well located just off the Main Street in town, quiet area, easy parking too. The hotel feels modern and cleanly decorated. Rooms are good size, could get a little chilly in what was a cold January, comfortable beds and good showers. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive and good quality. Lovely hotel in a great position

I stayed for a week over Christmas. The hotel is lovely ,and very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage space, great shower too.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the choice of food at breakfast was great. I did not take any other meals so can't comment on them. The hotel is in a good position for shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach, would definitely stay again.

Third stay this year which tells you something! Very good again. Staff very helpful cheerful and pleasant. Could do with more staff in the dining room so that they don't have to rush as much, which then leads to mistakes such as places not being set correctly and tables having to be cleaned again.
Quiet location, close to town No music round the pool, which is great. Plenty of loungers. Good pool bar.
Hotel was refurbished towards the end of 2015 and I first stayed there the following March when everything was still clean and fresh. The white sofas in the rooms looked good then, now not so much as they have started to become grey. Perhaps not the wisest choice of colour. Some of the doors onto the terrace/balcony have some small areas of peeling paint. These negative comments are what stops the hotel being excellent. However, you can do a lot lot worse and there is so much that is good.

Let down by management

I hope this is an objective review. The hotel is fine, away from the town centre and coast (you can't call it a beach) in the quiet back streets. The room was pleasant, good sized with all the usual equipment, arranged in 2 storey blocks around 2 pools with the reception, restaurant and garden area in between. We stayed half board like most guests, breakfast and dinner although you could swap dinner for lunch if you fancied eating out for a change. The restaurant produced generally very good food, large variety, good quality and well policed by the staff to keep the buffets well stocked and tidy. The excellent wine list was very reasonably priced. The waitresses, waiters and chefs were friendly and worked extremely hard. The main issue was that there wasn't enough of them. However hard they worked, a seating queue always formed at dinner. There were plenty of \"managers\" who didn't really seem to contribute much who \"supervised\" and served sparkling wine to the guests in the queue (nice touch) but with fewer managers and more staff there probably would not have been a queue to manage.
Apart from this, and the fact my wife contracted gastroenteritis whilst staying at the hotel (we only ate at the hotel but the management weren't very sympathetic or helpful) the restaurant was excellent. Housekeeping was reasonably efficient. The hotel charges for a safe in the room, €16 pw which we found very strange, and charges a deposit for towels.
Otherwise OK. Would we go back - no.

From arrival to departure this was a very pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and a good size. The staff are very friendly. The resort of Corallejo was excellent. I would highly recommend the H10 and the resort to couples and families. Hotel half board has a good selection of foods. The resort also has many good restaurants and bars. Stayed early December 2017 so the hotel and resort not mad busy, but everywhere except water park open. Weather was warm in the sunshine, a bit hit and miss with cloud and lite breeze. Jumpers required in the night time as you would expect in December. H10 evening meal dress code for men = pants / jeans, trainers OK, no tracksuit bottoms or shorts. Will be back in the future.

Positives! -
A friend and I stayed at this hotel. We found the staff were friendly, the hotel grounds were extremely clean. The buffet breakfast which we had included was in a nice setting. The pool was very convenient to the rooms and I would say this is a great family hotel. The rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms. Reception was very welcoming with a drink! And if we needed any help with anything reception was very helpful and informative as well as friendly.

Negatives -
1.You need to pay for your own kettle for 6 Euro. Which I decided not to go for. All other hotels I've stayed in have kettles so I was a little surprised by that.
2. I was told I was forbidden to take a banana from the breakfast buffet room, I'm not sure if it was because I was a little late after breakfast had finished (10:40am) or if it was just because I was not allowed to take a piece of fruit out of the room. I wanted to walk and eat it on my way out, just near by the breakfast area and I wasn't sure if the man was joking but I soon found out he was not. I've done this in other hotels and they don't seem to mind. So for me, this was a negative but for others people might see it as fine. It's not the worst thing in the world, but I was just surprised at the time.

Would I stay here again? Yes, those negatives were so minor compared to our extremely pleasant stay in the hotel.

This hotel is situated on a quiet side street but very close to the shops and only about a 7 minute walk to the beach. The hotel grounds are very attractive and the hotel reception staff were friendly and very helpful. We chose the half board option which was very good value and for what we paid, the food was very good with a lot to chose from. The only downside was that our shower cubicle leaked and we had to mop up the large puddles. The hotel maintenance did try to fix the problem but still water leaked from the shower cubicle - but not quite as much. Having said that, I can recommend this hotel and would definately stay there again.

What a lovely hotel this is. Everything you could need is provided by friendly staff. The shower is a dream, plenty of pressure and the choice of a flexible shower head or the massive rainfall head. A very comfortable bed with masses of pillows to choose from. The TV can be facing the couch or bed with a simple twist. Food was perfect, every conceivable dish your heart desired was available.

The star of our stay was Alex, behind reception, he can't do enough for you. Always a pleasant smile and he is prepared to go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. A great guy.

