Didn't charge keycards. Left stained linens and room. They have no clue what items are on their menu or what they're made of. They can't tell you if ingredients are in them, or even if the sandwich is cut in half. They don't call you back when they say they will. Management doesn't call you. They waste your time. Nothing like the other hotels I spend my time at in Cebu City which is where I'm going back to. I live out of hotels and I'm so glad I only chose a test day before committing to a longer stay.

The property was clean, staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good, my only concern was it was noisy due to vehicular traffic. Traffic is noisy all day long, difficult to sleep.

A big hotel on a busy road, that at one time must have been impressive. Quite a few Dining options outside the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, but hotels’ bathroom room needs love - taps and other bathroom fittings corroded, so shower head didn’t function well and other taps similar. The room was clean and big, but unfortunately very noisy.

Nice hotel to stay in , family friendly. The restaurant is fair but not stellar. The only real complaint is while we were there weekends were very loud at the street level but the staff made up for it with service and the rooms were spotless

All in all the hotel is a very good value. The only thing that is a little difficult is the hotel is in a curve on a very busy street. However, there are attendance that have stop signs that will gladly assist you. Otherwise, my family was very happy with the accommodations.

Overall the facility is great. The only downside was we found leftover foods inside the fridge and we don’t know who it belongs to. It’s an indication of an oversight on the cleanliness. Other than this, the stay would have been perfect. Location is accessible to tranport and shops. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating.

Property was clean & staff were friendly. We were put in a room at the front of the hotel the first night & was awoken at 4am by people leaving a disco bar over the road but the staff changed our room to a quieter room at the back of the hotel free of charge. Close to the city centre so very convenient for shopping, plus transportation options are everywhere & easy to get if you don't feel like walking. The dining options in close proximity are plenty & varied. Would recommend!

Location is very accessible to almost everything. Room is big enough, bed/pillows are comfortable. My only issue is they dont provide enough toilet paper for use. We kept calling housekeeping if we need to request for more. Breakfast is good. Choices are enough & Boni the guy in the breakfast room is very accommodating, hospitable & very helpful. Will recommend this hotel definitely

I had to preview 3 rooms to get one that was clean enough to stay in. They weren't bad but I don't like stains from spills on the carpet in front of the bed or heavily mildewed parts of the tub/shower. They did up=grade my room and it was fine. There was no bath rug or washcloths provided

We had a Fantastic stay @City Park Hotel . Our room was clean, big space. Comfortable bed, A/C is good and cozy, very good shower. Hotel Staff were very friendly and courteous. The Restaurant Staff were the Best. You asked everything you got it!! I would recommend this Hotel to everyone! There’s only one missing which is the pool, But they Will put one up in near future. Over all we had a Wonderful time! Kudos to all the Staff and the Bellboys and Securty which we don’t forget! Well done! I’ll give it a 5🎖

Check in was marred by snotty, diapproving desk. (My wife is younger than I and desk seemed to be looking for a way to go dummy on hotels.com connection but I had iPad and relevant pay and confirmation out. )
Breakfast is out of this world. Location not great but price is right. Bayfront is too expensive now and the breakfast there, and the price, does not compare to this place.

Not bad for the price.

The room was decent, it's a pretty average hotel. The TV didn't work but wasn't to worried since we were close to the wifi we could stream shows when need be. It was vacation so need for TV anyways. The area is a little sketchy imo. Staff was great and friendly. For the price of the stay it wasn't that bad, thanks!

spacious hotel and comfortable room for the price. Unfortunately could still hear the street noise from 7 floors up especially at night since it's facing a busy street. There's a Jollibee, Bking and Shakey's not more than a 5 min walk away.

I travel to Cebu 8-10 times a year for work and wouldn't stay here again. There is nothing terrible about this hotel but for the cost there are many better choices. Rooms are outdated and worn out. The breakfast is average. The lobby is beautiful and the staff very friendly.

Breakfast buffet was surprisingly great!! Lot of variety and eggs to order. Lobby and hallways very nicely kept. Only down side was the old shower head (it was rusting) and a bad smell from the drain. Otherwise, room was great, clean and not cramped.... relaxing.

VFM Make no mistake, this is a well managed hotel.

We like this hotel. I was told that it is only really a 3 star but I am sure that it should be a definite 4. The staff are very attentive and they always make us enjoy our stay here. We have been here many times over the last 5 years and the place still seems to improve.
This time round my new wife and I arrived here and the manageress was very kind to us in giving us upgrade for our stay to Matrimonial suite rooms. We will always return here because the attitudes of the staff is always very helpful and understanding. Special thanks to Richard our waiter for impeccable service above the mark. Even the porter and guard are above standard. What more could we ask? We didn't need to. This time round I am rating this hotel 4.9 out of 5. Excellent value for money.

Good Hotel but not walking distance to mall

Good hotel but not within walking distance to mall. No hot water for shower... warm only... no pressure. Lighting is very dim and limited electrical outlets to charge laptop and phone.

All in all its okay though. I would stay again if I needed to.
