The best most streamlined FAST check in ever. SO PREPARED! I am replacing my regular Cebu hotel for this one. Plus it’s closer to the airport. The attendants at the door are the most efficient and helpful.

Hot water was intermittent. Safe was broken or reset twice during my 3 day stay so had to call often to retrieve my valuables. I would stay again if I caught a deal and for short stay.

The staff ! Alma and April (front desk) along with Jemmar (security) where excellent at there jobs ! Jemmar helped in so many ways it made a big difference in the outcome of my stay ! Hats off to these people ! The buffet workers were also so friendly and always with a smile! I always say your first impression is a lasting one ! And they nailed it ! Dohera is accommodating. Added additional room at 1 am and the receptionist provided excellent service. My only hope is they will provide better bath towels. Bathrooms seem to be outdated especially the shower handle.

Better than USA 3 star hotel. Awesome breakfast buffet. Expensive drink and water, fortunately there is a seven eleven across the street. Make sure you are very good at frogger. Free shuttle from Airport or sea port to the hotel. Well priced fee when needing a shuttle to the airport or sea port.

The room was clean but I was really disappointed with the bathroom. It needs to be updated and/or cleaned thoroughly. Tile grout needs to be cleaned and water stains on shower door and fixtures really makes the room more dirty than it probably is.
As for hotel staff, front desk and restaurant employees- they were all very nice and helpful. Food was good and also they serve free breakfast which was a plus for my family of 4!

The room was comfortably big for a family. For a not-so expensive hotel, I'm impressed with the bathroom set up with bidet. Wasn't happy with the breakfast buffet, though. Might as well serve a decent continental breakfast rather than serving buffet with very poor choices.

One the second day when I came back, I found my toiletry goods in the bathroom have gone. No one seems to be responsible for that and I couldn't get back or even got a proper explanation why that happened.