Air con was more like warm air circulation

H10 Corralejo is clean and tidy and every single part looks perfect. The food choice and quality is excellent. The staff are competent and friendly. Our air con was not cooling, nor could we or maintenance get it to be cooling, what a shame, this would have made it a perfect score! Also no tea & coffee in the room, bit we were told that it was available at an extra cost.

Very relaxing hotel with wonderful staff

Discovered a very clean, well located hotel with excellent food and friendly, helpful staff. The holiday proved very relaxing and better than anticipated thanks to excellent weather and a lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel and location. Situated close enough to the main street to be within easy walking distance but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful, the hotel sets high standards while remaining family friendly and catered for a wide range of groups and nationalities with apparent ease.

Perfect holiday

Really lovely hotel, perfect for any relaxing holiday. The staff particularly made our stay extra special, from the glass of Cava on arrival to the friendly faces at the restaurant and the kids animation team were really wonderful.
We've booked up to go next year - can't wait!

Lovely hotel in an excellent location.

Our H10 junior suite was ample enough space for 3 adults; 2 x twin beds pushed together and a sofa bed. The room was cleaned daily, and even had a fridge to store snacks and drinks for the room. The hotel complex was spacious, clean and easy to get around. The 2 main pools were both maintained by life guards. The restaurant buffet selection was impressive at every meal – so many choices meat, fish and vegetarian options as well, along with fruit and dessert dishes. Every night was something new and despite the neighbouring area consisting of 100s of restaurants, we were happy to eat in the hotel for the majority of our meals. The restaurant staff were polite and efficient, and the hotel provided an excellent reception service for queries and scheduled entertainment during the day and into the evenings; such as sangria making sessions, rifle shooting, kids disco, quizes etc. This hotel has the best WiFi I've used in a hotel, accessible with full signal from our room (outer edge of the complex) and around the pools and restaurant. The location of the hotel was perfect, a short 2 minute walk and you’re on the main strip of the town with shops, supermarkets, eating places. Another 10 minutes’ walk down the strip and you’re in the main town area / beach by the marina, along with more restaurants and bars overlooking the seas. Here there were plenty of cabs to take you elsewhere on the island such as Flag beach - which was really windy. Definitely would stay here again

Amazing!

Beautiful hotel - one of the nicest in Corralejo. H10 ocean suites is great for families and couples looking for a relaxing time. Across the road, is H10 ocean boutique. It is more modern and for young people looking to party perhaps. The Suites hotel was surrounded palm trees and flowers giving it a jungle holiday vibe, whereas the Boutique is big sun beds and no plants. There is a gym for £5 a day and a spa for £8
Amazing location - close to the main strip and the beach. Quiet but close to everywhere!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week. It was our first holiday & it was lovely.

2nd visit to an H10 hotel and cant fault them.

Lovely big bright clean suite. Got a room overlooking pool and with sun as requested when I booked. cava at check in and each night when waiting to be seated in restaurant.Just off main \"strip\" but lovely and quiet and no more than 10 minutes walk to beach and recommended Rock Island Bar(recommended if you like live music in the evening!)

Lovely hotel right in the centre of town

The hotel has a perfect location right in the middle of town. The shops and restaurants are within a short walk. The beach is a ten minute walk but the best beach is a 45 minute walk but it is definitely worth the effort, it's amazing. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return.

We were a little unlucky to book a week when the hotel was renovating one of it's pool areas. The staff did warn us about this on arrival but after 2 days of significant noise nuisance, from 8am to 6:30pm every day, we did decide to complain about this.

To their credit they did take what we said seriously and offered us either an upgrade to all inclusive or a room transfer. We chose the former as we were assured the noise would soon decrease, this proved somewhat optimistic as the noise continued pretty much unabated until the weekend.

Despite all the above we would go back there again and would recommend the hotel as a good mid range option in the area. The renovation work needed to be done and the hotel did acknowledge our concerns and made a goodwill gesture as a result of them.

Good location and close to most amenities

We had not stayed in an H10 hotel before and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was central, had 2 outdoor swimming pool, the rooms spacious and staff were most welcoming. We chose half board which was more than enough, delicious buffet style food to a high standard.
The only disappointment was the fact that we were not told one of the swimming pools and bars were closed due to refurbishment. Our room was overlooking the closed pool and we could see and hear the workman working which was a shame and to some extent spoiled what could have been the perfect holiday.

Hotel will be nice once building work finished. One swimming pool out of action and builders outside occupied room working 0800 till 1815. Not relaxing and full price!

Nice hotel near to everything

Lovely stay, hotel was nice and clean. Pool area was nice and food was good. Pool view rooms I would recommend as the best.
10 minute walk to the beach which was sandy. 20 min walk to the harbour area. Lots to do and see.

Lovely hotel.

We had a great holiday. The room was very comfortable and the standard of cleanliness was the highest Ive seen. The staff were a delight. It is close to the centre of Corralejo but no noise can be heard at all. The only thing I had a slight issue with was having to wait to be seated at dinner. However the complimentary cava eased the wait. Very attentive.
